We ordered a 15 wing combo and got a mix of dry and wet sauced wings. They have a variety of flavors to choose from, even some that are extremely spicy!! It's in the same style as a fast food restaurant. You order at the till and they call you to pick up your order from the front. The owner was very pleasant and as soon as we walked in, he gave us an introduction to his resto and helped us with some recommendations. I did find the wings to be a bit on the pricey side- but that's the inflation for you. But I would definitely come back to give them another go!

The soda mix is also way off, far too much soda water to syrup, didn't appear to be low on syrup but maybe. Overall I don't think this is a spot for me, but again two stars for very friendly service.

To the Management Team, I am writing to formally lodge a…read morecomplaint regarding an incident that occurred while I was sitting at the bar, specifically involving the conduct of one of your managers. While I was enjoying my time at the establishment, the manager approached me and complained that I was "staring" at her. I found this accusation to be completely uncalled for and unprofessional. As a customer sitting directly at the bar, my line of sight naturally falls on the service area in front of me where staff are working. If a member of your management team does not wish to be looked at or be within a customer's field of vision while they are serving patrons, they should not be standing directly in front of the bar seating area. It is entirely unreasonable to expect a customer to awkwardly avert their eyes just because a staff member happens to be standing in their direct line of sight. I am incredibly disappointed by how I was treated. Instead of making customers feel comfortable, this manager's defensive attitude and unnecessary confrontation created a hostile and awkward environment. I expect your management staff to handle themselves with a higher level of professionalism and common sense. I hope this matter is addressed internally so future patrons do not have to deal with similar absurd accusations. I look forward to your response regarding how this situation will be handled.

I've found the wings in Metro Vancouver to be quite underwhelming - dry, tasteless, undercooked, just plain sadness in the mouth to be honest. But rest assured my friend said as he drove us out (an hour from Vancouver) there - "I wouldn't drive out all this way unless they were real good." Indeed they most definitely were a hit! Wow was I pleasantly surprised. Wild Wing is a throwback feel ol skool pub. The decor takes you back a bit, seating is comfortable, the lay out is good & there are several TVs hanging on the walls for you to watch - the big games. There's plenty galore in the menu for wings via a selection of 101 flavours. I really enjoyed the Buffalo Mixer & Honey Garlic flavours. For WW to specialize in wings & not get them right - now that would be a crime! Wild Wing, do not let the current chef leave you. He knows how to do wings perfectly - 100%!

The food is really really yummy , especially the fish n chips which is a very generous portion, super crispy batter and non-fishy flaky cod. The burgers are really moist and have a ton of flavor as well. Half-priced appys until 6pm are great ( DEF not worth the $10 for the portion size after 6pm though) and the atmosphere is fun and casual. The only negative that stands out to me in our experiences @ Rendezvous, is that we have felt on more than a couple occasions that we are overlooked since we are a couple when there is a large group in for football, UFC, etc and we sometimes wait a really long time to have a waitress come refresh our drinks or to order food. If that wasn't happening, it would def get my 5 stars. Overall, we love coming here and enjoy the atmosphere. Will def be back!

We ordered a ton of food. I'm a sucker for the cheeseballs but it is definitely an acquired taste. It is almost essentially just cheese in a pastry ball. We tried the rose rice cakes. They weren't overwhelming spicy, but there was still a nice kick of spice in it. The highlight of the chicken for me was definitely the pa dak. All of them were very delicious overall and left my friends satisfied. All in all, I can't complain about the food here. It provides exactly what you want in terms of Korean fries chicken.

We arrived before 7, put our name in and saw we were not far down the list. We were told the wait would be at least 1/2 hour. Then we saw a group of 11 was waiting before us. They do not have tables for more than 4, so tables need to be put together and cleared that become available next to each other. After an hour we thought surely it would be our turn. We saw 2 tables that were empty next to each other that could be perfect for our group of 6. We then watched as no one cleaned it for over 20 minutes. We asked the 'bouncer' about it, and he said 'I can't tell them how to do their job'. (I guess he's not allowed to help clean tables either?!) There needs to be someone just cleaning tables and bringing water etc to make this place run smoothly. Finally we sat down after waiting over 1.5 hours. Our waitress seemed surprised we wanted to order food right away! Then another hour until the food came as there was a private party and the party of 11 ahead of us jamming up the kitchen. Eating so late is not our usual routine so I was not the happiest but as least we had lots of time to catch up with our friends!
