I was accustomed to the flash fried variety at one of the chain restaurants back home. This was NOT a frozen/fried wing. This was a carefully breaded, fresh-fried wing, shaken in a really nice sauce, served with a curly french-fried potato string. Just a really good meal. I was afraid ordering just 10 was going to leave me a little hungry - nope. I barely finished all 10, and I remain impressed with them.
