Have not tried Domino pizza in years, but saw there 9.99 pizza on Facebook and looked amazing, so ordered it and it was delicious! Best pizza ever! read more

This location will NEVER answer the phone for call in orders. It's always transferred to a phone that the voice mail is full, or you get the dominoes message oh we are too busy to answer the phone and don't leave a message on this number. I know that they would prefer for the app to be used, but not very one wants to use that. It would also save a wasted trip if they would just answer the phone with the current wait time. read more

Dominos is advertising like crazy about 50% off any pizza, so we decided to go for it. We tried ordering on the app, but it was so glitchy we couldn't get the sale to process. We showed up at the store and the manager wouldn't honor the 50% discount, claiming it was online only. Even though he was aware that their app wasn't working properly. This was a huge waste of time and a fine example of poor service. Come on man, so stupid. read more

Several things here, your "manager" Harry was absolutely no help apologized for the issue but said it's nothing he can do about it essentially. That's not true. I've worked for Corporate pizza places several times and there is ways to insure the customers future business. I've been coming here for years but that's the last time. It's a simple task to make the crust garlic as advertised and they do not. 3 times In a row I have gotten them with no garlic crust. I was hoping for some sort of resolution maybe a free pie or something but I will give my business to Papa Johns. read more

Consistently forgets the dipping sauces every time we order, may seem petty , but we pay extra for them, we even stress in the notes not to forget, ppl dont order cheesy bread with dipping sauces to not have shit to dip it in. This is a ongoing issue, for a buisness that charges a deleivery fee, and expects a tip, your crew and management sure make sure orders are going out correctly. I worked for dominoes years back, i know the process, and this should be done. Called to speak to manager to have my tip and delivery charge refunded because what i ordered was not provided, manager was to busy to accept a call from a disgruntled customer. Again, this has been a EVERYTIME PROBLEM. read more

This was my first time getting a Domino's pizza, I'm a one and done. I ordered online as they had a 50% off menu deal. The problem is, there's no transparency on pricing (that I can find). Even when I arrived at the store for pickup there was no pricing listed inside, anywhere??? There was a nice feature to the online ordering which told you when your pizza was ready, and another feature where you could let them know you arrived and was walking in, this supposedly puts you in line first to grab and go. I informed them of my arrival and walking in, my name was up on an electronic board stating my pizza was ready, there were no other customers in the store, a guy making a pizza hollered, be right there, I waited 4 minutes The crunchy thin crust I ordered was super super thin with barely any substance, and far from crunchy. We found the pizza to be fairly flavorless and it had been dusted with Herb, perhaps thyme ? Something I didn't order. And lastly, when I opened the box I discovered I didn't have cuts, but rather, 16 squares. Who the heck ruins pizza pie eating???? Domino's, that's who! read more

Giving one star because I can't give zero. I've lived here for a year. Half of the time my pizza gets delivered but the other half I end up getting a call (after it's been cooked, mind you) that Seth said I'm outside of their delivery area. Their app let me order so how can that be?? Their drivers have even told me they don't understand it either. Now that I've called corporate they've completely blocked me from ordering. Tons of new home's going up in my area, you'd think the owner would want to cash in on that. read more

Consitently great. Orders are perfect and timely. Sean(sp?) is very fast and friendly.

Best Domino's in North America. Hands down. Food is always amazing and hot. 10/10 will order from Domino's in Seymour, TN. again and again.

if i could give this place a 0 stars i would. Jason the driver paid no attention to the name and address of my order and cancelled it after waiting "10 minutes in the parking lot" sir, you were not in the parking lot, i was actually WORKING, and i could see the whole parking lot, you have repeatedly came to this address and delivered my food, if you hate your job find a new one. hope everyone else has a better experience. read more

Is a the best Dominos I've ordered from, and the best pizza in the South Knoxville area. It's always fast, cheap, and consistent. Order online for the $5.99 each deal. You can't go wrong! read more

It's hit and miss here. We get great food most of the time but have been having more issues with orders made incorrectly.

Since the remodel of this location the foid and service has improved tremendously. Id highly recommend this location.

Best pizza in south Knox by far. Quick delivery and food is always great. Jus tried the new handmade pan.. it's great.. and I am Italian...lol read more

Unfortunately, I live right outside their delivery area- but this is still the dominos I always use. Every time I call and order some carry out, whoever answers the phone is always very helpful with making recommendations whether it be to what hot sauce I want on their wings or what new pastas and pizzas they have to offer. Very nice to have that so close to home, I know that they're mainly a pizza joint, but they do actually try to get you into their sandwiches and pastas, other places just focus on what they know they can sell - which in this case is pizza. This is one of the best dominos in South Knoxville, with very friendly staff and great food. I ALWAYS order their hot wings (usually with fire sauce) and they have awesome wings, even better than craven wings and cheaper. It's almost exactly $10 for a 14 piece, blue cheese or ranch included - which can feed around 3 people. Perfect for game day! read more

Ordering and delivery fine, just don't make the mistake of complaining about your pizza ... I was berated for questioning the quality, and when I submitted an e-mail outlining my problem I was ignored ... Twice! Glad there are other delivery choices where I don't have to rely on rude service read more
