Ive not tried Dominos in a year or two, but it caught my attention from an ad on tv. I ordered delivery from the State St store. Delivery was timely, driver very pleasant, but the pizza was worse than I'd remembered with a burnt crust and very little flavor. The parmesan bites were tasty, so I made a few of them my meal. I'll NOT be ordering Dominos pizza again - EVER! read more

This was beyond disappointing. I specifically ordered a pizza without cheese due to dietary restrictions, and what do they send me? A pizza covered in cheese. It's like they went out of their way to ignore my order. Do they not read the instructions, or just not care? This wasn't just a simple mistake--it was an absolute failure on their part to respect a basic request. Not only is this frustrating, but it's also completely inconsiderate to people with dietary needs. If you're looking for a place that listens to its customers and gets the order right, this is not it. Don't waste your time or money on this place unless you want to risk receiving something you explicitly didn't ask. read more

NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!!!!!! I Placed an order at 4:49 pm and the driver wasn't on their way til about 8:30-9 pm yesterday, and my order was cancelled at 9:09 pm. This place is absolutely ridiculous couldn't answer the phones either of the calls I've made. And the fact they couldn't call me to let me know what was going on or why it was taking so long is unprofessional for a franchise store this place needs to be shut down. I'm not the only one this has happened to. The fact is it's happening too much DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. unless you don't mind waiting 5-8 hours for your fucking food. Wish I could rate negative stars. This place is straight trash now. They should be ashamed of themselves read more

Pizza was disgusting; greasy and cold. Staff was deplorable and unwilling to help. Delivery was 2 HOURS late. Called and was on hold for 20 mins, only to be HUNG UP ON. Unacceptable and would not recommend even if they were the last restaurant standing on earth. I'd rather STARVE! read more

Ordered a pizza at 12:35pm, it is now 2:04pm and we have not had our pizza delivered yet. On top of everything, at 12:50, our ordered had said completed on the app; as in food was delivered and the order was completed. We called at 1:18pm and were told that the delivery driver just left the store. We live 8 minutes away from the store. We called again at 1:50pm and the manager was very rude. She tried to speak over my husband as he was just asking what was going on because our order said completed but we didn't have our food, then she proceeded to cut him off by saying "Can I speak now?" in a snotty tone. She was condescending and rude and ended the call by hanging up as my husband was talking. As someone who works in a pizza place, this customer service is highly unacceptable. I understand being busy, having a lot of orders, but where I work, we strive to make sure the customer is happy no matter what. We go above and beyond, we do not get rude with customers who call are are concerned about their orders. I was flabbergasted by the way this manager spoke to us and the quality of this service. I love Dominos food but if this is the way that service is going to be in the future, we will be taking our money elsewhere. This was ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars, I would. read more

This location has let me down in the past with poor customer service and food. Well my wife ordered it delivery took over an hour, when we called to check phone rang with no one to pick it up. Finally got our food chicken was burnt to a crisp. Called the manager to complain and said he could not give me a refund but could give me a free chicken next time. I said I don't want one next time and could someone bring it tonight. He said sure and would rush it out personally in 15min. Guess what he never came! What a joke don't order from this location management is a joke food is poor and service is slow. read more

Domino's Pizza - Burnt nasty boneless chicken. - Pizza Near Me - Saginaw, Michigan

We ordered 3 of the $5.99 large 2 item pizzas, son and granddaughter picked up. On one we added onions and mushrooms for an additional $1.49. When we opened the boxes, all 3 looked burned. The crusts were so thin, it was like biting cardboard. I didn't order thin crust. I got the feeling that they took the dough for a smaller pizza and stretched it further to save on those $5.99 larges. My $1.49 extra veggies on one pizza were so scarce, it was hard to find them. And that same pizza had a long hair baked in it. I didn't call, because I didn't want a replacement pizza, they were gross. I did send an email, and also responded to their survey. We will never order from there again. read more

I live approximately 8 minutes away from there location. I placed an online order and over an hour before my food was delivered they had marked it delivered on there app, so I called and asked if they had delivered to the wrong place and the very rude lady on the phone said "the driver just left" so I gave it another 30 minutes. Still no food so I called again and she was very very disrespectful and should never talk to anyone that way, let alone her being a manager. I love the taste of your food but with the wait time lately and the rude customer service my fiancée and I will be taking our business elsewhere read more

Still waiting for my pizza after 3 hours. Not even going to try and call because the last time this happened, they just cancelled my order. After this time I'll never order from this incompetent place again. Needs a new manager and better worker or just shut it down like they should have years ago. read more

Took 2 hours to get my order, no call or text to let me know what was going on. Took driver 25 minutes to get here, I'm less than half that far away. Food was cold, pizza didn't have the extra cheese that I paid for, my hot wings were soggy, and they forgot my ranch sauce. I didn't like the pizza sauce or crust. When I called, the clerk offered me a credit of $15 which was about half of what I paid for the order, she never asked my name and said "bye?" in a condescending tone. Very disappointing! Don't waste your money! read more

Ordered a pizza at 6 pm today. Called two hours later and they said it would be "45 minutes to an hour and a half longer" waited three more hours and still hadn't gotten my pizza. Finally called at 11 PM (5 hours after ordering) and was told that it would be 2 more hours. At 1 AM. On a Sunday. THAT'S A 7 HOUR DELIVERY TIME. Why did they lie and say it would be here 3 hours ago? When I called the store and talked to the manager (Joshlyn) to complain, she hung up on me. Never ordering Domino's again. Domino's Pizza - a sign for a restaurant - Pizza Near Me - Saginaw, Michigan

Never go to Dominos, they have a scam when you call and use your credit card to order. They will double charge your credit card and then tell you the charges did not go through and then ask you to pay cash when you pick up your pizzas. The following day they will credit your charge card once, looking as though they were helping correct the problem. However, you end up paying double, once in cash and once on your credit card. When I called to resolve the problem they said it can only be done at the corporate office. I called the corporate customer service number once a week for three weeks with no resolve. Shame on you Dominos for treating your customers with such lack of support. read more

This was my first time ordering from this location. I ordered two pizzas last night. They were awful. I tossed one in the garbage. Too much sauce, not enough cheese. The ridiculous amount of oregano and seasoned salt was over the top gross. The pizza dough was still raw. This is the worst pizza I've eaten. I wished I ordered from Good Times Pizza instead. read more

Ordered online for pick up. I was texted that the pizzas and Parmesan bites would be ready in 6-8 minutes. After arriving at Domino's I waited 25 minutes. The pizzas were cold and there was no "free" sauce with the Parmesan bites. I normally go to Jets but thought I'd take a chance with a less expensive restaurant. You get what you pay for. read more

You be the judge why I am giving them 1 star. Horrible service. No respect for customer or their time. I placed an order online for delivery and paid for it. After 2 hours when I called to check why was it taking too long, they said they'd thought it was for pickup and my order was made an hour ago. When I asked them to send me a fresh pizza they said it's gonna take another 2 hours because apparently in between my order and the time I spoke they got swamped with other orders. At no fault of my own they treated me horribly. Manager should actually go back to school and take a course in customer service. I don't believe in the term "customer comes first" but I do believe if you've wronged the customer atleast take measures to apologise and correct your mistakes. read more

The girl hung up on me and did not give me her name or corporates phone number. They are liars and frauds. This is not the first problem I've had with them. They are rude!!!!!! read more

THE WORST SERVICE EVER....ALWAYS! This time was probably the very worst experience, and it's the manager I dealt with! We ordered a pizza and an order of breadsticks. I waited 2 hours until I called since it said it was "out for delivery." The manager answered and seemed overwhelmed which I understand, but also unprofessional. I asked about my order, she went on to explain there was a huge order at a business....which I also understand. I asked her why she didn't call and just let us know, as I would in my customer service job. She mumbled something and was like, don't you hear the phone ringing? Again, not my problem that you were understaffed, or that you had a large order that was set days prior for SVSU....don't make excuses, MAKE SOLUTIONS! I have been coming to this location for years and they used to have great service. These last few years they have been through so many managers and staff and it seems to keep getting worse and worse. I also asked if the driver had been driving around with my order and she claimed no. He came in high as hell and our pizza literally was cold. I had a customer at our store literally feel it. She said I was a better person than her by my reaction. I don't wish the worst for anyone, but this current management is bad and NEEDS to go. I was also promised a credit to my account of $10 and see nothing....shocker though, right. I would love for the owners to contact me and make this situation right. read more

Honestly never ordered from Dominos before, and I will say this location had me laughing so hard. The coworkers get along, almost like they're a mini family and it's amazing. Quick, easy, helpful service and Amanda helped me save with the Mix& Match deal!! Makes me feel great. Fresh ingredients as well and really clean (a shocker for most Saginaw pizza joints). Will be back soon, thank you so much doll! read more

I would have rated it lower if I could! I have never been treated with more disrespect than I have from the manger and employees. I was yelled at after 3 hours of waiting for my order. I have ordered dominos my whole life and always enjoyed the unique taste. This specific location, however, has completely discouraged me from ordering from this chain ever again. Every delivery/pickup has had major issues- rock hard burnt pizza, wrong order, inaccurate prepare times (we have waited over 30 min in the store for a pickup order), crust is over seasoned to the point of burning mine and my guests' tongues. If you order delivery I encourage you to get text updates, our pizza was delivered 35 min after It left the store... so after 20 min we dreaded the soggy, cold pizza and once It arrived It was every bit of soggy and cold. This location cannot seem to get customer service figured out and the quality suffers because of It. read more

Domino's on Dixie Hwy have terrible service they made me the wrong pizza, and when I, called the employee name Danny was very rude. He told me to bring the pizza back to prove to him. I told him during a pandemic and he yes. I told no and then had the nerve to catch attitude because they made me the wrong. I order a Philly Steak and they brought me a Chicken with Bacon pizza. The delivery driver Freddie Randle was very polite it was the ones in the restaurant was rude. Every time I called; they would leave me on hold. They are so rude they forgot to put the phone on mute and, I heard them in the background laughing when they kept putting on hold. read more

Terrible customer service even from a shift manager Nicole. I would give this star a zero star if I could. I placed an order at 9:10. Tracker said at 9:21 my food was out of the oven. At 9:50 I placed a call asking status of delivery and was told there was a new delivery driver working. At 10:21 I called back and spoke to manager Nicole who told me that it would take 3 hours for a delivery. I said that was bull sh*t that I have never had any experience with the app not working correctly. When I explained that my email said maximum delivery time of 68 minutes she said that was untrue for this location. I asked why they didn't let customers know this when ordering and Nicole explained that if she had time to call all of the customers and tell them that it would take 4 hours for a delivery. She told me that I had verbally abused her and hung up on me. I called back, she said she needed to speak to another manager about how to please me in this situation. I had used free pizza points in my order and after she spoke to the manager she told me that my food would be free and would be on its way. I asked if my points would be replaced and she said that she has already gone above and beyond and she was extremely busy. She told me that this location would never take another app order from me because I verbally abused her. Food was delivered 2 hours 20 min from order time in a grease soaked box with dry food. Thank you Domino's management team for assuring me I will never order from this location again! read more

This location needs to be looked at by upper management. Years of bad service. Constant wrong orders. Staff seemed extremely confused about everything they were doing. In the time it took them to make a new pie for my incorrect order, I witnessed two more customers pick up orders that were incorrect or incomplete. Staff seemed indifferent. Each instance, the staff stood there and tried to tell us that was what we ordered. In my case, 3x 2-topping mediums, two were correct, one was given to me with only cheese. Never coming to this Dominos again unless it gets re-staffed. read more

Great service and the best gluten-free pizza I've had in Saginaw. The staff if super friendly and very clean.

Avoid this place! I would give them zero stars if I could. I never write reviews, but the entire experience was awful and I feel compelled to share it. I ordered online carryout. The tracker showed 1 minute remaining when I arrived to pick it up. After paying, the screen in the store said it was ready. Ready...not so much. While waiting for the next 25 minutes I watched the employees play on their cell phones and eat. The food was horrible...overcooked and two of the pizzas were even missing the sauce. read more

Haven't had a bad pizza yet. I like the ability to track our 'zzas. Makes it so convenient. Not to sound like a cliche but I worked at a pizza place for over a year. On 11/11/16 our order was inaccurate. No big deal, it happens. We made the manager aware and he apologized and even had someone bring out the missing two liter of Coke. (The order itself was also an hour late) After an alert from our credit card company, we found that our $3.00 tip had somehow became $7.93. We made the manager aware and he again apologized and said our next order was free. We also contacted the corporate offices via email and got a response from a representative who asked that we call her back. We did so the next day and were told the person who advised us to contact her was no longer a Dominoes employee. (?!) We were told to stand by for another rep to call us and that never happened. Thinking it better to call ahead we did so and made the manager, a female named Jordan aware. She offered to replace everything but the Coke and when questioned as to the logic behind replacing $25 worth of food but not a $2 bottle of pop she became indignant and told me she was "doing us a favor" and that nothing we described was noted in their system. But the exact date and order was. She also offered no explanation as to why it's okay for their delivery driver to write in their own gratuity. She told me the district manager would be present tomorrow and declined to give us any of the food she initially offered. She told me I was rude, and when I told her that she was NOT doing us a favor because we'd been robbed by one of her subordinates, and reminded her that perhaps that alone should warrant our entire order being replaced she hung up. I guess after the previous manager was terminated for cursing out a patron and getting caught, (you tube 2014 "Dominoes manager cusses out customer) treating customers poorly is part of the management training regimen. read more

Don't waste your money or time at this place. Can't even bare to watch their commercials on tv anymore. Ordered a xl large extravaganza pizza. When it arrived not only was it just a large but it also came completely uncut. I called the store and explained what happened to the gentleman that answered the phone. He told me I needed to talk to the manager. I explained to the girl (manager) what had happened and she wanted to argue that we were only charged for a large. I explained that we didn't order a large we ordered a extra large. She went on to argue that the extra large didn't come hand tossed only Brooklyn style. I really don't give a crap which way my pizza is made all I know is I didn't get what I ordered. After an agonizing 10 minutes of arguing with this incompetent manager she finally said with an attitude "fine, we will make you a Brooklyn style pizza and pick up the wrong pizza". I declined because I honestly did not want someone with that much attitude to begin with making something I had to eat. So the next time you decide to order a pizza from Dominos on State Street in Saginaw, MI please beware. Their commercials for "pizza insurance" is a lie. Stick to pizza places that stand behind there product with real customer service skills like PaPa Johns, Jets, and Hungry Howies. Dominos SUCKS!!! read more
