Makes me sad knowing all the times we've begrudgingly gone to Little Caesars right across the street when this was here the whole time. =_= I've tried a veggie pizza and margherita; the latter is especially surprisingly good. I love a real New York slice but I prefer Neapolitan style and this seems like a blend of the two. We haven't eaten at the restaurant yet due to the pandemic so takeaway has been my only experience here so far.

The pizzas are tiny (not unexpected for cauli crust) but at a $17 and $20 price point, what a joke. The antipasto salad was $14 but came to us in a tiny take out container. This barely fed us. Costed us $60 with tax, credit card processing fee, and a $5 tip we added at take out. What a rip off. We have eaten dine in at Gs before and had a positive experience. I will be hesitating ordering here again bc of tonight.

I did add the garlic butter parm + Cajun crust, which I would add again. I grew up about 40 minutes from this place, had never heard of it. I don't know how long they've been here, but I hope they stick around. They even called me about 2 hours after I picked it up just to see what I thought about the pizza and service (I didn't tell them it was my first time either, so this must be normal customer service for them). Found this pizza joint while on my last trip to Saginaw. Was out there for a graduation a few months back. By the time we arrived in town, many eateries were already closed or their kitchens were closing. Luckily Milano's was open later that evening. In the realm of fast food pizza, this is a solid winner. I would choose them over fast food chains (Domino's, LC, Papa John's) easily. Plenty of tasty and appetizing options to choose from. Hot & ready in the time allotted. Keep them going, Saginaw.

Sauce was very good!! Very clean inside and the woman who waited on us was very nice. But this pizza was our favorite so far and we have tried so many places.

It's like they went out of their way to ignore my order. Do they not read the instructions, or just not care? This wasn't just a simple mistake--it was an absolute failure on their part to respect a basic request. Not only is this frustrating, but it's also completely inconsiderate to people with dietary needs. If you're looking for a place that listens to its customers and gets the order right, this is not it. Don't waste your time or money on this place unless you want to risk receiving something you explicitly didn't ask.

This place is absolutely ridiculous couldn't answer the phones either of the calls I've made. And the fact they couldn't call me to let me know what was going on or why it was taking so long is unprofessional for a franchise store this place needs to be shut down. I'm not the only one this has happened to. The fact is it's happening too much DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. unless you don't mind waiting 5-8 hours for your fucking food. Wish I could rate negative stars. This place is straight trash now. They should be ashamed of themselves

I will say I'm pretty upset that labeled the blue cheese as their own ad if it were made in house, but when it showed up it was Ken's brand pre packaged cups. Everything did arrive fairly quickly.

The portions have gotten smaller, there is barely any toppings on the pizzas and the pizzas taste weird! At first,I thought it was just my imagination, but it wasn't! Tonight was the final straw when we ordered a pizza and was told it would be 45 minutes. Well,we waited, and waited, and waited and instead of calling or knocking on our door to let us know that our pizza was here,it was just thrown on our deck! Thank God my husband went outside or we would still be waiting! I am fully aware that pizza places get busy and pizza delivery drivers have a lot of deliveries to make but come on now! That is just unacceptable to leave people's food on their deck and not call them or knock on their door to let them know that they are there! Lesson learned that if you want good quality pizza don't order it from Jets! God only knows where your pizza will end up!

The biscuits are homemade the sausage gravy has actual pieces of sausage in it and the cinnamon toast bread was delicious. I can see why this is a Saginaw staple.
