Received poisoning tonight from wings. Boyfriend and I ate them and had horrible stomach aches. Never again.

They just came under new ownership a few weeks ago. The new owner is much more in-tune with the place. The new 8 corner deep dish is banging. Their rib tip dinner is always a good bet at $9.99. I asked about online ordering and they said it will be available this month sometime. Happy's Pizza has the best take out in town! I really enjoy the wide array of great food you can order besides their fantastic pizza! This location was very clean and made my order correctly. They recently opened back up, so thought it would be a good idea to give them a chance and help with their relaunch but damn! We ordered a simple 3 meat large pizza to go and it was terrible!! We live 5 minutes away so freshness wasn't the issue. The cheese was still stretching and it looked appetizing until I took a bite and all I tasted was a sweet greasy sauce that absolutely does not belong on a pizza . Ordered and was told 20 minutes. One hour later my food was in my hand BUT the order wasn't correct. The excuse we got was sorry but we have been busy. Take your money elsewhere that can handle busy and yet get a order correct. read more

Ordered thru the online app advertised on the website. 1.5 hours later called to see how much longer for our delivery and they said the system wasn't updated for the app and they had no record of the order. The app charged my card quick enough. Apparently another hour to get food. Update finally got food at 2.5 hours, cold fried mushrooms, undercooked chicken and mostly raw cookie. Super good pizza! Every time I am in Saginaw I have to stop in and get my Happy's Pizza. They don't skimp out on the cheese either!

I ordered Happy's pizza saginaw michigan, I picked up pizza , i get pizza home eat three slice wife gets home for work while finishing slice three she complains that i did not order yellow peppers on the pizza I look at receipt and see I did order the peppers, I call and explain to a young lady what happened she said "bring the pizza back up here and we will put the yellow peppers on it", I say thats not right i payed for and then the phone hung up, the pizza was good but not what I ordered nor can I depend on Happys to fix mistakes. read more

We have ordered Happy's 3 times, our first time it was awesome and of course we decided to try it again. The second time everything was cold when it arrived and the pizza had NO SAUCE! It's a pizza! This should include sauce without question. We decided to order once more and once again NO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA. Is this a joke? Does this pizza place not understand how pizza works? Only ordered.from this place once, and that was enough to teach me my lesson. I ordered the rib tips, and they were GREASY, with more sauce than meat, and more bone and gristle than meat, too. Don't order from this place unless you are wasted, because at that point you won't care about food quality, appearance, or portion size. Bon appetit! read more

this place, is SUPER slow. no matter what time you go. it's SO SLOW. they take forever to get your order ready, and the food is just gross, and super greasy, the business is very bad. the people are rude, and the workers don't really do their work. they sit there ready the tags on orders, not saying who's order it is. They just read it then sit down. I would not recommend going to this facility. read more

My friends and I had great expectations for Happy Pizza. We planned on ordering a small pizza and breadsticks and having it ordered to our college campus, 14 minutes away. We ordered the pizza at 10 a.m. when the store opened and asked for our pizza at 11 a.m. so we had time to eat it before we had to catch our bus. At 11 we were still awaiting our food. We received a call around 11 asking which campus we were at, One 14 minutes away or 40 minutes. We ended up calling the delivery boy to ask him where he was. He said that he could not find us so we walked around the campus to see if we could find him, while one person stayed where we told him we would be. We called him a total of 9 times without. The pizza from here is great...and the cheesy bread as well. The other food that they offer leaves much to be desired. When you get takeout the containers are all burnt and melted. They take an hour and a half to deliver most days and they are very rude over the phone. The delivery girl who delivered our food one day was too scared to buzz our door so she stood outside and waited and we didn't know she was out there until someone from the restaurant called to let us know. When I told them she needed to buzz the door she still didn't do it and we had to go outside to retrieve our food. read more
