Never again. We tried together a pizza from this place as a friend recommended it. We headed to bay city and tried calling the whole way (almost 30 min) non stop with nothing but a busy signal on a Sunday afternoon (non holiday or big event). So we gave the other store east side a call and got right through but wanted the west side as it was closer to where we were going. So arrived in person and I was the only person in the lobby. Two workers were in front of the oven talking and one eventually pulled out a pizza and the other went in the back. When the worker came to take my order he told me that I would have to wait 2 HOURS to get one. I asked to talk to a manager and when he came out he told me 45 minutes to an hour yet the whole time I was there no other pizzas went in the oven or came out and no one stopped to get a pizza if they were so busy. Went to a competitor close by and got our pizza in 20 minutes. And they were actually busy (visibly). read more

Solid pizza. Very good sauce. Cheese on the top is interesting & hides the toppings. Had a good bite thru texture. Sliced into square pieces an it's wrapped in butcher paper. It's a bit expensive compared to other pizzas of the same quality. read more

What a total shit show ....I call and order 2 stromboli....and after a half-hour wait they only made one so had to wait another 25 minutes....mind you this is my first time ordering and definitely the last ....they call my name im feeling around the package to see if there are two ...and left the store get home open package there is only one.....I call them 5 times in a row and busy and a lady answered the phone...she said please hold i said no....and she did anyway....so I drive the 5.5 miles back to the store ....get home start to eat and its almost cold and tasteless....you will never see me again read more

The first time we ordered from them, there was a little mix up and we got one pizza while the other was left at the store, but they quickly got the second one out to us and gave us a discount for our next order. Our next order we didn't get our breadsticks, but the driver realized they were still in the car and came right back. I have two favorite pizza places in bay city and this is the first one. I have been eating this pizza since I was a little kid. my mom always bought the big huge party pizza for our slumber parties and my sister continued when she grew up to always get that big party pizza for her son's birthday parties.i love this big gooey, pizza pie! I love how the toppings are under the cheese.its just a very well portioned pizza with so much yumminess.its also nice for kids who don't like crust. read more

Picked up a party pizza with everything but fish and fruit. It was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Been eating B&C pizza for as long as I can remember. 35 years or so. Never got a bad pie outta there. Good food takes time to cook right if you ask me. Fresh wholesome ingredients. Nothing better in the Bay City / Saginaw region. The pizza is worth the wait! Crispy crust that not too thin but still has a bit of substance to it. Tangy home-made tomato sauce, and great offerings on the topics. The only change I would make is to add carry-out boxes: the pies come on a cardboard platter wrapped in butcher's paper - making it tough to carry if you order more than one. read more

Order pizza on 12/23/2020 5:10 pm was told it would be ready at 6:20, got there at 6:15 pm had to wait another 15 minutes after paying for it. While I was paying for it I to pay more because I use my card to pay, that they didn't tell me there would be an extra charge for using the credit card. Finally pick up pizza headed for home which is 40 miles away, had the wife check the pizza out and it's the wrong pizza. Had to turn around go back, when I got there and told them it would take at least another half hour to 45 minutes to make another pizza because they were busy will orders. They couldn't just make me the right pizza in 10 15 minutes I had to wait in line on orders so it would take at least another half hour or which it would make it at least 2 hours to wait for a pizza. While I know tons of people that love the place, I can't stand it. They are slow, terribly slow. Then top it off walk in there to pick up your pizza? It looks dirty enough to be shut down with dust and dirt everywhere. You wonder what everyone's doing because there's 5 workers all talking but no ones actually making the pizzas (must be why it takes so long) Then when you think your ok and you finally get your pizza home in its greasy paper bag, half the time it's burnt. I call to complain and they tell me to drive the 20 minutes back into town where I just came from and they will make me another one, if I wait another 45 minutes for it. NO THANK YOU! read more

This used to be my favorite pizza place. While they do deliver hot it is extremely slow. 1.5 hours. They have cheapened up on toppings. I ordered ham and pineapple and It looks like they ran my really salty ham through a food processor to make it go further. It gave my pizza a weird texture like I was eating spam! By far, best pizza around. Deluxe with no anchovy is our favorite. Tons of toppings but the crust stays crispy. A little on the pricey side compared to the chains but more than worth it for quality pizza. read more

This pizza is some serious SH!T. Never disappointing. Eat one piece and you'll have another because the first one was so good. Venture into 3+ pieces, that's on you. It seriously filling. One small heads up ( and this is not a deal breaker for me) they put the toppings on first THEN the cheese. To me that's unique and does ZERO to get in the way of the enjoyment. Sauce was tomato paste. Sausage was dry hamburger. Virtually all pizza is good pizza...... except this pizza. Our family always finishes their pizza, and never throws any away. We threw almost half of this one away. Only ate that much in hopes that we could find a good piece. Can I get my money back? Please??? A true abomination. I prefer the other B&C pizza across town. I have got pizza from here a few times that was not that good. When I got the pizza it was greasy and the crust was soggy. I took a bite of it and the topping all slid off. I love there pizza but not form this location anymore. read more

Great pizza, can be a wait at times but quality takes time. Granted it's just "a hole in the wall" but sometimes those are the hidden gems. Pizza is great probably one of the top five in the Saginaw Valley. Cheese cube a favorite of their appetizers . read more
