I had a long day at work and the last thing I wanted to do was cook tonight. So I ordered the chocolate lava cake and a medium pan pizza with light cheese and pepperoni. There wasn't any pepperoni on my pizza instead I got a medium extra cheese pizza that had other toppings that fell into the cheese container because I found/ tasted mushroom (I'm allergic to), onion, bell pepper, jalapeños, bacon and sausage which I've taken out of each slice of pizza I have eaten. When my boyfriend told the assistant manager about the fact that there was no pepperoni he said that because it was close to closing time that he can only provide a store credit. This is the fifth time that I have had this issue with this particular store. They offer the same store credit and when I would call back several weeks later get a whole story about how they don't do store credit and have never done that. At other dominos I've never had this issue before, all other dominos would offer a refund or go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Here I get the same answer every time. If I really wanted to get another pie I will just make it myself because clearly they can't follow a food order. Thanks but it's now going to be a definite pass on this dominos. read more

Ordered on a Saturday night. Over 2 hour wait to get the wrong order. Ordered 4 pizzas total, 2 pizzas no cheese for a vegan. After telling the first person, they transferred me to maybe the manager? He said the order was right and told me to call the customer support number and hung up on me. It has almost been 2 hours since I placed my order. I called an hour ago and was told it would be here in 10-15 mins. Just called again and was placed on hold for 6 minutes and no one came on the line and called back and spoke to someone who when to check the status and he said it would be here in 10-15 minutes. I told him that's what I was told an hour ago and he said sorry I'm new so I don't know anything. Asked to speak to the manager and he said he's too busy to take the call. I placed an online order for 3 medium pepperoni pizzas. I went to pick up my order and when I got home I immediately realized these were not the pizzas I placed online. I called up there and told them that these were not the pizzas I ordered. I suggested that maybe it was a glitch in their system. I asked if I bring them right back can they remake the right ones. he said you can bring them back but they willl not be remaking any pizzas for me. I brought them back right away and he was very rude to me and said it was my mistake because I'm the one who placed the order online and he will not be remaking them. he refunded me my money through my card which will take 3-5 business days to go through. i asked to speak to the manager which he informed me he was the manager and his name is Jesus. he was so rude and walked away from me while I was talking to him. worse attitude. i tried but there is no saving grace here. service is crap. if it's even slightly busy your food will be a complete let down. the staff is annoyed that you're annoyed that your order from an hour ago hasn't even been prepped. no apologies or even an estimate as to when your order may even be ready. Had no issue with the food it was hot and well made. but they didn't include the included frosting cup with the cinnamon twists nor did they include the extra one I paid extra for. And let me say without the icing the cinnamon twists are not great. When I called I was being polite and simply asked if I could get a credit for another order of them next time I was in. I was told I could drive in for more icing but nothing else. Then I was told it was my responsibility to make sure the order had everything. This is where I did get a tone with the manager and replied. I ordered Brooklyn Style pizza and when I got there, not only was it not Brooklyn Style, but they did not give me the discount. When I called, the asst manager Joscelyn told me I had to order on line to get the discount. I ordered same day in Lancaster Domino's over the phone and she said "it's on sale for $12.24" and said nothing about needing to order on line. Also in Lancaster they told me right off that they no longer make Brooklyn Style but the NY style is similar. I would not have gotten one from rosamond had the person on the line been as informative. And Joscelyn could have honored the discount since I was told wrong on the phone and didn't realize it until after I paid. read more

This local dominos lacks good customer service and employees that know how to make the food. They have leave you outside in the cold while they don't even bother on coming to the door and telling you to please wait or ask for name. even though your app says is ready or window curbside, the order is not done in time and they don't bring it out to you all of the times when u order window curbside. My last order tonight on pie day was poorly made. i walked up to the store and i was ignore for 5 minutes. when finally giving me my order they told me i couldn't get parmesan or red pepper flakes without paying extra. really for condiments? the pizza was horribly thin and air bubbly without cheese or sauce. the steak sandwich was over salted. wont be ordering from here again. read more

This rosamond dominos was the worst service and pizza I've ever had from a dominos, I tried to call in an order, got put on hold and by the time anybody answered i was already able to place my order online so i asked thr lady how long my order would take she said they were super busy so it would be a 40 minute wait!!! My husband was picking it up sonhe just shoped at albertsons for awhile and went next door.to grab the pizza and ut was completely cold and they said it had been sitting there for 20 minutes and it had only been 30 since i ordered! He got home and the pizza was cold and dry, i tried to put it in the oven to heat up and the whole middle of the pizza just like fell apart it was very strange there was like a hole in the middle like a donut and even after trying to warm up it was still disgusting, so disappointed i love dominos and my husband prefers pizza hut but he got dominos cuz i like it and it was awful and i had to hear about it all night!!! This location has gone completely down hill. This last year has been the worst for service and delivery. The drivers are great but the over all experience is horrible! That almost never get the order right, it takes almost two hours to get a simple order and when you call for corrections, the associates make you feel like you are wrong. I definitely do not recommend this location. If you are in Rosamond and want good pizza with good delivery definitely try Guido's or any other pizza place. One star is way too high a rating for this terrible store. They like to complete the call in their system, saying they delivered your order, seconds after they mark it as coming out of the oven. It happens every time. I'm sure they do it to show how "fast" their delivery times are because it happens every single time. We will never use these guys again. Ordered 4 pizzas, dessert brownies & cheesy bread. I sent my son to pick up the order. When he returned we realized they forgot our cheesy bread (this was an item we paid for not part of any deal). I figured it would be a simple phone call to fix the mistake. The manager (and I use the term loosely because a good manager wouldn't treat customers this way) said it is the customers responsibility to check their order prior to leaving. I explained that he didn't place the order. He said this time he would honor it but next time the answer would be no. I asked him whose responsibility is it to check the order there for accuracy prior to being handed to the customer. I again was given the same answer as before. He says that is the policy due to many people trying to get free stuff. I explained I'm a long time customer and they made a mistake but he was not willing to admit their mistake or apologize for it. And I feel we should not have wait that long for our food to be delivered. I asked employee Tyler if I could speak to the manger. he put me on hold. When he came back he said my manager is busy I can have the order to you in 1-1.5 hours. I asked to speak to the manager, again and was given to the "assistant manager" who will not give me his name. I called and placed an order on 12-13 @ 623pm, my order was repeated back to me, total was told to me and was told to pick up 30-40 min 35 min later I am @ their door and they say I never placed an order. They also told me that they have a record on their caller ID, but no order placed.
