The homemade Cheesesteak Eggrolls were the bell of the ball, but paired with a weird selection of processed sauces, none of which a compliment. It takes seconds to whip up horseradish aioli making these a crowd pleaser. My advice, re-examine choice of product vendors & make a few more things in-house.
