My grandkids were visiting from out of state and they wanted some pizza. I ordered a plain pizza from Dominos. This was the end of their trip and they were leaving for the airport in 30 minutes. I ran up there in the pouring rain and this employee tells me that there was no order for my pizza. I told him that I spoke to someone 5 minutes ago. He proceeded to argue with me and told me that I never called and unless I reordered the pizza, that he wouldn't do anything. I asked him how long that would take? He said 20 minutes. I would never get home with the pizza in time for my grandkids. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I left with no pizza and my grandkids were so disappointed. I would never walk in that business again. The manager needs some training in how to treat customers with respect. Don't waste your time. read more

They are currently running their $9.99 special for any pizza. There's a max number of toppings depending on type of crust, but you can make your own or order a specialty one. Haven't had Domino's in a while so I customized a pie and it was OK. Original crust was kinda soggy, but probably because it steamed itself to death on the way home. Was a lot better after a few mins in the air fryer. Service was good, ordered thru the app and it was ready when promised. May try again if I have a pizza craving soon. read more

I've come to this Domino's for at least 20 years now. It's been around for as long as I can remember and it is the only location I like going to. The service here is prompt and the customer service outstanding year after year. The orders are always correct and nothing is overcooked or undercooked. Perfect for the fussy 20854 demographics. You can not properly make a pizza and have it cooked in 15 minutes. You can not properly make bone in chicke wings that fast either. How do I know? Becuase I went to the Domino's to order a pizza and wings, there were done in 15 minutes. The pizza was way undercooked and the wings were cold, wet, messes. This was Monday afternoon, around 2 PM. There were very busy. I waited about as long for the inattentive staff to get to me as I did for the undercooked and underwhelming food to be given to me. I should have read the reviews here before doing a delivery order. Like what other reviews said, they really need to check to see if all of the food items ordered are actually there. Alas, I was missing an item and I called them back up. They said they would ask the delivery guy to go back and drive it back to here, making all of our other food cold while we wait or give me a store credit for the missing item, instead of crediting my credit card back. I ordered a pizza for carry out. When I arrived I gave the employee my name and he said it would be a few minutes. I waited about 15 minutes and asked for an update on my pizza as other people that had come in and ordered after me were getting their food. Another employee helped me and said the order was canceled, yet I was never notified. Go here regularly, service is pretty quick. Food is normally decent. Only downside is that a lot of times they do not pick up the phone. I end up having to drive there to order and have to wait instead of calling it in in advance so that it's ready when I pick it up. Other than that, it's a decent late night pizza spot. read more

Dominos has taken to concealing their meal deals. It has happened at least on two locations in Montgomery County, Maryland (N Potomac and Rockville) where I have ordered pizza. I ordered what I thought was their two for $7.99 large three topping pizza for $16.98 plus tax. They at both locations tried to charge $38 for the pizzas. When I expressed shock they said we honor the discount at $16.98 when asked for it. What else is Dominos concealing? Unless you are careful Domino's will charge their retail price not the discounted price. Dominos makes decent pizza but the deception gives me a stomach ache. Look around for an honest pizza store with better pizza even if it priced is slightly more. I will not go back to Domino's I am looking for an honest Pizza store in or near Potomac. read more

I don't feel the 2 previous reviews do this particular Domino's location justice. Whenever my sister and I are in a pinch and are craving pizza, there aren't a lot of options in the vicinity for us to choose from, so we call our friendly Domino's and place an order. We've always gone with the carry-out option because it's nice to get out of the house, even if it's just for 10 or 15 minutes. The staff is absolutely courteous and very accommodating. We can be finicky sometimes but whatever it is we want, they will do, and do it right. Their ingredients are always fresh and no matter what topping you want, they are very generous with them. Since you eat with your eyes and nose first, they actually do care about presentation and our pizzas always look and smell fantastic. We've also become huge fans of their wings as of late. Because my puppy is also a fan, we order them naked and ask for the hot sauce on the side. She can enjoy some of the plain ones and then we douse the rest in hot sauce for us. You seriously can't go wrong with this option! All in all, for what Domino's is, which is fast food, you get what you pay for and then some here. Your food is ready when they say it will be ready and you're always greeted with a smile on your face. What more could you want? read more

Since Domino's changed their recipe by putting buttery garlic sauce on top of their pizza, it actually taste quite good. The pizza was hot even after 20 mins car ride home. The staff at this location for carryout is very very curteous and nice. I never thought I would get such excellent costumer service at a dominos... Was pleasantly surprised by the customer service we received here. We haven't ordered from Domino's in years, but my son had friends over and they wanted pizza. I submitted an internet order but it turns out that we got a little more pizza than we ordered, and a little less of our side items. Visited the store that afternoon and they made it right, and then some. Son really appreciated it, and was pleased with the service and the attempt to earn our business. Driver went to the wrong location. Store was not helpful in resolving. Driver then called insisting that he was still outside the house. I went outside the house and he wasn't even on the block. He kept insisting and seemingly couldn't understand English when I told him he was lost and should return to the store since I had cancelled the order (since the pizza was likely cold after all the all the phone calls). I ordered 2 large Brooklyn Style mushroom pizzas. Quite possibly the worst pizza I've had in the past 2-3 decades. This was pickup...Not even delivery so they were hot when we got them. Following a complaint on the Domino's Cares web page, I was contacted by a manager (I don't know exact title). He was very professional, polite and was interested in hearing about my experience. I had asked not to be contacted, but I'm glad that he made the effort to reach out. It made a difference that someone from Domino's understood my frustration. He did say that I have been the only one to complain about Chris at that location. I find that hard to believe and pointed out that there were online message boards complaining about a Chris at this location. Maybe there is more than one Chris. I don't know. Recently went to the dominos location on fortune terrace about a week ago, all I can say is this store was a disaster. Manager on duty (Sean) was very rude and quick with me, he seemed frustrated and disoriented! I requested specific directions for my pizza and he made it seem like I was making him go out of his way, I never have this problem with the young manager Chris.
