Not good to awful. Plain bone in wings tasted like what I would imagine my dogs Canine Carry out chicken sticks would taste like. The thin crust was plain as can be and literally as thin as a piece of paper. The regular original style wasn't like it used to be, seemed dry and overcooked, also bland. The handmade crust pie is what gives this rating a 2 and not a 1. The only reason I got this was because our favorite local pizza place was closed yesterday. And trust me you're not getting a deal on a 6.99 medium 2 topping pie especially when you have it delivered. We called to order for delivery and we were on the phone with the staff for 11 minutes because they kept getting the order incorrectly and getting the address wrong. Not to mention the staff kept transferring us to calls with different people for 11 minutes straight. The total was around 33 dollars and we gave them 35 which is a 2 dollar tip and yes that's awful but we are struggling. We are just people who were hungry and needed food to survive. Got the reward for earning 60 points when ordering pizza. I live too far from Dominos to get delivery, so I always pick it up. I try to redeem the code, get told it must be redeemed online. I do that, and the code is only good for delivery, not carryout. So, no pizza because I live too far for delivery and I can only get the pizza by having it delivered. What a brilliant business model. I briefly considered hanging out at a local store and get it delivered there, but screw it. Last time I ever order from this franchise. Edit: I went back online and had the pizza 'delivered' to Dominos and picked it up. Placed a delivery order took over 1.5 hours. When it arrived it was cold, one pizza was plain missing toppings and a order or chicken was missing. When it says to report a claim online only offer is a free pizza (60 points) or a discount on next order. If you click you don't want those options you get nothing. Had to call store for a refund. Never had a problem before but today's incident was horrible. They messed up my order, done it before but quickly resolved it nicely. This time the woman asked if it was about the cheese, which it was, in a very bitchy tone. I explained that I had double checked my order and she frustratedly threw out the wrong pizza in front of me before starting the new one. Bad move on etiquette. Then as I get the new pizza I ask for another packet of salad dressing for the salad I had also ordered. Still had to pay the 80 cents for it after driving back to the store and waiting for a new pizza. Not going back again. read more

holy shit has this place gone downhill since it changed hands recently. the new owner hiked the price up on the sauces to .75 EACH. also the pizzas are always underdone now..even when I specifically check WELL DONE..it's undercooked. the brownie was burnt to hell as well. very disappointing. was hoping the new owner would make things better, unfortunately that is not the case. read more

I like my dominos. Only one time they ran late, the food wasn't super hot but i've ordered from them regularly and never have problems so no big deal. Try taking a train into manattan you'll arrive late every time. I always get the same 2 delivery guys, they're both polite friendly people, and they usually get here real quick. I don't understand this place. Quality control is non existent. The food is always undercooked. Today my dinner came and the dough was still dough. When you call them, they are nice but it's always the same excuse. "Our driver is really busy but we can offer you a free pie next time you call" He probably wouldn't be busy if you didn't have him having to redeliver cooked food. Stay away from this place. Pizza here is OK at best...customer service is always good it seems like there are a lot of great employees that work there... What prompted my yelp review was the exorbitant delivery charge of $3.00 that was added to the total. Factor in the additional tip for the driver and the total cost of delivery is more than their medium two topping pizza (because it clearly states on the Domino's Pizza website "Any delivery charge is NOT a tip to your driver. Please reward your driver for awesomeness")...BTW the medium 2 topping pizza was $5.99. I have been ordering pizza from this Dominos since the place opened in the late 1980's- when the delivery charge was nothing and Dominos guaranteed your order to be at your door in 30 minutes or less or your pizza was FREE. I understand why that guarantee was abolished- which was for driver safety, however there is no legitimate reason to have such a steep fee for a simple delivery other than to increase the corporation's bottom line. Needless to say, I will no longer be patronizing this franchise. Dominos Pizza lost a customer. I will not pay this deceitful, sneaky surcharge. No more corporate pizza for me. From now on, my dollar votes will be going to the independently owned pizzarias who make a substantially better product. read more

They messed up our first order by not only cutting our pizza into squares even though we selected pie cut, but they put double pepperoni on both, which was only ordered on one. We called to complain, and they said they would deliver us the correct order. Again, the brought the wrong pizzas, this time, bringing no pepperoni, and putting double cheese on both. The second batch of incorrect pizzas arrived after an hour, this was ridiculous. read more
