I ordered a pan pizza for take out. Ham, double pepperoni, mushroom and onion. Picked it up, got home and it was completely undercooked. The cheese wasn't even melted. Called to voice my complaint and took the pizza back. Waited another 20 minutes for a new pizza. It came out undercooked as well. After 1.5 hours we were just hungry and ate a slice or two of the cold mess. dcbrehm@yahoo.com. I'd like my money back. read more

When i first walked in a girl straight up said in a rude and snappy tone " we are busy!" as if i didn't already order a pizza for pickup. However the guy that was also working stopped everything and took care of us. Honestly i think the girl that was clockked in at 3:11 pm on saturday august 2nd deserves to get terminated. Also she was slamming things around and complaining the whole time. read more

Never had big issues with this place until now. The workers who answer the phone need some training on communication. Details: I ordered my food and the time for delivery is approximately 19-29 minutes. Everything was on schedule as I tracked the delivery through my neighborhood. Well the driver made multiple deliveries in my area except my house. 30 minutes turned to 40, and that's when I decided to call and ask for a status. The girl on the phone told me the tracker doesn't work sometimes and ensured me my order was on its way. This would be the first time the tracker did not work for me, but I was able to watch the driver proceed back to the Dominoes location and have my order status on my app switch to COMPLETE. Still no order. 40 mins turned to 50 mins. I contact the store back and talk to a Kyle now who says they are putting in another order and it will take another 40 minutes. Since I can't wait for this delivery, I request a refund. Thereafter I'm told the Gen Manager will take care of it later because they are super busy. I was really irritated at this point because the inconvenience of not receiving what I paid for now became an inconvenience to them when I wanted my money back. I ended up talking to the GM Jaden who told me my refund was taken care of. Overall I'm disappointed at how my order was handled and how the customer service on the phone was handled. read more

The manager, Dustin, went above and beyond to provide SUPERIOR SERVICE! We are visiting the area, and I mistakenly placed an online order at the wrong store. We didn't realize the error until we went to pick up our order. The store I had placed the order at was 30 miles away. Dustin quickly and pleasantly remade our order and got us on our way! THANK YOU SO MUCH! read more

Paid a lot for extra toppings. Pizza was a joke. I don't believe they are meeting the requirements of dominos brand standards. Will not return read more

Quick service and friendly staff. One of a few places that seems to be adequately staffed these days. Pizza is always hot and fresh. Restaurant has a small dine in area. read more

My favorite pizza place in the area for fast food style pizza. They always have great coupons to make a quick, cheap meal. I love that you can actually sit down in the clean dinning area if you want to as well. They offer many options such as delivery, curbside and inside pickup if you're doing to go. read more

Ordered dinner from here last night via online. Love the tracker. Pizza was delivered quickly and the driver was very nice. Thank you all for a great experience and a great dinner Ordered lunch here today. Brian and Cameron were absolutely amazing. Wife forgot the kicker sauce. Brian offered to have them delivered out to us even though we didn't order the sauce that I was calling them to say they forgot. Cameron delivered the sauce to us with a smile and wouldn't take more money from me. What a great place and great team. read more

Domino's Pizza - a gift certificate in a box - Pizza Near Me - Peyton, Colorado

I will never order order from this Domino's. We was in disbelief of what we witness while waiting for our food. We witness the guy digging in his ear, noise and not once did we see him washer his hands at all. After that he went to the back to cook. We will never visit this dominos again.. read more

If there was something more than 5 stars, I would give it to this place because they messed up my order real bad.... just keep reading. Paid online, delivery person, Ciera came, and a family member paid cash, paid twice, my order was not what I had ordered at all, was really disappointed and getting ready to call, when Ciera called, she told me about us paying twice, and offered a solution, went today, and the people was really nice, they put up a little show for my kids, played with them, not just ereasing the bad experience but creating a better one, wish the owner read this and somehow reward this hard working people read more

-Ordered at 6:30pm (20-30min delivery time as stated) didn't eat till 7:47ish. -Brought the wrong order first so someone else whom was waiting for their food got screwed as well. -Only offered a free 2 liter for the inconvenience. The hell kinda "customer satisfaction" is that? -Still paid full price for the order and tipped the kid cause I've chauffeured pizzas before. That's how you do business? #pizzarewardsareafree2liter #Inconvenienced read more

Ok, we order from here on maybe a monthly basis. It is strictly a gotta eat fast and don't care too much about quality. To me it is the Hardee's of fast food. Meaning it is the fast food of the fast food in the pizza world. Yes it is a choice and recognize this my expectation. So why the low rating when I know what we are getting into. Well, it is simply the disappointment when I ordered enough with their rewards points to earn a free pizza. Just went on to order and they are expired. Apparently they only last six months. So I guess unless I'm a dominoes junkie I can't benefit from these programs. So with us it actually made us want to order from them less than more now. Will definitely think twice before ordering again. read more

I've never liked dominos before living in Falcon, but honestly it's the only pizza place out here in my opinion that puts effort into making their food right. It's always hot, delivered quickly and I am always satisfied. Save your time and just order from here. read more

Always get a great pizza from them. Prompt and courteous drivers.

A decent gluten free pizza. Not recommended for those with severe allergies. I love the app. It will let you know when your order is on its way. I do wish they would offer some kind of chicken dish for those of us with sensitivities to gluten. read more

Great job tonight! It sucks having to eat pizza without cheese, but sometimes the craving is just too much to resist. Ordering a cheeseless pizza from these guys with lots of meat and veggie toppings make it so I don't miss the cheese. Everything was done to perfection tonight. Keep it up! read more

I LOVE this Domino's Pizza!! The pizza is excellent! I have, in the past, had my order delivered to my home & I was so impressed with the polite young delivery man. Thank you, Domino's Pizza in Falcon, CO. :) read more

We had ordered a pizza from them today, and when it got here it had clearly slid in the box, and it was extremely mangled. So we called and got a new one. This new one was perfect, and the delivery driver was an amazing man! I totally understand that these things happen, and he was very apologetic, though it was totally okay by me! Very nice man, very great customer service. read more

I am very frustrated with your website. I have two gift cards. Checking the balances on your website indicates there are balances of $7.11 and $4.30. But for some reason, when I try to place an order, your website tells me there is an issue with the cards and will not allow me to use them. What's the deal? read more
