Went here after a long road trip with my kids and they were so hungry! Hit the spot! There was a very kind worker who had black and red hair and they got my order so freaky fast and right. I ordered a sandwich from this store and when it arrived at my door the delivery driver yelled at my dogs to shut up for no reason and the sandwich can missing some of the components I paid extra for. In addition, when I tried to call to get this sorted and I was telling the manager wha happened I got hung up on half way through. Instead of having the option to "leave bread in," perhaps you could change it to "leave bread out." I shouldn't have to assume that you are gutting the bread out of my sandwich when you don't state on your menu, inside the store, that you gut the bread out. I'm ordering a sandwich with bread. If I didn't want the bread, then I would order an "unwich." I'm what world do folks want their bread gutted? If one exists in that world, then offer them that option. For every other normal person, ordering a sandwich made on bread, then give them their bread ungutted. read more

I can't say enough about the staff that took care of us here. They were fast, efficient, and best of all, provided exceptional customer service. The three young ladies on shift were professional and took great care of all the customers who came in. The restrooms were clean as was the dining area. High praises go to their management as well as their parents! To the management: Thanks for hiring and training responsible young adults who care! 2:17 PM. June 9, 2013. Falcon (Peyton), Colorado Jimmy John's. Good food. Service is ok. The place was clean too! ATMOSPHERE: ....loud, ANGRY, heavy metal punk rock music blaring (way too loud, like the doors were locked for the night, staff are cleaning down and there are no customers at all). ATMOSPHERE my family wanted was to take a break from the road and eat sandwiches in the middle of the afternoon. ATMOSPHERE here was not at all appreciated or expected. ATMOSPHERE was more like my family members were getting tattoos than just eating sandwiches and talking about our day so far. Food was good though. So was service, and clean restrooms. ATMOSPHERE: Simplest thing to do properly when everything else is done correctly. Maybe someday Yelp will allow attaching videos and not just take photos to add to a review. Apparently I have to bag my own sandwich...I hope I wasn't too much of a bother with interrupting the staffs personal conversations when asking for a bag. I am upgrading to 5 stars because, after a significant amount of time, this JJ location decided to break with corporate and deliver to Meridian Ranch. For those not in the area, it is literally a neighborhood of 4,000 homes just 2.7 miles from this location. For a long time, they would not deliver to Meridan Ranch but they do now. You can't order online because it uses assinine corporate algorithms for location, but you can call and they will deliver to Meridian Ranch. When I call my name and address pops up and ordering is freaky fast. Still love the Vito and Beach Club and the kids love the slim #1 and slim #6. read more

3 of the last 5 times the order has been more than an HOUR late for delivery. Items on sandwiches that shouldn't be and items that should be are not on the sandwiches. A real head scratcher... They add items they shouldn't yet remove default items from the sandwiches of the order. For readers of this review, either go into the store and watch it be made, or order for delivery elsewhere. Ordered the Frenchie and wanted some onion and lettuce.....guy waiting on me said no. I asked tgen to get a slim number two....roast beef.....tasted VERY salty.....when I asked the staff.....they said yes the roast beef is supposed to be salty. I am baffled as to why this location has reviews that are so poor. The staff there has no control over their routes for delivery, that is a corporate issue, so you shouldn't write a negative review based on something they very literally have no control over. Everything in Falcon is within 4 miles, drive your self to the restaurant and pick up your food! I have NEVER had a bad experience at this place, the sandwiches are always correct, the bread has never been stale and the crew there is awesome and friendly. read more

I kinda knew what to expect coming in to Jimmy Johns as far as selections goes, it's a pretty simple menu and has something for everyone. I came into the Falcon location expecting the norm in service friendly and quick. Well, with six younger adults working behind the counter I was not greeted by anyone and let me add there was not another customer in shop. I walked to the counter to order and the guy with a very monotone voice said do you know what you want. Well thank goodness I knew what I wanted so I told him my order, he then rambled off what to do to make payment with credit card. NOTE: There would be no way some one hearing impaired or the elderly would of understood him. I wanted some additional toppings on my sandwich but yet again no one acknowledged me from behind where I ordered, so I made my way to the end of the sandwich making line to ask for peppers and oil and vinegar. The one guy that was standing around thought he would throw out that I should have asked for additional toppings when I ordered. Well, don't you think that would be something the person ringing me up should ask to prevent any distraught customers?!? I also was not told thank you or have a nice day, NOTHING!!! I enjoy Jimmy Johns but this location failed horribly on customer service and a full experience for me. I will not return to this location due to the lack of leadership and service given. read more

I always come here. Today I walked in and I got stink faces from all the staff. Made me feel uncomfortable and like they were pissed I was there. She handed me my sandwiches without a bag and just threw them on the counter. She had a bad face on took my order with a bad face. Usually I'm a huge fan of Jimmy Johns, but I've had two bad experiences in a row at this place. I love love love the #13 veggie, and was so excited when we moved to Peyton and there was a Jimmy Johns so close. Unfortunately the sandwiches don't have the same amount of filling as the place by Chapel Hills Mall, and the sandwiches were miswrapped and messy both times. My mom and I went in to eat the first time. It was very slow, so one of the staff members was trying to look busy. She sprayed the windows right by our table to clean them with harsh smelling chemicals, so we went to another table by the adjacent window. She ended up following us over there too with more window cleaner. I'm sure it isn't her fault... I have been there where you have to 'look busy' for your boss, but workers shouldn't be instructed to clean windows when guests are eating in the dining room. I think next time I need my #13 I will just head to the one by the mall. :) read more

I can't figure out what's up with all the low ratings! The staff here is always super friendly. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious. The place is really clean. I wish they had hot sandwiches. Worst Jimmy Johns location in the lower 48 !! Went here on 3 separate occasions, all 3 times I was disappointed/ripped off/scammed. Paid for extras each time and did not get what I paid for. It was take out so you don't really know until you get home!! Voiced my concerns about being ripped off with Jimmy Johns. Not even a reply back!!! This location was robbed several months ago. This may be an attempt to make up the lost revenue by defrauding customers to make up the lost cash. We found a black hair in our sub today. We asked for a refund and the white guy with black hair and a 12 oclock shadow said this happens all the time. It was probably his hair. Rotten. This shop stops delivery at Stapleton Road, thus they do not deliver to ANYONE in Meridian Ranch, nor the only Middle School and HIgh School, and two of the four elementary schools. This, therefore cuts off over half of their potential customers. They won't even deliver to the Woodman Hills Rec Center, IN their delivery area, for someone who is willing to cross the dead border and meet them there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THIS IS A SMALL TOWN WHERE MOST HOMES ARE LOCATED A LITTLE FURTHER OUT. I had an order for 50 sandwiches I needed delivered to the high school for a party, and they turned that down, so I gave our business to the local pizza and Chinese restaurants who will deliver there. It's just so plain and boring. Tried it two times and it sucked. I had the veggie and Italian. The veggie had lettuce tomato and sprouts.. No flavor at all, tasted like a dry salad on shit bread. I hate writing negative reviews and in this case it's even worse because typically I love Jimmy Johns. I went here with my husband and daughter on a very slow Monday evening. There was one other customer in the building, and six employees. Although the employees were kind the soda machine wasn't working and when we asked for a refund on our soda they told us to try a new cup, finally half-way through our meal they fixed the machine but only after they were all finished discussing who knows what with a local teen looking for a job. Our sandwiches seemed to have less filling than when we go to a different location and I thought I was crazy for thinking that until I read another review about it. We asked for peppers on the side and they told us that this wasn't allowed. So bummed. Ultimately, although they were polite the service was not good. Additionally, we witnessed them decline to serve the needs of several customers. It is evident that that is what they have been instructed to do. We will not return. read more

When you don't have enough French bread at lunchtime on a Saturday, it makes me think you didn't plan accordingly. I was told I could only have a sandwich on wheat or get an unwich yet there were loaves of French bread behind the counter. I was also told, once I reluctantly selected the wheat bread, that it would be a while. Why?! You have the wheat right there...why not offer for people to wait for the French bread you are baking. Get it together. I did three stars because the girl behind the register was so flustered and nervous and had her boss barking at her to tell everyone they are out of French bread. read more

Does anyone else have issues with the Jimmy Johns here in Falcon? For the most part the staff there are friendly. When I go I usually get...I'm sorry ma'am but if corporate was here I would get in a lot of trouble if I made your order custom. I've called them twice since they opened up there establishment and let them know my order was messed up and if I can get a credit. No issues. I've order from them at least 3 times a month if not more. Most of the time if things are messed up and I can fix it I do it myself and don't bother calling them. Not a big deal. But I called them today for an order I was told I would get credit for. I was told by the general manager why are you calling know? This order was made on the 19th of December. I told the general manager that I didn't feel like placing my order sooner. So he chuckled and then proceeded to tell me that they put in the system that I don't get anymore store credit!!!! I told him my order was wrong and that it should be made right. I've always ordered a #6 for my son it's a veggie sandwich. All he wants is a mayo and tomato sandwich. I'm always told they can't do it like that because corporate says not to! So I'm always having to fight with them to do my sandwich the way I want it done. I'm so tired of always having to beg them to make my sandwiches the way I want them to. This is ridiculous and I'm so tied of getting ripped off. If I ask for extra cheese and you charge me for it, I would like to get it. Sounds crazy but I'm just so tied of being treated like crap. I'm a very nice person and always speak to them with respect.
