Great pizza. It's very affordable and good options for toppings. They have gluten free options too. The pizza sizes themselves are smaller in size but in some cases that's a plus. I know it's a chain but for a chain I was pleasantly surprised. Staff very friendly too. Will be back! read more

We've visited tons of times in the past and it's always been great, but last night the food was not great, and gave me a serious stomach ache afterwards. My grandma said this was some of the best pizza she has ever had! It was surprisingly busy for a Thursday night, we waited over 30 minutes for the food but it was delicious. I created my own big fan of pineapple on pizza, and the taste was perfect. I liked how the crust was not too thin or thick just in the middle, so crunchy and gooey. It's a perfect size for one person, I still had some to take home. Decided to try their blackberry lemonade and very great taste, again not too bitter or sweet just right. This place is so fun!! I did the 11" (I believe) it's one bigger than the smallest size, and it was so good! The crust is like a thinner crust which I don't usually like, but it was so good. I think it's cooked in a brick type oven because it tasted like pizzeria-type of style pizza. Soooooo yummy! Highly recommend! I'm only here on vacation but I will be back! We've got a love/hate relationship with Mod Pizza on Dublin. They have great pizza. The whole family loves their pizza. The problem we have with them is that they're consistently 15-20 late with online to-go orders. For instance, today I ordered at 7:02p. The website told me it would be ready at 7:30. So I drive up there and at 7:30 the order hasn't even started being prepared yet. It's now 7:50 and we're still waiting. To-go orders used to be so easy and dependable but about 7-9 months ago they started getting slower and slower. One time the manager told me they were short staffed, but they had the normal 7-8 people working behind the counter just like normal so I'm not sure. Other times it's other excuses. The manager said he knows the slowness is a problem BUT HE ALSO SAID IT WONT BE GETTING BETTER ANYTIME SOON. This really surprised me! There are many things they could do. Automatically extend the pickup times online by 15 min so that customers aren't misled. Add another employee during peak times. Promote delivery options instead. The manager said he'd let the General Manager know numerous times that the online wait times are too short but that nothing has been done. I suggested to him to simply push out the pickup times on the website by 15-20 minutes. I would be fine if I knew I'd have to wait an hour to pick up a pizza as long as it told me that in the website. But it sounds like they would rather entice customers with short pickup times online. Very disappointing. Because of this I try to avoid going to Mod. read more

The pizza was skimpy on spinach - disappointed by high cost for overall sizes of pizza and skimpy ham toppings that looked torn up by hand and thrown on. The pizza was delivered warm not hot. The other pizza (mod regular pepperoni black olives) looked equally sad and tasted sad - like it was just thrown together & made without love. I don't know what all the rave is about. So, it's Mod Pizza. You either like it, or you don't. So, this review isn't so much about the food (which was good) as it is about the service (which wasn't). Wonder Wife and I stopped by there on a busy Saturday afternoon for a quick bite with one of our daughters. The line was pretty long, but moved along quickly enough considering the staff was also filling online orders. Just like with Chipotle, the food is put together on an assembly line, so one ends up interacting with several people throughout the process. The first person we dealt with was friendly enough, but the second person - the sauce and cheese lady - was rude. First, she put barely any toppings on the pizza and when asked to add cheese, she made sure we knew that she was not happy doing it. Next came the two toppings people - one for meat and one for 'other stuff'. The meat lady was fine, but the 'other stuff' guy was rude. When Wonder Wife was checking out the toppings that were in front of him, he scolded her telling her that he wasn't preparing her pizza yet. He was short with me, as well. To be fair, they were busy - it was dinner time and there were a lot of online orders coming in. Having said that, it's disappointing to have the dinner experience tainted by rude staff. read more

I LOVE Pizza! And this concept of building your own pizza just makes me so happy! I have never had a bad experience at any MOD pizzas I have visited. This location is super close to my house, so it's a must visit for us. You always feel so welcomed coming inside, and no matter how long the line is... they have their system down. You won't be waiting long. It is pretty big inside, and they have a nice patio overlooking the mountains. It is always super clean in the dining area as well as the bathroom. Even when I don't feel like pizza, (which is very rare) their salads are so fresh, full of flavor and very filling. The pizzas are a flat rate based on size, you can order it with all of the toppings if you want ( don't recommend) and it will still be the same price Their gluten free pizza crust is one of my favorites. When I lived in Colorado Springs, I was always looking for new restaurants, and MOD pizza was one! It is a thin crust, and all the flavor is there. The service is always the best, it's quick and easy! But if you want more crust, they have various options, I'm pretty sure that they do, but it depends on the area in springs. I've never felt more embarrassed then when I asked if Mod Pizza's Ham had the hormone: "nitrates" in it. Im not joking when I say that the young girl making my pizza was legit the only person on staff who did stare at me like I was crazy. The manager literally laughed at loudly and dismissed my concern without even bothering to check the ingredients on the meat or direct the girl putting my pizza together to do that. By dismissed i mean that he said: "I've never heard of that before! What are you talking about?" and walked away. To give you some background, I get horrible migraines if meat has certain hormones in it. I know that it's a weird question, but did they think I was asking because I just wanted to make their job hard? Im still stunned writing this down. As someone who has spent years in the food business, I know that every store has a book somewhere near the cash register with the total ingredients of every item. Did the workers not know that? By the way, the rest of the staff has treated me at this place, it's clear that the manager's rude gesture towards me probably isn't the first of its kind. You can bet I do everything in my will never to go here again. There are other Mod Pizzas in the area that have great service. I love this pizza! Their is only two sizes but, you don't mind it,because the Toppings are endless!! The crust is so yummy. It's thin so you don't get all those carbs like you do with most other pizza's. Great drink choices like fruit teas not just soda's That's nice for a change to. The only reason I gave the four stars is because it's a Health risk to me. When you have people working preparing your food ...and have nose rings hanging out of your nose; what happens if their nose is running, and it's on the nose ring and it drips in your food!!!!! Mod pizza has cauliflower crust. Make no mistake though, it is actually the same amount of carbs as the regular crust... Lady at Mod said it only contains cauliflower, seasonings, and cheese. I asked twice, "is there flour in it?". "Nope!"... got home and looked up the nutrition facts...87 carbs per crust and it does indeed have flours in it. Ugh, thank goodness I don't count carbs anymore! If you're doing keto or low carb, this is not an option for you, sadly. Even if you're just counting calories, the cauli crust adds 100 cals. Delicious, but might as well get the regular crust and save the cals. I'm giving it 2 stars, because while the pizza was delicious, the worker had no idea what she was talking about and service was slow. read more

Driving up and walking in there are tons of aggressive signs that are both confusing and overwhelming. The tension in this place is palpable. Felt like ordering food from the show Seinfeld's Food Nazi. "No soup for you!' I understand they want customers out as soon as possible but it was brash at best. I feel immensely sad for the staff. Pizza was meh. I'm not going to be a return customer. Hopefully you take this as a sign to lighten up on those young folks working there. They are obviously stressed out. I've come from Oregon where the mods are absolutely amazing so I had high expectations. As soon as we got in the lady that made our pizza was absolutely rude. She rushed us through not giving us time to think or speak. Then when my pizza was done they ended up giving away to someone else. That person then ended up bringing it back after he opened it and smelled it. After that mods employees proceeded to give me the same pizza. I took it and bit my tongue but the second I opened the box and took a bite the dough was soggy and uncooked. Took it back in and asked them to remake it and the same exact lady gave me attitude again. I will NOT be coming here again and stick to my Oregon mods.
