Domino's Pizza - Detroit style - Chicken Wings Near Me - Parrish, Florida

The pizza was hot, fresh and beautiful as soon as we opened the box! The workers were very kind and helpful!

Terrible :) They canceled my order without contacting me and then when i called the guy was less than pleasant and said i could come pick up an order but they would charge my card again and it would 30 minutes. I would be charged twice. I placed this order ahead of time, hours before, so plenty of time to contact me. Better staff would probably benefit the store. Definitely not worth the hassle, don't come here! read more

Food was ready when I arrived. Friendly staff. The food was also fresh. I will be back. :)

When I got home I realized the pizza was dripping on my dress and purse and stained both. Opening the box my pIzzas were not as I had ordered. Pinnapple on my supreme and also on my veggie both were dripping oil. The garlic knots were completely flat and drenched in oil. When we returned the pizzas the employee told us that's the way pizzas are. Mind you the boxes were falling apart bc of the oil. Not once did he offer to give us new pizzas for free not that we wanted free it's just what you do to keep a customer. In the end he told us to come back and speak with the manager at 4:00 and then changed the time. I'll be waiting to hear from the manager but definitely this employee should not be in charge at this store. It's a shame because their pizza have always been great. We got 2 new pizzas and these were awful also. Not returning while this guy is there! read more

I had a experience! great customer service and very fast!! Would recommend the 301 location

The staff is terrible made my boyfriend wait 20 mins for our pizza we placed over the phone just for them to say they didn't have my order and had a nasty attitude towards my boyfriend and had to call them and complain to re-order and my boyfriend had to wait another 20 mins just for that. never ordering here again. manager needs to do his job and correct them or he needs to go too because it is ridiculous how bad their customer service is and how bad they can't take accountability for their wrongs! read more

Lydia at this location will not work with you. Had an order that was delivered. It was disgusting and the grease is leaking through the box. It went in the trash. Do not order the Caesar salad. It was not fresh mushy and the croutons were stale. Last week our order was two hours late as we had workers at the house. I told Lydia about the nasty pizza and salad. She said it was my fault that I would need to pay for new food. This is totally unacceptable. I explained to her that their are other pizza places in the area that I could take my business too. She told me OK .... I have called corporate and reported this type of behavior for as much as we're paying for food these days this is unacceptable. One Loyal customer is gone. read more

Great staff they are so friendly, food is ready quick and is warm, they always get my order correct. Clean interior.

probably the worst location of all the dominos in the state of Florida. Call The store to get routed to some call center in India. never again i wish i could give you 0 stars. read more

Donnie, the manager canceled my 170.00 order after I had already paid. Terrible service.

Ordered the new deep dish because it sounded good with double layer of cheese and crispy edge. When we got it home, it barely had one layer of cheese let alone two. Otherwise it was hot and ready when promised. read more

ZERO stars!!!! This place sucks!!! My daughter put an order in at 9:05 for a simple pepperoni pizza. I. Allied 2 times and their manager was not very nice. The last time I called at 11:15 he told me our pizza was delivered to our neighbors and there was nothing he could do but cancel our order. Please don't waste your time here go anywhere else!! We will NEVER order from this place again and I will go on any website I can and let all my neighbors know not to trust this place or give them your money. Photo below shows all the times I called. read more

Domino's Pizza - Call stamp - Chicken Wings Near Me - Parrish, Florida

Someone needs to train the so-called General Manager, customer service. Last night I ordered 2 med pizzas one being just vegetables and no cheese due to my wife being a vegan. When it arrived the vegetable pizza had cheese on it so I called and spoke to the so-called GM at this location and told him what occurred, he immediately said to me that I had ordered multiple cheeses on that pizza at which point I said I have the proof on my Dominos app. He got mad and hung up on me twice!!!! Long story short I drove there for him to rectify the error and show him the proof of what was ordered, he refused to rectify and even look at my proof from the app and told me he will not refund or rectify the order and that he will have me trespassed. I called the police and they showed up and at the end of it all, they refunded me for both pizzas. I will never purchase from there again!!!! Dominos needs to take a look closely at this franchise!! read more

Placed an online order and didn't realize it placed for the next day. When I called the store I got yelled at that they were behind & by him taking my call I was putting him more behind. I was told he was NOT taking anymore orders tonight at 5pm. Very rude! read more

I just can't endorse them anymore. The last few times the quality was poor, salad old, pizza over cooked, extra topping I paid for non existent and most offensive the older delivery driver smoked and the bags and boxes all smelled like smoke. I'm done. No more read more

Quite frankly I've never had a problem with this store. The food has always been great and on time. Probably order twice a month at least.

My husband and I ordered a pizza from here, (usually a spot we go for pizza on occasion) when we walked in they had all the precautions of what should be done to keep the "social distancing" in tact. But as we were paying for our pizza we look back to where they make the food and noticed the lady making a pizza NOT WEARING GLOVES!!! We looked at the guy who helped us and we said "you guys don't wear gloves here?!" And he kind of paused and proceeded to say "no" You would think for one to wear gloves when making other people's food is just common health practices. And two for someone to make food while this virus is going around?! Very disappointed and will NEVER be back to this location. read more

Do not order from here. Worst dominos franchise ive ever been to. First time it took 78 minutes to deliver 10 wings, then the delivery driver gets to the house and was rude . Second time was an order for pickup. Said it was ready, got there and nothing. Then tried to make me look like I never ordered anything. When I presented the proof, they insisted I was wrong, instead of trying to rectify the situation . Bunch of rude punks work there. DO NOT GO THERE!!! read more

Worst service ever. Whoever the manager is is rude and doesn't care ab my cold food. Get a new manager. You get min wage for a reason lol

I ordered online for pickup. That part was easy. Unfortunately the pizza was very skimpy and overdone. I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered lunch today at noon, said it would be a 15-30 minute delivery. Food didn't arrived until a little bit after one. It was ice cold and my 2 liter of soda was warm. The worst part about it was that i couldn't even call the store back for a refund because their phones aren't working. Your better off getting a frozen pizza from Publix. read more

horrible service!!! I called and tried to complain due to my order being delivered 1 1/2 HOURS late, and the "manager" hung up on me NOT once, BUT TWICE!!!!! Both times, he tried to talk over me and then they and cancelled my order WITHOUT my consent!! Dominos, is this how you treat your customers?????? I'm never ordering here again! This is the worst horrible customer service I have experienced in a LONG TIME, they don't value people giving them business!!!!! They don't care about the community that they are providing their "service" to..... If you are thinking about ordering here....I have 3 words for you... DON'T DO IT!!!!!!! You're better off making Ramen Noodles... I wouldn't trust these fools to make anything right by the way they treated me as their customer......No FUMUNDA cheese for me please!!! read more

we ordered food and were busy and wrote on order.to leave pizza on chair. they left it in the ground in front of our door and an animal got to it. would not refund nor give us a new pizza and the lady was extremely rude. This location needs new leadership. We used to live in Treadure Island and ordered once a week, always quick delivery with a quality product. This location is slow and cold every time. Done with them. All these free pizzas don't make up for the poor performance. read more

Dominos advertised that their pizzas had cardboardy crusts and ketchuppy sauce but that they had fixed their product . . . No.

This was the worst dominos i have ever been to. They did take precautions as asked but it was disturbing to see the manger with her face mask not on completely and then not having no gloves on making all the food while going on her phone and itching her face etc.. When i asked for the district mangers number she said "we are not giving you the number". The worst experience. Bad costumer service. read more

Ordered pizza on a Sunday and had it delivered. Got a large hand tossed mushroom, sausage and onion pizza. Fast delivery! Crust was great. The only thing it was lacking was sausage. Needed more sausage. Other than that everything was good. Will order from again. read more

Not a good first experience! We just relocated into the Parrish area, our home dominos store was Lakewood ranch blvd location, always had wonderful service and never an issue. Tonight, the driver could not find us, which normally i would understand, however, this driver proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure what to tell me after verifying my address with her several times. She told me she would call the store to find out. She was extremely rude. I called the store about ten minutes later and they advised me to give her another ten minutes and then call back. A few minutes later the store calls to let me know the driver had informed them I had hung up on her and my order was cancelled, but they would re place my order if I wanted. Needless to say, I did not. Will not order from this location again, their customer service is terrible. The gentlemen who took my order was nice, everything else about this order was exhausting and unprofessional. read more
