Finally the wife got her beer. The food came out and we dug in. The breadsticks were a surprise (looked like hot dog buns) and the pizza was sub par and really greasy. The only thing that saved the day were the wings. They are amazing and the best I've had around Mount Vernon. Don't think we will be back but I will definitely get wings thru the drive thru.

Hello. First, I want to say that I am a big fan of your food--my son introduced me to your…read morerestaurant, and we usually love your chicken and banana pudding. However, I am writing to share concerns regarding the food and service we received this past Tuesday. We placed an order for two slider meals, three slider meals, and loaded fries. We were also billed for pudding that we did not ask for, totaling around $37. When we received the food, the quality was surprisingly poor: - The sandwiches were thin, burnt, and completely cold, despite us living only 10 minutes away. - The meal looked carelessly thrown together. - The pudding contained a large, strange white chunk with a chewy texture (I have photos of all these items if you would like to see them). Additionally, the wait time was over 35 minutes, despite being told it would take 10 to 15 minutes. We also noticed one of the cooks was wearing a tank top, which raised some health department and hygiene concerns for us. As a fellow small business owner, I am sharing this constructively so you are aware of these issues and can address them. I wrote this in a message to them on Facebook over a week ago. They read it within an hour, but yet never responded about anything.

I don't know why everyone is raving about the wings, because mine were hard and dry, and the garlic parmesan coating wasn't sticking to them at all, just kind of laying there in clumps. Their fries had an odd seasoning on them, were kind of limp, and not very crispy. They brought my bf a Reuben when he had ordered a burger, and by the time they finally brought the right one out, almost everyone else at the table was finished eating. We ended up taking it home to eat later, and were given no compensation for the error. Also, I ordered six wings at $1 each, and when we checked our receipt later, they charged us for seven. Not a ton of money, but irritating nonetheless. I guess it always pays to check your receipt before you pay. Our waitress was not very knowledgeable about the specials of the day or the beer selection, and was also not very attentive. It took forever for the food to come, as well as getting the checks and to-go boxes. I guess as long as the locals think it's a good place to go, they should do OK......lol.

They serve several crust styles, from thin crust to Chicago deep dish (of course) and in several different sizes. They have many different toppings and a good amount of cheese. Pizzas are ordered at the counter and brought to the table. We had a Chicago Melt specialty pizza on a pan crust that was excellent. We also had a pepperoni and meatball pizza on a thin crust that was very good with big half meatball slices. Thin crust was tasty, but not cracker crisp, if you are looking for that. The workers were friendly and the place was clean. I could eat here often.
