The thin crust (14") is pretty good with extra meat and cheese to me is the best to eat over all. The lava cakes are not that bad pretty warm and gooey out the oven. read more

I ordered food around 9pm. I then call at 9:36pm because the app showed delivery completed. So I call them and they say that they couldn't find my apartment number and that since they tried to deliver and call a number and no one answered that we would have to pick up our food. Which is fine because I forgot the number then I went up there to order the pizza and they couldn't find my order. They then gave us the wrong order. So they decided to remake it and at the time it's 10:20 pm. They then manage to give me cinnamon sticks instead of garlic knots. Now I am currently home with my correct order and it's 11pm. Everything I order and tasted as I expected, a little bit greasy, but that is pretty normal for any fast pizza chain. My complaint is with the conduct of employees. I walked in and was met by woman at the front counter, who was very polite, and as she was getting my order together, a delivery driving woman walked in, turned back toward the kitchen and yelled so you think you can just call me a bitch on the phone and then be nice in person to which the woman waiting on me turn around and said shush, shush shush, and another employee turned back and said hey, not right now, we have a customer upfront. The staff seemed fine but I had to make a second trip to get our drinks. I should've noticed the missing 2 liters. I was missing ranch and my icing for our cinnasticks. These "cinnasticks" were basically bread knots that they might've rubbed butter and cinnamon on the box accidentally. I didn't notice the missing icing until we were done with food. I am not making a third trip just for icing. We ate the one bread stick that had a decent amount of cinnamon on it. We are from out of town and didn't plan on using our whole gas fund on 9 trips to dominos to complete our order. Apparently they were more worried about COVID-19 germs rather than completing my order. People are out of work and when they spend money on eating out, I'm sure they aren't happy campers when their orders are jacked up. read more

Ordered here multiple times and the order is almost always incorrect. This past order, on 8/9, they completely forgot the pepperoni on the pan pizza. My gluten free pizza only had a couple of pepperoni on it, instead if the complete pizza being done. Asked for garlic sauce, didn't get any. Ordered a 2L coke, not available. One time I came in at 7pm on a Thursday night. This location has a very small parking lot and there was a 18 wheeler deliver truck blocking everything. Took 20 min just to get a carry out that night and get out of the parking lot. They also made a regular small pizza instead of a gluten free. Thus had to wait even longer. Burned pizza, wrong orders, incomplete orders. You name it, it has happened. Don't bother leaving feedback on the app, because they definitely won't follow up. It's always something with this team. I'm definitely just going to make pizza at home from now on, instead of wasting $30 on burned or incorrect orders. Update: The gluten free pizza i ordered on 8/9 definitely was not gluten free. It was most likely a small hand-tossed. Wonderful. I just love being glutened and spending the night in the bathroom. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas and drinks along with an order of cheesy bread. The order was delivered in a timely manner, but the delivery driver only brought half my drink order. So he had to return to the store and then return to my residence. I then opened the pizza boxes and found that one of my pizzas had been burned along with being incomplete, seeing that I ordered a Buffalo Chicken pizza and only got a plain chicken pizza with cheese. I will not be ordering pizza from here again. read more

I have ordered from them numerous times. Every time our pizzas are delicious. Tonight I ordered the veggie pizza and I highly recommend it. The staff there are always polite and courteous. A WEEK AGO I bought a gluten free pizza from Dominos in Moss bluff, La and when it was delivered it was BURNT. I bought the pizza back to dominos in the rain and an employee told me that all the gluten free pizzas come out burnt so he could not make me another. HE SAID HE DOES NOT KNOW WHY PEOPLE ORDER THE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA. SO IF IT IS NOT BURNT ITS NOT GLUTEN. The employee told me I could get my money back or get a credit ,but he could not give the money back if my husband had his credit card and he did not so we got a twelve dollar credit. 9/17/15 Now today my husband calls to order a pizza and the cost of the entire order was $17 dollars and he gave us our credit $12 and said they could not deliver it because the order was under $5 dollars. My husband was talking to them he told them never mind on the pizza so I called back and I was not happy and talked to the manager to explain the entire story above and he still said they will not be delivering our pizza because DOMINOS RULE IS IF THE DELIVERY IS UNDER $10 DOLLARS THEY WONT DELIVER and I told him the $12 dollars credit is our money. My husband is on his way to get his $12 dollars back and we will not be ordering from them again. I have gastroparesis and LPR reflux disease so added stress is not needed.
