The reason I keep coming back to this place is because of the delicious cinnamon rolls they offer - they are my absolute favorite. Five stars for Cicis Pizza! The cashier was very nice and very professional. After I walked in I realize there were ceiling tiles missing over part of the buffet area. When I spoke with the manager about the possible issues of dust and dirt falling from the open area in the cieling on to the food he did not seem concerned. The response he gave me was "That's what the sneeze guard is for dirt and dust can't fall on the food." After this I looked around the building there was condensation dripping from every air conditioning duct. As well as most of the tiles around the vents had mold growing on them! read more

Welcome to CiCi's!......Most people have heard this phrase upon entering this establishment. This is your basic pizza buffet joint. At any time, they have about a dozen or so types of pizza on the bar, along with a very basic salad bar, an Alfredo and red sauce pasta (spaghetti or penne) selection, and a few desert pizza concoctions. Most of the pizza is what I would call thin crust. I've had better pizza, much better pizza...but if I want pizza that is quick and not to heavy on the wallet, I will go here every now and then. Of the inexpensive buffet places I will go to, this one does a better job in keeping the restaurant clean and the food fresh (most of the time). They usually have someone attending the pizza so no kids (or adults) touch all over everything. All of their precautions still cannot ward against the occasional patron that disregards the fact that they are not in their own house and scratches their rear end before serving themselves a slice. Which I have seen an adult do before and immediately lost all appetite and walked out (under their sweatpants, by the way). It took me a long time to get the nerve to go back, and I now scan the crowd of eaters first for suspects. I've never done it myself, but if you want a special pizza that you don't see on the buffet, they will put together anything you wish within reason. I don't know how long that would take, I'm guessing about 10-15 minutes, I just never camped out that long enough to try it myself. Rude manager that purposefully advertises misleadingly then has an attitude about it. I left a review on Google talking up the staff and pizza, but addressed the place could be cleaner. Manager replied with a link to apply which is a terrible way to say we'll try harder. About a month ago I went in with a coupon they scanned it, then didn't apply it and gave me full price when I asked why it was full price instead of coupon price, employee said idk. That's fine, I ate anyway, but the manager was rude to me and multiple people on the business page saying we're incompetent and unable to read when he actually just refuses to honor it because his business is suffering financially, which is rightfully so based on how he treats customers. read more

There was no pepperoni pizza on the buffet had to wait a while to get some. Decided to go to the arcade. We cashed in our tickets but still had credits on the card. The attendant put the card in the container with other cards. When I asked her for the card back she said she already got rid of it. Ok at best is right. Cardboard with a little tomato sauce and cheese. No flavor. I use to be ok with Cicis but the is really getting sad. Besides half the time the building feels unsanitary. I hope my kids are as unhappy as I am so I don't have to come back. I don't even know if it's the workers fault or just the company it self. I'm just sadden from the whole experience. We would bring our kids years ago because it was the cheapest place to feed a group of people. Haven't eaten there for a long time so for something different we decided to go back and enjoy some pizza. They have changed the way they do things there now. You have to put your own plates/trash up along with wiping your own table off. I ordered a personal pizza and the lady that brought it out to us definitely had an attitude! They were also out of napkins by the drinks so we told an employee, never filled it. We told who we thought was the manager about being out of napkins, so he goes and gets some out of another napkin holder and puts them in the holder by the drinks. Maybe he was having a bad day as well but me personal would have gotten some from the back or under the counter to fill them. read more

I love how inexpensive this place is for what you get. You get good pizza for a good price. To top it all off though, you get to people watch as much as you'd like. This is like going to a Greyhound station and seeing the cream of the crop. It isn't for everyone, but for me, I think it's great. So I'm from Houston, TX and I came to this Cici's because I was craving pizza and we got there and the first thing I notice is how filthy it was! No tables were clean, the plates and silverware weren't that clean either. Usually the first thing I want is chicken soup, they were completely out and when they finally brought some out, there was only broth! No noodles, no chicken, no nothing. I don't even want to give one star but you have to at least give one. So me and a coworker go to Cicis for lunch today August 4, 2020. We walk in and you have to have a mask on, no problem. The lady at the register gives us a mask and informs us the only time we can take it off is when we are sitting at the table eating. So after we fix our food we sit down to eat and an employee walks out the back WITHOUT a mask on. So I ask the lady that is standing there is the mask wearing is only for the people eating or for employees also. She tells me it's for everyone even employees. So I bring her attention to the employee that walked out the back with a plate in his head and fixing pizza to eat with no mask on. She tells me he works in the back and he is new and doesn't have a mask. But I was given on at the door. She lets him finish in getting his pizza with no mask on at all. But she is watching to make sure the paying customers have one on. This really perturbed me because I guess they made sure to check and make sure he didn't have COVID before coming out the back and breathing all over the pizza that he walked down the whole buffet line to fix a plate. She then sat there talking to other employees and I know that she was talking about me because she stared at us the whole time we were inside eating. Just a FYI if consumers are required to wear mask so should their employees even though they work in the back. First time to this location. The staff were very friendly and they had a full line of pizzas. Very busy today, but the staff is handeling it well. The pizzas are replaced/refilled before they are completely out. One girl is constantly cleaning and sweeping. I had a salad made and it was prepared with no gloves. I watched the employee prepare it myself. When I complained and asked for a refund because I don't eat their pizza the manager said no cause he's not violating any health codes then came in the lobby putting on a show to "educate me" as he said in front of all the other customers about how wearing no gloves is better. If I am paying for food and want my food prepared with gloves I should have my food prepared that way, especially a salad that will not be getting put in the oven. I get sick very easy and do not prefer to take risks with my health. I don't know where this man's hands have been, if he has cuts on his hands, and etc. It was very rude and nasty the way he acted. The improvements in this business are amazing! The food is awesome, my favorite is the BBQ Pizza. They have a great variety, pizza, breadsticks, desserts and more. And the price can't be beat. They have a buffet until 4am! A large is only 8 dollars, it's hard to find fast food at that price now. The staff is very friendly. The cleanliness has been drastically improved. I find myself going more and more now. Whoever did the revamp has done a terrific job. We are going tomorrow as well. read more

The pizza here is always the same so cant really complain about the flavor but what i will complain about is when there was no ranch dressing i requested the girl refill the bottle and she said sure pulled the empty bottle i was just using and handed it to me to use again... No more is going to come out of an empty bottle. She pulled out the refill case and began unscrewing the lid on the other also empty bottle i walked away i finished my plate of pizza and returned to find she took it out unscrewed the lid and then left everything exactly the way it was when i walked away. As if she walked away exactly when I did. That seemed strange to me. Also we had to wait about 15 minutes for more cinnamon rolls to come out when probably 4 others had already requested they make more... I was here around 40 minutes and during those 40 minutes the employees were standing around on their phones probably 35 of those minutes. I hate to say this because I love Ci ci's and maybe thus was because it was late(9:30) but,I had a poor experience. There were only 3 pizzas out,my mother literally broke her tooth on something in the salad( she kept the black object), There was a hair on a plate, I special ordered a pizza from a manager(Roxanne) and she never had it made,all the tables were dirty,and the bus boy was just standing in the lobby texting for at least 20 minutes.
