Once we were seated, it was about 15 minutes to get coffee and another 25 to get our food. Okay, it takes time to get seated and settled, coffee'd and served food, but it needs to be noted, there seems only to be the two people working here and our server was so friendly and very attentive considering. It also needs to be said that the food was of a decent size and was absolutely delicious. The Boss had a bacon benny while I opted for the crispy chicken benny, the bacon was cooked perfectly for The Boss, not tough, not shatteringly overdone. My chicken was indeed crispy, moist and tender. We both like our eggs medium and they were spot on. The hollandaise sauce was super tasty while the hash-browns were crispy and delicious. The place is a little grubby, a little run down feeling, but the food was really enjoyable and the service was attentive and very friendly. Our server repeatedly apologized for the wait, they are aware. Not sure why more staff isn't on hand, I would recommend at the very least someone to help in both the kitchen and the service side, but that's just me.
