This is the best dominoes around this area. I normally just stick to the carry out large pie with extra pepperoni. It's worth picking it up. I don't do delivery because then I get pizza from Marlton for some stupid reason and their pizza is burned, dry and not worth your time. The manager is in the lumberton area cooking your pizza. I have ordered numerous times and have not had any bad experience. Everyone I've encountered in this dominoes have been up to this date pretty awesome. Don't ever let go of the process that you use to make pizza. read more

My food was ordered at 7:40 and didn't arrive until 9:10. And it was cold. I don't even live that far away, I usually just pick it up but I had worked a long day and didn't feel like driving there so I opted for delivery. Big mistake I guess. Definitely won't be returning read more

Terrible service experience. I ordered a carry-out pizza and they missed 3 toppings that I paid for. When I called to let them know, the so-called "manager" told me I had to drive 30 minutes back and bring the pizza back, even though my guests had already started eating. Completely unreasonable and rude -- instead of offering a proper solution, he basically asked me to take food back from my guests' hands and waste another hour driving. I also have pictures to prove the missing toppings. This is not how you treat customers. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the manager. Would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

I have ordered from this location many times in the past and never had a problem, but it wasn't the best. The delivery driver (James) has the worst customer service and condescending attitude on three separate occasions in one visit. First, was when he called to inform me when he arrived. Next, was when he gave my order and was rude to tell me that he "got the small tip" that I added to my bill. Then he left and rang my doorbell to give me the marinara sauce, that he forgot to give me when I received my order. I was so upset and I didn't want to embarrass him in front of me building with his passive-aggressive behavior. Regardless of the tip amount, the bill included a Delivery Charge of $4.50...so that is all (the customer) I'm required to pay. Which is an already extremely high charge. As a paid employee of Dominos, he is getting an hourly wage and if he is assigned as the driver that day then he needs to appreciate any amount of tips he is given. After James left, I called the store to have the gratitude to be removed due to his condescending attitude. I spoke to John (Asst Mgr for November 7) and I told him I would like to speak with the GM (Jean) tomorrow. read more

Lied saying there oven don't work. They didn't feel like making a new pizza when they closed in 40 minutes. Lazy mofo

The girls that worked tonight made some bomb ass pizza. They were doing their thing, jamming out to music and so sweet I asked if they had plates (they didn't) but we're very apologetic while super busy! (Pizza was carry out) read more

Stay away from the Lumberton store, Save yourself from disappointment, Their pies are never constant with quality control! I've ordered from this location before and have had minor 'weird' things that make you question what was going on? This time topped the cake...or I should say the parmesan garlic bites. Received my order promptly and with a smile from the driver. Open the boxes once inside. This place will put powdered sugar on your garlic bites and you dont even have to ask! What a treat! I didn't even know they had powered sugar. Needless to say, they were cast aside, even after trying to hide it with BBQ sauce. read more

Three strikes and your out!! Strike 1 - a few months ago a driver delivered my pizza and ran over my mailbox coming out of my driveway. She stopped to see if anyone saw her and took off! Neighbor and cams saw the whole thing. No biggie. Strike 2- order from the app and tracker didn't update for an hour. When I called person answering says "Yeah we're really busy so I don't know what to tell you we get there when we get there!" I understand busy but I'll never tolerate unprofessionalism. Strike 3- My daughter orders a deep dish pepperoni and bacon and got this slop. DONE!! read more

Their delivery person left our food out in the cold. If not for our dog, we would have never known it was left on our porch. When we called to let them know what happen, we were called racist. Not to mention, the person was walking away when we picked our food up off of the porch so we couldn't even tell waht they looked like. How dare that so called manager even go there?? Leads me to believe he is the racist one. All we wanted was to have our tip refunded to us, for the horrible service. read more

I am not happy with the pizza I received. I ordered three pies. The handmade crust was chewy which means undercooked. The pizza did not have enough cheese and it was extra saucy. Not what I ordered. Totally not satisfied. I was so upset I threw the rest of it away. I could not believe six young men working in that place could not make a decent pie. read more

This is by far the worst pizza I've ever had ! It was like cake. Thick and doughy cake pizza. And an obscene amount of cheese. I couldn't even eat this while drunk at 1 am. Thats bad read more

I understand what it can be like to be short staffed. I understand that things happen. What I don't understand is not communicating to the customer when your delivery service is going to be 2 hours. Lumberton, NJ Domino's needs to know that When the online order tracker says the food has been ready for delivery for an hour, the customer should not be able to call the restaurant and be told it will be another hour before it is delivered. We escalated the call to a manager and he then says it will only be a half an hour more, like that's okay. No, thank you. Cancelled order after kiddos have to go to bed, won't be a customer again. Just thought others and the corporate office should know they thought sending old food 2 hours after ordering and not telling the customer it would take that long would be acceptable. read more

I ordered Dominos for dinner on my Dominos app. About a minutes later I received a call from Dominos saying that my delivery would be at least a 2 hour wait at minimum maybe 3....it's not a huge sports night...it's a Tuesday...I ordered 2 pizzas. The guys says it's because they are short on drivers...this has to be one of the worse experiences. Oh well have to go figure out plan B read more

Don't order from the Lumberton Domino's. They mess up our order EVERY TIME! This time, the pizza looked like crap, they forgot the marinara, all the food was cold, and it was over 40 minutes late on a Wednesday! The driver's car had to be jumped because of the cold. They should've had another driver deliver it. After we got the food, we called to complain, and they wouldn't answer the phone. We called the Domino's 800 number, and their representative was a moron. I'd rather starve than order from those people ever again! Horrible food, horrible customer service, and horrible reputation. I don't care if the franchisee owns 30 stores in the f'n South Jersey area. He needs to step up his game and hire people that know what they're f'n doing! read more

I've ordered from this location a bunch of times over the past few years. Good pizza at a great price. Reliable and friendly service.

I am PISSED that DOMINO's, a franchise, would do me like this. I ordered two sausage pepperoni pizzas on 2/15 at 4pm. I wasn't able to select it on the time slot, so I put it in the notes. The food arrives at 3pm, when I am still working and haven't gone on break. I ask the driver, Why did he deliver my food at 3 instead of the 4? He told me they didn't see that. I respond, "It was in the notes" His response was why didn't I select the time slot, I'm like it didn't let me. He said I would have to wait to resubmit my order at 3:30pm in order to get my order at 4. I said, that was the only time I had to order. He also told me it would be easier to call the store next time something like that happened. I was like ok. So the driver asks me what I would like to do. I reply deliver my food at 4pm. He leaves and comes back at 4, like I asked. I get my food, I go to eat it, the pizza's overly HARD Aand DRY!! I was like I KNOW these people didn't just give me the SAME PIZZA from 3:00! I called them, asked for the manager. The manager gets on, I think his name was Chris. I asked him if he gave me the same pizza from earlier, he says, I wouldn't know, I'm not the driver. I say "I ordered for 4pm but got sent at 3 instead, and it got taken back to the store. He goes "yeah, your order got remade, I asked are you sure?" He says yeah. I then proceed to take another bite, I'm like no, this is TOO hard! I call back, a DIFFERENT Manager, Jacob, picks up. He offers to make me new ones or credit for next time. My break was already over. So I choose to have it credited for next time, to which he told me I would still have to pay for delivery fee. I'm like what? Why should I pay a delivery fee for a pizza they screwed up on? He then offers me a refund for the order, in which I accepted. This was unbelievable. All I wanted was 2 Hot Pepperoni Sausage Pizzas delivered at 4pm, but instead turned into a turmoil of reserved pizza. I will not be returning to this place. No thank you! read more

I love Domino's, but this location is always being ran by one person only. That one person assists customers who walk in, answers phones and cooks the food. Still, our deliveries always arrive in the time they should, sometimes even way sooner. I'm writing a review mainly to make it known that they are open til midnight Sun-Thurs and til 1 AM on Friday and Saturdays. We've been saved on lazy nights when we had no motivation to cook or ingredients to amount to something worth getting up to make. read more

Good chain restaurant pizza, ready faster than expected. Great customer service!! Would definitely recommend

This location is good, don't really have any problems pizza always comes out good and the delivery is usually on time. It's like a circus in there if you carry-out, employees are missing teeth and the manager looks like GG Allin, I've seen somebody quit while I was in there. read more

They have such crappy customer service. I had some friends over, we had just ordered pizza, but forgot the soda. So, I go and order it. We were in the middle of something, so I decide to make the sodas for delivery. I literally ordered 3 drinks to be delivered and live not even 10 minutes away from the nearest Dominos. 30 minutes passed by and we are all literally just sitting in our living room finishing up a movie, when I give up patience and decide to call them. The guy immediately picks up the phone and gives me an attitude for what I was calling for. He tells me their guy stopped by and rang the doorbell, no one answered so then they brought it back. I'm pissed off at this point because our doorbell is functioning, loud asf, and NOT A SINGLE PERSON IN MY LIVING ROOM HEARD THE DAMN DOOR. Windows all open. My ass literally sitting in a rocker that's by the door. And no one heard a single damn thing, but my loud ass neighbors outside. Then they tell me that they tried the number, its an old number that I meant to change so that was on me. But, then I just tell them I'm heading over there to just pick up my drinks and that's it. They call back, my sister answers and they said they cancelled it, "It wasn't worth it." I'm already out the door at this point, and now I gotta go back and it took every ounce of my BEING not to go up in that place and roast all them sons of bitches. Mind you, I've been ordering from them for TWO YEARS. I've always answered the door super fast and been pleasant to whoever handling my food. The first time I order something simple as 3 drinks, 2 2Liters and 1 20oz, they want to act up and try to blame me for that bullshit. When clearly their guy got the wrong apartment. It only takes one time for me, and I won't be ordering from them ever again. read more

no issues, friendly service. I hope Domino's corporate treats their employees well because they are hardworking & dedicated!

I ordered a New York Style Brooklyn pizza, to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. It was 1000% not Brooklyn style, no effing way!!! Could I fold the slice? Yes. This was about the only thing that was Brooklyn-style. The crust should have been crisp, but soft and billowy on the inside...it was not! The crust was paper thin, literally! And I am still confused as to how Dominos managed to bake a bad, chewy crust...and with an aftertaste to boot! My advice to everyone, avoid the Brooklyn style pizza like the plague!!! read more

I've been an adamant dominos customer for years. I usually use the application on my phone, to take advantage of the free pizzas you get for every 6 pizzas you purchase. Today when I ordered with my friends, one of my friends wanted to add extra alfredo, mushrooms, onions, spinach, and diced tomatoes to her pasta primavera. The app only let me add the extra alfredo (and there was no way to add special instructions and I decided after submitting the order to call the store and tell them they can charge me extra. When I called (literally a minute after I placed the order) the man on the phone was very rude and stated "it's already in the oven" and there's nothing they can do. I then spoke to a woman that reiterated the same thing (but nicer). We then asked if they can make a new one for us and she stated "that would throwing away perfectly good food" and then laughed. She did then say she can cook the sides (besides the spinach) in a separate container and add it on top. We decided that was fine. Not even five minutes later we called and tried to add a soda to the order. They said the food was already on the way, but according to my tracker, the food didn't even receive a quality check yet. They said they can call the driver and see how far he is. When they called back, I received the notification on my app that my driver was on the way, didn't even do the quality check. They stated the driver was "already almost to the house". Even though I just got the notification. 15 minutes later the driver finally arrived... did they just not want to accommodate us. We then called the manager to complain and he even said they should have made us a new pasta and apologized, and gave some lame excuse about "traffic" (at 7:30pm) to why it took so long for the driver. He also tried to explain that the tracker was "set back" because we added something extra to the oven. This was the weirdest dominos interaction I've ever encountered and I regret giving them so much business. When the store employees can't accommodate simple add ons and lie for their selfish convenience. read more
