I agree with all the comments that the staff is arrogant and rude. Every time I pick up a pizza the delivery drivers park illegal and completely rude when you ask them to move when you are blocked in a legal parked spot. There are signs everywhere that mark 'no parking'. I guess this doesn't apply to the arrogant delivery drivers; especially Marcella. Need to change the attitude at this location. read more

Diana was completely awful. I got my wrong order and called less than 10 minutes after the food arrived and she told me she wouldn't correct the order because I had it for an hour! I had the time stamp on my phone and was willing to come in and show we my phone from the time I called and when it arrived. And it was only 50 minutes total! So I obviously did not have my order for a full hour before I called to correct it. First they told me I said the wrong thing, but then they told me they didn't have what I had ordered (boneless hot wings. They only had "bone in hot wings") which is also not true. First off, when looking for this particular Domino's to review, it's worth noting that this location has one full whole entire star rating higher than the average of its peers in Miami at large. Tonight I had the most excellent gluten free pepperoni pizza. This pizza was wayyyy better than it needed to be. My non gluten free food snob associates were also floored with this pizza as its multidimensional sauce, pepperoni crisp and controversial crust were superb. Thank you! I called today because I had a rough day and I didn't want to cook so I wanted one of their delicious pan pizzas. The young lady who took my order Victoria not only was she very helpful and professional but she put a smile on my face. After a day like I had today it was such a treat to be dealt with in such a professional and personal manner that actually turned my day around, and to tell you the truth it will actually make the pizza taste even that much better!!! This location is SOOO very lucky to have Victoria as an employee! I have been in the service industry for 28 years of my life and if I was back in that industry I would snatch her away in a heartbeat. She's a rare find, who else can simply turn someone's day around with just a beautiful attitude while you are ordering a pizza over the phone. Absolutely amazing experience! I am so impressed because I understand someone being able to brighten someone's day in person but this young lady was able to do it over the phone by being genuine and an all-around a happy person. The world needs more of this!! TERRIBLE experience, Brooklyn style is non-existent along with the tomato sauce. Soggy and poor, not foldable. Call to alert them and they tell me I should "look for the sauce", calls out to the person that made it instead if listening to me. Terrible customer service, terrible pizza. read more

I love the pizza here, especially the thin crust. They have great prices and the pizza always tastes delicious. I'm giving them the 3 stars because of the poor service. When I call to make an order, they put me on hold for a long time and are rude. Then when I went to pick up the pizza, no one attended me until I pointed out I was waiting to pick up my order. I asked for a salad and 3 sides of ranch, and they messed up on the type of salad I wanted. Very bad customer service. This place would be rated much better if they switched up their entire employee staff. Including the owner. He was rude didn't even pay attention to me when he saw me waiting for my order. I am deeply disappointed with this branch of Dominos Pizza. 1 week ago I called Dominos to buy a pizza and some Bites in the side. I called them and then they hung up on me. They cursed and said other stuff. On the eight call they picked up and took my order. 30 minutes later it arrives at my house. I don't include any tip because of the bad service and they got mad at me. I went to my building and locked the door after paying. I had forgotten how arrogant are the manager or owners of this franchise. I ordered two pizzas and the more expensive one $16.99 was a specialty pizza. What arrived was not what I ordered. I called the franchise and complained politely both in English and Spanish and he pretended to not understand either language or the complaint and then hung up. It reminded me that this has happened before also, this franchise does not honor any of the national Dominos promotions.' Please go to #sirpizza or even #puntino...service, quality of products and service are better and excels compared to the service of #dominos and the attitude of the manager! I don't understand why the delivery guy doesn't know where to look for the delivery instructions. I would assume that the delivery guy would learn that within the first 5 minutes of training. To my surprise he was unaware if where to find it on the receipt. So then after waiting around for what he claims was thirty minutes before returning to the store, he came back, followed the delivery instructions I left and brought me cold food. Awesome... I have lived on key biscayne my whole life and dominos consistently let me down for years, but when they added their garlic crust, i began ordering it again... their promotion campaign led them to have a turn around, but now that their stock is back up, they have gone back to their old ways and continued to uphold their bad reputation. the customer clearly does not come first here. read more

On our family vacation, everything in key biscayne is either closed on Christmas Day or more than I would pay for a burger ($22!). This domino's location gave us the option to eat in our room after a fun afternoon out in the sun. Glad we found it! read more

This Domino's store could use an upgrade m service and delivery. The pizza they make is actually pretty good for this type of place, but the ability to deliver it fresh dos not seem to be within their capacity. Tonight's pizza took 38 minutes from leaving to store t our condo which is a 2 minute drive. The driver's excuse that he had 3 other orders to deliver was unacceptable. As anticipated the pizza, while edible had lost most of its punch. read more
