I thought that I would order the $10 large specialty pizza last week. Big mistake. There were hardly any toppings on it. Maybe 4 or 5 pepperoni slices, 6 of 8 sliced mushrooms, and 8 pieces of black olives on a large pizza! The other ingredients were cheese. It was a thin crust. I have to do a Yelp review because my order review in their app would not let me get pass the first question. I have been using online ordering because trying to reach the store over the phone is always a hassle. Placing the order online is actually simple and works. Sunday evening we had ordered two $6.99 items to pick up through the store window. I tried driving through but a vehicle was already parked at the window with the motor off, so we went inside to get the order that according to the app was ready to go. There were only three employees working. It took a few minutes to be greeted even though the boy making the pizzas saw us standing at the counter. The other two kids were struggling to put lots of orders together and did not even attempt to look at us. When we finally got our order, I happened to check it to make sure our pizza was thin crust.... It was not, we got two wrong items. The cashier thank me for checking my order and after some searching handed us the proper order. I have tried over and over to continue supporting this business, but I am done now.!! Service is never consistently good!!! If customer service is good and timely, something else is wrong. If customer service is terrible, the food might be okay. During my last visit I not only was given the wrong order, when I got home with my actual order, the pizza was burn and cold. My family appreciates Domino's affordable prices but the inconveniences are not worth it!! read more

wow pizza was horrible. we paid $34 dollars for a medium pizza plus two side salads. Salad was old wilted. The biggest complaint was one of the worker kept eating pizza while preparing ours. Gross. This place has to be one of the worst in Ravalli County. I've ordered the same thing from them three different times, and three different times i've either gotten someone else's order, or they don't even show up. The driver told the store they 'lost' the pizza, so I got nothing and they said just to come get a pizza another time. Also, if you have an issue, and they refer you to Gary, or the franchise owner, who he will inevitably tell you to go too; they will do nothing. Had an employee try and fight me in the parking lot because he didn't like the way I was, 'looking at him'. Told management, and they told me to 'grow up', after the employee was yelling and cussing right outside my car in front of my kids. Only after I got out of the car did he run inside, and tell them I tried to hit him with my car. Food 0 Service -1 PS. The hours are a lie. The place is never open. As of the date of this review, if you try to order pizza, it just says "this store is not accepting deliveries at the moment", and it hangs up on you. Go to Papa Murphy's, or Pizza Hut. Both are better places in Hamilton, MT., if you are looking for a decent pizza. read more

Pizza was burnt and the wings had very little sauce. They do not use bowls at this place. So the wings don't get tossed in sauce they just squirt "some" over the top. Disappointed because I've had good pizza here and bad on multiple occasions. Staff is friendly. read more

'Consistency' is always there when ordering from Domino's. Professional, friendly staff, and always correct.

Decent pizza for the price. My suggestion is to get it delivered rather than do a walk-in order. Miles apart as far as customer service is concerned. The delivery people are always courteous and the delivery is prompt. But based on my experience and family's, the behavior of in-store staff was kind of bizarre. They act as if they don't really want you in there, ignore for a while, then grudgingly take your order, make inappropriate jokes. Either poor management, or they're not used to actually dealing with people face to face...or both. read more

domino's in Hamilton MT sucks! A few years ago it used to be pretty good. But about a year ago we hated what we got. So yesterday we figured maybe they were better... wrong! We got a large thin crust beef, pepperoni and bacon and it was barely editable! Poor flavor and too salty! Won't ever try them again. I guess it's still true that you get what you pay for. Terrible. The manager, Gary has a major attitude issue. Accused me of lying when our pizza was 3 HOURS LATE. I had 3 crying kids who were hungry, not happy and no offer to fix things or even at the very least an apology. They also deliver to us but after 2 years still haven't updated the system so I have to call every time to switch my order. On top of that the wings are the size of my thumb and ordered double cheese and got basically sauce when other times get normal cheese and get an ok amount. I have to say, I ordered a pizza tonight because I just got back into town and had no food in the house... and I really wasn't expecting much. I just got my delivery, took a bite... and maybe I'm just really hungry, but this is seriously one of the best pizza's I've ever tasted! I know, I know...I lived in NYC for 3 years where they make serious pie... it could be considered a religion out there, and this thing rivals anything I had there! Super rude. My kids wanted dough asked politely at least 10 times. the guy making pizzas (Gary) ignored them for 15 mins. Finally when they asked a different guy ( the guy making boxes) Gary said they cost $1. Ordered an ex large Extravaganza. It had toppings from a small scattered around it. Almost no toppings. It was totally bizarre. One slice had i piece of sausage, another had 1.5 pcs of pepperoni, etc. Cheese barely covered the mediocre crust. Hadn't been there in 3 or 4 years and now I guess I know why. absolutely traumatized. first of all, this dominos has very rude employees that didn't make us feel welcome. there was only ONE employee doing her job, and all the others were either talking in the parking lot or sleeping in the booths. second, and VERY IMPORTANTLY, i am a vegetarian of 6 years and I usually only do a small inspection, and upon first glance there was nothing wrong, but after eating a few pieces, i found BOTH sausage AND canadian bacon (and pineapple??) on our veggie pizza! so i, an innocent vegetarian, was ripped of my basic human rights. this may sound dramatic, but i am very severely heartbroken and disgusted. i had to throw up my entire meal, that i PAID for, as an attempt to gain back my unfairly nobbled beliefs. i wish, from the bottom of my broken heart, that i could give this dominos a -3 stars, and that would be too fair. whether you're a vegetarian or not, know that i could've died if i were allergic ( and after not eating meat for years, i could very well have a reaction to it!) so you could die if you have an allergy that they don't pay attention to. i hope that you guys avoid this dominos and that you guys stay safe. thanks. also the ranch tastes like salty glue. awful. read more

Ordered a pizza online but my friend and I couldn't agree on a sauce so I just selected one and decided to call right after and ask if they could do half and half. I placed my order and immediately called. The lady who answered said (quite rudely) that they didn't usually do that and so I was like "so no?" And she continued by saying that they can see what I'm ordering before I ordered it but also said that they see once I pay. Made no sense. She said it was almost done and had been in the oven since I ordered. I told her that I had ordered literally a minute ago and she said they were tracking my order while I was making it (which makes no since because if they were, and I changed something, they would have to start over). The customer service was awful and she sounded like she didn't care in the slightest. Very disappointing all I wanted was to do two sauces, one on each half. I'm pissed! read more
