Well, don't place an order here if you have hungry kids at home. It took nearly 2 hours for one large pepperoni and sausage pizza and chicken nuggets. I placed order at 5:58, called the store at 6:50 because there was no status update, and they said it should be delivered in the next 20 minutes. It finally arrived at 7:42. Funny thing is; the receipt from the store said they started the order at 6:50, when I called to check the status. He said "we're really busy" and would not sway from that. I am in the hospitality business, I understand busy, however, I do not understand being lied to. I also only live 4 minutes away, so why did the delivery go from 7:18-7:42? Don't lie to your customers. There aren't that many places to eat in Dunkirk, don't lose any more customers than you have to. read more

They really need to do a better job of how they keep track of their credits especially when they are the ones messing up an order ! Called today to get credit that was due to me and was told they didn't see anything , imagine that. I am not a fan of Domino's except for thin crust so that's all I order. This location is usually pretty reliable in terms of carryout, though I ordered the stuffed crust today and it wasn't sliced. The stuffed crust is awful. It's just an ungodly amount of dough. I was expected something closer to the stuffed crust Pizza Hut used to have. I mean, my pizza was fresh and hot and all that but I certainly won't ever order Domino's stuffed crust again. read more

I ordered pizza and wings, received a text they were on their way after only 6 min. I knew that couldn't be correct. I logged in to see my drive making two stops before mine, then watched him leave my food at another house but text Me saying it was delivered. I called the store manager informed her I never received my food, she began to dispute what I had said and shared the driver left it on my porch. I told her I watched him on the provided dominos delivery app and watched him leave my food at someone else's house. She said "I will have the driver turn around go back pick up the food and bring it to your location" I reminded her that COVID should be taken in account and just give me a credit back to my card and I'll call papa Johns. The past two times we've ordered from this location, it has taken 2 hours to deliver our pizza. They do not have enough drivers. According to the tracker, the pizza was ready for delivery within 15 minutes of the order, but it then sat for 45 minutes waiting for the driver to come back to pick up the next delivery orders. We were assured we would be the first on the list to deliver when she went out, but still didn't get our order for more than 40 minutes after receiving the notification that she was on her way. We live 10 minutes away. Will not order from this location again. read more

We order once or twice a month for parties or when I need a night off from cooking dinner. They consistently deliver in less then 30 minutes, hot pizza that is exactly what we ordered. Easy and delicious. Pleasant on the phone, and drivers are always nice. read more

We live in a very rural area of calif where we can't GET domino's so were excited to be able to here while visiting relatives. DISAPPOINTMENT OF THE YEAR. . . due to incompetent staff. Waited 1 1/2 hrs. for pizza because driver forgot pizza, called and asked them to make a fresh one - they threw pizza that had sat there an hour back in oven and dried out topping to the point it was practically inedible. I've never been a huge fan of dominos but today I decided to get it and it wasn't up to par. I asked for half cheese and held pepperoni because I don't like pepperoni but my sister does and when the pizza did get here all of her toppings were on the bottom portion of my cheese half which isn't okay I wouldn't have asked for half cheese if I thought it would be okay if there were other topping on it. In addition to that, a good twentyfive minutes before the pizza got here the tracker said that the pizza had been delivered so I called the business and asked why this was and they said that the tracker is inaccurate sometimes. How is it in accurate if they type in the status. Overall this place is below average and I would recommend the papa johns or even go up to prince Fredrick and get Pizza Hut read more

I was planning an event for kids and parents for an organization that I'm a member of and was looking for a pizza place that would accept a check, as well as be able to deliver the pizza by 11. I'd checked with another pizza restaurant in the area, but they could not deliver, and were wishy-washy when it came to whether or not they'd take my organization's check. We ordered pizzas for delivery and the kid who delivered the pizzas was extremely rude to my family by saying "you can fuck me later" when we asked for change from a $20. The delivery driver was named Shane. When I asked to speak to a manager no one could find the manager, I heard the staff going where is the manager? Then when the manager got on the line and put me on hold. O and it only gets better, then the manager got one of the kids to say "the manager is busy call back later". read more

The pizza tracker says my pizza was delivered and I call the store, they say that the driver has it in his car and has 4 deliveries ahead of ours. 40 minutes later no pizza. I would leave a zero if that were possible. Several months ago I made one trip to the Dunkirk location for a called-in takeout. The order was lost, I had to wait for them to redo it, when it was ready it was wrong, and the staff were really nasty about it all... as if my walking in the door at all was a bother to them. I vowed never to go back & haven't. Last night I came home from work to discover my daughter and her husband had placed a large delivery an hour earlier and it had not arrived yet. I told them my experience and said they should call & cancel and then order something from Jerry's Subs. After a snotty response from whoever answered the phone - "we don't HAVE an order for you, you must have called somewhere else. Our system is down so I can't even look it up". My daughter called back and asked for a manager. She was on hold twenty minutes before someone came to the phone claiming to be the manager. Another 15-20 minutes was spent with this person looking into it - our system is down but we don't have an order for you anywhere. She ordered again and was told it would be 45 minutes and there would be no charge. An hour later, a man called and asked to confirm the address. 20 minutes later she called Domino's again and asked where the food was. She spent a great deal of time on the phone while someone tried to figure that out, then the delivery guy knocked. He told her that when he returned to the shop, the order was sitting on the counter with "PickUp" on the label, meaning it would have sat there waiting for her to come get it. He was aware of the whole issue - I imagine everyone there was - and so he decided to delivery it. She was at this point still on the phone, and with a "different" manager. She said it has been 2 hours and 45 minutes since I first ordered, and an hour and a half since I ordered the second time. I am now ready to take you up on your earlier offer of no charge, but the delivery guy doesn't know anything about this. She was told they are not in the habit of delivering free food, but they could reduce it 50% or give them some credit on a future order. My daughter responded, "after what I've been through tonight there WON'T BE a future order" When asked to explain she reiterated the whole scenario and said "and then I get ATTITUDE". In the interest of actually eating, she paid the 50% and asked the delivery guy to step in... he responded that he as extremely ill and didn't want to bring his germs into our home. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And YOU are handling the boxes and riding our food around in your germy vehicle? This was not said to the poor delivery guy... but it's how we felt. He was tipped the normal amount - none of this was his fault and he was actually nice. So, 2 hours and 45 minutes after the original call and something like 6 phone calls (she was disconnected a few times which we didn't think was an accident), a great deal of attitude, and a germy delivery... the family was able to eat.
