Placed an order through Doordash at 5:28PM and Domino's never updated the system or app. I called Dominos twice and finally got in touch with "Amanda" who stated their system was down! After 45 minutes the driver arrives and even though I have specific directions on where we live he's so incompetent and still got lost!! The driver tried to deliver COLD food after 1 hour of placing an order Ppssh bye!! This will be on Yelp and I'll be contacting their corporate office too! The business can reply but won't change my review and ordering Pizza Hut next time. This Domino's location sucks and is incompetent!! read more

I have ordered from here three times and every time it has been wrong. The first time we ordered an ultimate pepperoni. We received a cheese pizza. It's was then a huge hassle to get them to send another pizza which took almost 2 hours. The pizza was also cut horribly. The second time we ordered an ultimate pepperoni pizza. We received a cheese pizza. 2 hours for replacement pizza which was an undercooked pepperoni pizza, not ultimate. The pizza again was cut like someone tried to do it blindfolded. The third and last time. We were having a party, ordered 3 large pizzas. Two pepperoni, one double cheese. We received 3 pepperoni pizzas. I called again and asked for just the cheese pizza, they never brought it. Oh and this was the worst cutting of pizza as they forgot to do the extra cuts so one slice was 1/4 of the pizza. I will never order from here again. It's insane how this place is still open. You think if you're taking almost half an hour to "quality check" the pizza, it would be right. read more

Way to go Domino's....I wanted a quick dinner and didn't wanna go anywhere so I called the closest pizza place and put in my order...I was helped by a very respectful Manager named Raymond who guided me through the options of the menu and gave me great customer service with a friendly and professional attitude which made me very satisfied that I did place an order over the phone....I placed the order for delivery and he assured me that the order was in the oven and drivers were heading back to the shop as we speak and will be delivered shortly......I got the order in 10 minutes and that was quite a delicious pizza. read more

We ordered two of the 5 cheese dip items and this is the shit we received. There's only about 1/8 inch of burnt cheese stuck to the bottom of the pan. Maybe the dickbrain wearing his dark wraparound sunglasses at night might be able to do his job if he could see. We got the wrong order at curbside delivery and didn't know until we got home. Idk if this one is independently owned or corporate owned but the owner needs to step in now. It took 2 hours and 25 minutes for our order to even be started and then delivered. Unfortunately, I had to leave to work and drop my kids off at a sitters house, I tried so many times to call them, I stayed on the phone for 25 minutes hoping someone would answer, none of my attempts to get anyone to answer the phone were successful. I feel bad for the driver . At what point does customer satisfaction come into play here? I'm sure they are extremely short staffed and should cut orders or atleast call customers because their timer is way off, it gave me a 60-70 minute delivery window, which I was cool with , then that time passed and the delivery tracker hadn't moved at all. Worst pizza experience ever! First the driver could not find our house so we had to meet him at the gas station (which defeats the purpose of delivery) only to realize once we got home that he gave us the wrong pizza. We ordered a large extravaganza pizza and got a medium pepperoni pizza with one black olive in the middle. The chicken was also incorrect, they gave me tomato and bacon instead of BBQ and the chicken pieces were very small. I then tried to contact the store to fix the issue and my calls were ignored or put on hold for over 15 minutes, at one point they just put the phone down and started arguing with each other and then hung up on me. It took over an hour and calling multiple times until finally they refunded my order. They were extremely unprofessional, never again will I use domino's for pizza delivery! read more

I work in an area that is outside the dominos that provides service to my home and HANDS DOWN bacliff is always better! I ordered 2 specialty pizzas at the Webster dominos and the order was wrong when I called they gave me enough credit for a 2 topping! This was very frustrating! 2 nights go I ordered an extravaganza pizza from Bacliff Dominos the driver turned to sharp and the pizza was ruined. He came to my door told me what happened apologized and made it right! He said call the store and they will give you the same pizza remade! Called tonight they had no note of what happened but the manager delivered a new pizza. This is a class act place and the quality of the pizza is better than most! On one end you feel for them, but they have no help there. There were a good 10-15 people up there complaining because after hours, their orders weren't ready. You go in, and it's only 1 worker making pizzas. When there are working, it's super unprofessional with workers just dropping f words left and right like you're not even there. Website and App list this location as the only one that delivers to me. It is the closest location. However, this location stated they would not deliver to me. I reported the problem with the website and app and suggested they contact corporate IT or whomever is appropriate to fix this. I was told to contact them myself. I can not choose another location for delivery in the website or app as the only option is carryout for all other locations. If I'm going out to pick up pizza, I'm not eating this garbage. LOL! I have had both good and bad experiences with this particular store. The good stand out less in my mind though, because of how ridiculous the bad experiences have been. I used their online ordering feature a few weeks ago. I waited for 45 minutes and the tracker told me the pizza had been delivered. I called the store to find out the whereabouts of my order. Before even asking for my information the person answering told me "We have no orders for you, so would you like to make an order." I told him we was mistaken and tried to give him the confirmation number. Instead of listening to me he insisted I had the wrong store. I assured him I called the right store and once again tried to tell him I had a confirmation number, and money had been debited from my bank account. He continued to argue with me and swore that the order didn't go through. After that he asked me if I wanted to place another order. Exasperated, I told him no thank you and hung up the phone. Not 5 minutes later I get a knock at my door and my order has arrived. I told the delivery driver my story, and he was in total shock. I suppose the moral of the story is that you might eventually get your order from this store, but you will have to put up with some highly hard headed and unqualified people do to do. Ive order from here previously & had no problem with delivery but today I ordered delivery on the AP prepaid my order double checked the address went outside to enjoy the beautiful day & when came in I had missed 3 calls from the driver. I called the store & the manager seemed very irritated with me I apologized for not having my phone near by but by their AP everything was fine. He really was very unprofessional about keeping a customer he never made an effort to ask me if I wanted to reorder I had to ask if I would be refunded he was very short & said check with my bank 2-5 days. I just got delivery from this dominos location. NEVER AGAIN! The pizza was horribly burnt. The crust was black and hard all the way around. And the stuffed cheese bread was overcoocked and hard. They didn't even cut it. And I was supposed to get a dipping sauce that didn't show up. after working 3 weeks straight and getting home Monday night at 9pm we decided to order a pizza. Big mistake, nothing but issues 1. after we placed our order online we got a call saying they were out of black olives (no big deal we own a food truck we know how that goes) 2. when the driver gets there she calls my husband and says "I'm a woman and it's dark I'm not coming up there I'm flashing my light come to me " 3. the pizza looked like it had been dropped. 4. my stuffed cheese bread looked like it had been torn apart and there were maybe 2 jalapeño pieces and 3 pieces of bacon and no cheese in it. me and my husband both were soo tired and upset we just went to bed without eating. I didn't call that night because by the time we waited for there 45 minute delivery they would have been closing in like 5 min if not already closed. So I called today, and was told by the manager there is nothing they can do I should have called that night. I have worked in restaurants my whole life, I own a food truck now, that is horrible customer service. I didn't even ask for my food for free or a refund. If someone had come to my truck and had a complaint even a week later we would replace the item because we value our customers. This dominos is the absolute worst! If there were other options for delivery in my area they would loose so much business. Not only do they take their sweet time to get your order to you the quality is sub par. Every single time I order dipping sauces they do not bring them. Now if they were free it wouldnt anger me but the fact that they charge me for it and then dont give me what I paid for cuts every nerve in my body. They are basically stealing my money. I can only assume they dont give dipping sauces to other customers which mean they are stealing from them as well.
