Five cheese dip is fucking bull shit.
    Christopher G.

We ordered two of the 5 cheese dip items and this is the shit we received. There's only about 1/8 inch of burnt cheese stuck to the bottom of the pan. When I called to complain, the manager claimed he couldn't hear me even though I could hear him just fine. This is total fucking bull shit. This Domino's need new management and probably new owners.

I paid for extra Alfredo, they said it would have extra Alfredo, I get thos dish with a bunch of dried up penne noodles, hardly any Alfredo! Go figure!

Idk if this one is independently owned or corporate owned but the owner needs to step in now. It took 2 hours and 25 minutes for our order to even be started and then delivered. Unfortunately, I had to leave to work and drop my kids off at a sitters house, I tried so many times to call them, I stayed on the phone for 25 minutes hoping someone would answer, none of my attempts to get anyone to answer the phone were successful. I feel bad for the driver . At what point does customer satisfaction come into play here? I'm sure they are extremely short staffed and should cut orders or atleast call customers because their timer is way off, it gave me a 60-70 minute delivery window, which I was cool with , then that time passed and the delivery tracker hadn't moved at all. It was until I had to leave that it started to move, and still no answered call to cancel before food is wasted and gas is wasted, this place needs help.

This is not the extravaganza pizza I ordered
    Lydia L.

Worst pizza experience ever! First the driver could not find our house so we had to meet him at the gas station (which defeats the purpose of delivery) only to realize once we got home that he gave us the wrong pizza. We ordered a large extravaganza pizza and got a medium pepperoni pizza with one black olive in the middle. The chicken was also incorrect, they gave me tomato and bacon instead of BBQ and the chicken pieces were very small. I then tried to contact the store to fix the issue and my calls were ignored or put on hold for over 15 minutes, at one point they just put the phone down and started arguing with each other and then hung up on me. It took over an hour and calling multiple times until finally they refunded my order. They were extremely unprofessional, never again will I use domino's for pizza delivery!

I used to come here all the time with an ex-boyfriend but haven't been back in years. I made the drive from Katy to Bacliff to pick up some vintage garden trellises, and at just two miles away, I immediately knew lunch had to be at T-Bone Tom's. One of my favorite things about this place is the absolutely massive outdoor seating area. It's covered, so normally it's a fantastic place to sit without roasting in direct sun, but after several days of heavy rain mixed with Houston humidity and temperatures around 90 degrees, there was absolutely no convincing anyone in my party that sitting outside for lunch was a good idea. Only my second time ever sitting indoors here. The place was already bustling by 11:30 and packed by noon, which tells you everything you need to know. We were greeted immediately when we arrived, and even though we came through the back entrance for patio seating, the hostess was cheerful and accompanied us to the dining room, where we were also immediately greeted by one of the indoor hostesses. Our server Joshua was excellent throughout the meal--friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always on top of things. We started with drinks and boudin balls, which came with four and ranch dressing. I tend to go through phases of what I'm addicted to, and right now it's boudin balls. If it's on the menu, I'm ordering them. These were fried to perfection, hot, and delicious. A great appetizer to start the meal. While we waited to order our main course, there were two things our table seemed to rave about: giant drink glasses and crackers. It sounds silly, but not having to constantly wait around for refills makes a big difference. And crackers on the table? It seemed like memory lane for the older members of our party, who quite enjoy bits of nostalgia. So few restaurants bother doing little things like that anymore, so my lunch selection was awarding me kudos before the lunch even started! Mom and Mark split the 14 oz. ribeye with spinach and potato salad. Although splitting two sides might have been enough, Mom added a side of mashed potatoes for herself. It's always a toss up with restaurants and steak. True mediums aren't always a true medium--you have to order medium rare or medium well to get it just right. But the medium here is actually a medium. Mom kept talking about how delicious the steak was and said it was one of the best she's had in a long time. If you know my mom, compliments don't come easy. It's a big deal. Ha. I ordered the plate I always get: the Monterey chicken with fried okra and spinach. It may have been years since I was last here, but this dish is as excellent as it has always been, if not better. The chicken was incredibly tender, cooked perfectly, and covered with flavorful mushrooms and onions. I also really love that their vegetables are homemade rather than straight out of a freezer bag. The fried okra and fresh spinach were wonderful. Berta ordered the chopped beef sandwich with potato salad. They gave her so much beef, there was enough for two people to enjoy that plate. She ended up taking more than half home. We finished the meal with vanilla ice cream and their infamous bread pudding, which was warm, rich, and easily enough dessert for four people to share. Mom had ordered it for herself and said she didn't want to share, but when she saw how big the portion was, she asked Berta and I to join in. T-Bone Tom's is a popular place among locals and tourists alike. It offers great food, a fun atmosphere, friendly service, and remains one of those places that still feels uniquely Texas in the best possible way. We'll definitely be back, and much sooner this time!

The service was horrible, we sat there being passed by at least 6 different servers for the first 15 mins with no acknowledgment, no drinks and not even handed menus at the very least. Not even that, I asked for no avocado because I'm allergic and what did I find at the very bottom of it? Exactly that. So clearly they don't care about allergies! We were never checked on, any time we needed something (like a drink) we had to flag someone down. ***Tip-Shaming Alert***…read more This could easily be a four-star review for my pick-up order were it not for the quasi tip-shaming at the counter and the mediocre egg roll that had obviously sat in a warmer much longer than it needed to. First, the food here is delicious (for the most part); the employees are kind; and this place is as clean as it can be. The hot & sour soup here is among the best in the area. It has a little zing and plenty of velvety egg strands. It's fun and flavorful. The steamed dumplings tasted like they were made with TLC, unlike the afterthought versions at so many other joints these days. The chicken fried rice, which I did not sample, received rave reviews from the family. The General Tso's Shrimp was absolutely divine! Plump shrimp encased in a light batter, with a wonderfully piquant sauce. The egg rolls, however, were a total miss. Check out my photo, and you'll see one egg roll that's as flat as an envelope, while the other is round. Though you cannot see in the photos, there were also indentions on the (flat) egg roll from a warmer rack. In addition to it being flat, it was stale. The other egg roll was fine, albeit mediocre and not worth a future order. Why would someone in the kitchen think that it's OK to keep something in a warmer for hours and serve it to a customer? Finally, the internet wasn't properly working when I picked up my order, so they had to bring a dude from the back to crank everything up again. My order was $40 and change, and he looked at me and asked me what tip I would like to add. My answer? "No tip!" I'm sure they weren't happy, but I couldn't care less. -- I placed an order over the phone, drove to the restaurant, waited at the counter while they worked out their internet issues .... and then arrived home to realize that I paid for an egg roll that would've been fresher at 7-11. And they want a tip? Seriously? As I've mentioned in previous reviews, a gratuity is a gratuity. If you ask for it, you won't get it. If you work the counter and basically hand me a bag, you probably won't get it. And if you put me on the spot at the counter, not only will I say "no tip," but I will also let the world know that they will be guilted into paying for something that the business itself should be taking care of. Rant over. By all means, patronize this place. The food is delicious. Just don't let them serve you an old egg roll or guilt you into paying the salaries that they should be paying.

I've gone about five times now and this was by far my least favorite experience (I still liked it, but I was a little disappointed), which was unfortunate since this was my parent's first experience here. My only issues were the food, so here's my opinion on each one we ordered: 1. Thai Tea - 4.8/5 - Definitely one of the best Thai Teas at a restaurant. Though I could still use more of the Thai Tea base flavor rather than milk, everyone at my table still enjoyed this drink. 2. Red Curry - 4.5/5 - Quite nice and had very good flavor. I don't love the addition of bell peppers in here, but that's a personal preference. 3. Pad See Ew - 3/5 - Kind of basic. Nothing made it stand out and noodles this kind of stuck together and became mushy. 4. Pad Thai - 3/5 - I've gotten this twice before, and for some reason it just tasted completely different and nothing like what Pad Thai should actually taste like. Not bad, but just not what you want when eating a Pad Thai. Noodles were also pretty mushy. 5. Steamed Fillet Snapper - 4/5 - Fairly clean and nice tasting, but just a little too plain for my taste. Still, a great option if you want something lighter for your meal. 6. Rib Eye Pepper Steak Thai Style - 4/5 - I really liked the sauce for this one and the beef was cooked very well, but the garlic they chose to put on top was extremely bitter and ruined my thoughts on the dish. I love this place, but this experience was the first time I've ever questioned going back here again. I hope this time was just a fluke.
