That's why I chose them for my birthday dinner. I was extremely disappointed. There was not enough sauce, buts thats OK, because the sauce had no flavor. It was just heat with no flavor. This place is a scam. Our group was there on a Saturday night and they were busy. The lady who…read moregreeted us and took our order (Margaret) didn't work there but is friends with the owner and helps out when it is busy. We actually had 2 servers who didn't work there help serve us. The peel and eat shrimp was awful and over cooked. The bacon wrapped popper things we got were good. I went over to the slots to play a little and Margaret was playing on the machine next to me. I hit the bonus round and started playing and then she reaches over and hits the spin button 3 times fast using 3 of my free spins quickly without me asking her to touch my game. I ended up losing and walked away but the fact she touched my machine was really messed up. I then went and played the old school quarter bulldozer game. I was winning at first and the 3 people at the bar turned their head when they heard the quarters drop like that wasn't supposed to happen. Then a guy comes walking by from the front and nudges the machine so that the quarters were pushed back off of the ledge. I quickly lost after that. It looked like he was friends with the owners as well. I will not go back to this place. They are unethical and don't like outsiders. I was going to try a burger but I didn't after the scam they pulled. Be careful going here if you are an outsider. They will take advantage of you.

Sunday morning breakfast…read more I cannot believe how cheap this place is. It's a rundown gas station turned into a diner. A little boy is cleaning tables, which was very refreshing. I wanted to leave him a tip. It appears everyone knows each other and gives you an eyeball when you walk in as a stranger. It was fine though. Not the fastest service but super friendly. Coffee was good, food was good enough. I was surprised the gravy was from a package and needed pepper. That glassy sheen that tells you it's not from scratch. A down-home place like this, I would expect they would value homemade staples. Biscuits weren't fresh either. Bacon was good and crispy but tasted like it was cooked in burnt grease. All was edible and did the job, just not a destination for food is all. Nice and cool dining room on a hot morning.
