The NGO inside the pizza box.
    Corina A.

My child has sensory issues. That means if something smells or tastes too strong, my child will throw up. There's it anything that can be done about it. That being said, he can only eat around 5 foods and if I get a different brand, you guessed it, he throws up. I try to treat my kids with pizza, but because of the sensory issues, I have to order things a certain way. Half the time, the order would be wrong and he wouldn't be able to eat it or dinner for that matter because the smell made him sick but dominos pizza is the only kind he will eat. After months of this happening, I finally put in a complaint to corporate and asked if they contacted me, to do so by email. I got a call at work and the manager seemed annoyed that I had to do my job. But he apologized and offered a free pizza and breadsticks. The pizza is now referred to as the spite pizza because it was made with a couple dots of sauce, hardly any cheese and NGO was written in the box (I don't know what that means, it might mean nothing, but it still bothers me). What bothers me the most about the spite pizza is that they did that to a child. If I was a jerk customer who complained every week and yelled and fussed, then maybe I would deserve a spite pizza, but my child who can only eat a couple things is getting punished by this, and because I complained and they showed how spiteful they are, my son can't eat pizza again until we're out of town since he won't eat another brand. Now we're down to 4 things that he can eat. Don't order from here if you have to order special. They won't care. The drivers are nice though, I hope they know that they're doing a good job.

A locally-owned gem with Southern hospitality and delicious Italian food…read more Having been a fan of this restaurant a few years back, I was excited to try it again after recently moving back to the area. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts to visit on a Sunday (they're closed!), I finally made it on a Tuesday evening. I was promptly greeted and seated by the friendly host right as they opened at 5 p.m. Our waitress was welcoming and took our appetizer order right after our drinks. We were debating between the mozzarella sticks and calamari, and she recommended the trio, which included both, plus fried zucchini - a great suggestion! Soon after our appetizer arrived, the owner and chef came to our table to introduce himself and check on our food. It was a nice, personal touch that you don't see very often. While the service was a little on the slower side, it was clear that the small but mighty staff was attentive and making their rounds to all the tables. For our main course, we ordered the chicken parmesan, which was a generous portion, easily shareable for two, and came with a side salad. It was yummy. This restaurant has a certain charm with its combination of Southern hospitality and Italian cuisine. I would recommend it based on my experience. They also have some weekly specials (unsure for how long) : -Wednesday Family Night: Large 3-topping pizza for $11.99 -Thursday Date Night: The $5 corkage fee for BYOB is waived, and they offer a "share a bowl" upgrade for $5.99 (usually $9.99), which gives you two servings of protein instead of one. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I'm happy to recommend.

The pizzas are the freshest dough and highest quality around. Be prepared to sit for a while and be made to feel at home. This is a wonderful local pizza restaurant in the Popp's Ferry area. Great location for it too…read more Easy access off I-10 or off corner of Popp's Ferry and Cedar Lake Road. Plenty of parking in the front. As we walked in. They had a wonderful fall themed tree in the front corner of the restaurant. We waited to be seated. She quickly acknowledged us and grabbed us a table. She asked if we like a table or booth. We opted for the booth. Few people have decided to eat such delicious food and dine in. However, they to a lot of call in for to go orders. I heard from other customers say that the pizza is amazing! She ask what we like to start out with (appetizer). And what to drink. Started out with the meatballs (comes with two garlic knots) and got a Barq's root beer and water to drink. We ordered pop's deluxe pizza (large). We got so full. We had to get an order of beignets to go. It is rare that I see it on the menu. So we had to order it. Totally worth it! In my opinion. One amazing thing about booth seating. They have small LCD screens for your viewing pleasure. They are just at the booths tho. Do not get discouraged though. They have plenty of Screens mounted on the corner of the restaurants. I also noticed that they have a small bar in the back. I forgot to take a picture of it. Drink responsibly . We sat in the booth. Pretty comfortable with padding. Good enough to sit while dining. I would not recommend sitting there for a long time. They can accommodate a large group. Depending on your party, more likely they link few tables together. Please call ahead to make arrangements. I recommend take advantage of eating outside in patio as long as weather permits. They have sunbrella to protect you from the sun. The chairs outside are metal with no padding. For some reason when I took the picture of it. There seems to be a friendly cat hanging around. Do not worry, the cat is friendly and does not bite or scratch. I am not sure, I think he has a nice setup. I am pretty sure he is seeing what kinda food he can get... The food not only looks great! The food was delicious and hot! Please give it a few minutes to cool off before eating. It is that fresh from the oven. You will not be disappointed! No Wi-Fi that can tell? If you do not want to dine in, but want fresh pizza from them. Please call ahead and order for pick up. Great place for pizza if you are in the area. If pizza not your fancy. They offer other great options besides pizza. I noticed on the menu they offer salads, wings, sandwiches, and etc.

I walked to the bar and quickly sat down so that she knew I wanted to eat/order food & not anything bad (close to them closing). Anyways, I didn't want to eat too much & ordered the personal pepperoni pizza. About 5 minutes later, I get the pizza and I opened the box only to be disappointed! I told the lady that I paid for a pepperoni pizza and there were only about 5 total pepperoni and one slice, did NOT have a single pepperoni! She brushed it up and told me to look around so I put my index finger inside the slice w/o pepperoni (pictured w/highlight) and told her that there was not only single pepperoni in it and all she said is to look around that is somewhere?! She was looking that I was starving because I would have asked for my money back! I should have listened to the reviews because the ambiance was terrible! Bad service, awful pizza and tasteless cheese! Just like the other comments. I'm visiting and I have been three month without eating pizza and was so looking forward to this place! Please READ reviews and don't do what I did. I should have spend that money at a burger place since I knew what I was getting! Ambiance?

I keep forgetting to check it out till now. This is a great location. Welcome to a large parking lot. They are located next to a gas station and boba tea shop too. Many other places in the area too. You are welcome to friendly staff as you walk in. You love how both locations are on the corner. You do not have to worry about parking or handicap parking in the front. They ask you pre pay or call in advance to order pizza for pickup. They do offer military discount and senior citizen discount at this time. After you pay you welcome to lager dining room. They offer many booths on the sides and in the separate room for private dining area. If you need this. Please call ahead in advance for details. They have regular tables on the interior towards the buffet. We opted for the booth. The booth has padding on both bottom and back. It's comfortable enough. The table offers bottom padding and hard wood back. As we sat down. I have to say the service is great at both locations. However, I failed to get her name. She is amazing! It threw me off. She immediately acknowledged us and said she will be floating around in the event we need anything to make our stay worthwhile. She is so very attentive. She stopped by to check in on us as usual but definitely made sure our drinks were filled by request. They offer a great variety of options besides pizza. Be sure to time it out when you arrive there. As we arrive. They were just bringing out the fresh batch . You can serve yourself drinks. I noticed they have a good variety of different flavors either hot or cold brewed. The food is excellent. I am not sure if I was just hungry but the food was delicious. We happen to come at tail end of the restaurant was about to close. If you desire something special for the little ones. The Gulfport location has a mini game room. It does feel bigger and more variety. That is my opinion. Overall, it is a good place to if you are in the mood for some pizza and some variety of other things. The service is great at both locations.
