Ordered online with Yelp (fulfilled by GrubHub) for delivery. Ordered 2 pizzas, a BBQ pizza w/ no onions, and a Sausage pizza. I got an email the order was received and was in process, and I'd be notified of status. About an hour later, nothing. I called the phone number provided for GrubHub and was told the order was for pickup. I was asked for the delivery address during the order, I picked "delivery", so I just assumed it was for delivery. Evidently, something changed. And it was ready 30 minutes ago (for pickup). I wasn't notified of anything. I drove to get the pizza, and, of course, the BBQ pizza was packed with onions, so, couldn't eat it, anyway. Epic fail by Yelp/GrubHub by both not delivering and not notifying me they weren't going to deliver, and, of course, Marco's made one of the pizza's wrong to complete the failed experience. Sausage pizza was "okay", but not $16 for a pickup medium pizza. Suing Marcos pizza Purchased a few pizza's from Marco's Pizza on 12/29/2021. After being delivered. We passed out pizza to my 6 & 7 year old. My oldest bit into a cheese pizza and cried out loud that she bit into something that hurt. When she pulled back her cheese on the pizza and Inside was a small open package with a small Allen wrench and nuts baked inside the pizza. My mother immediately called requesting to speak to a manager but an associate/ employee claimed the manager went home early and wouldn't be back until morning. read more

I'm not a pizza person but tonight we were too tired to go to a restaurant and decided to try Marcos. We ordered the large Philly pizza. It was delicious. The cashier was very helpful and sweet. We started buying our pizzas from Marcos regularly instead of other chain pizza places due to the service, freshness, make of the pizza, and taste! This restaurant actually puts the toppings on the pizza and has it done in the timeframe they specify when ordering. *I am aware Marco's is a chain, some are confused I somehow said it was local. I prefer it over other chains as stated above. There is also another one locally in OS. My review does not state it is not a chain and a local restaurant. read more

This place has terrible terrible terrible customer service. We ordered two salads and it took 2 hours to get them delivered and when we called multiple times the check on our order and why it was taking so long we got told "we are just kids" "there are only 2 people working" and got told 3 times your order should be there in about "10-15" minutes. This place with some of the better options should close its door and go out of business with such bad service. When we asked will there be some type of refund or something for such bad service we got told "I can just void your order but you won't get your food" Do not go here and do not place an order here, many many better options and when I finally got my old salad it was terrible. read more

The pizza is delicious and the delivery is usually fast. I love that they have green olives and feta cheese as toppings! I can order off their app and track the delivery time just like dominos. I have ordered from this place three or four times, utilizing curbside delivery each time. I have ordered from there because it is one of the few places that offer green olives on pizza. My first few experiences here were ok. Food was ready when I ordered it for pickup and the quality was decent. Upon my third or fourth trip here, I ordered my food online to be picked up after work. I arrived about 7 or 8 min prior to my "pickup" time of 1815. I sat there playing on my phone but watching for someone to come out. They weren't busy at all and I quite literally was parked in front of the doors. I kept looking up but nobody came out. A family of four came in, ordered, and sat down. Another guy came in and sat down. After waiting until 1828, I finally masked up and went inside. The manager addressed me and I asked him about my order. He turned right around and grabbed the ONLY pizza on the hot rack! It was then he apologized and said that "he came out there and didn't see anyone." This was total bullshit. He hadn't been NEAR the front door in almost 20 min. That was a LIE! I took my pizza and left. Of course by the time I arrived home, the pizza was cold. I was so enraged that the manager absolutely lied to my face, I doubt I'll ever eat there again. You see, there is an unspoken social contract with people that prepare and handle your food. If they will lie about one thing, they will lie about another and I don't trust people who are deceptive to handle my food. read more

They have been getting my orders wrong several times now. Today I placed an order online, then called asking they double check before they send it out. Food is ok...but staff does not follow sanitary code! Staff cooks with bracelets while preparing dough. Phones are used in the kitchen. Manager is oblivious to being clean. His focus is on the wrong thing like customers conversations. I'll go to a different one a longer distance away from now on. read more

We order from Marcos a couple of times per month. Delivery is always fast and pizzas are consistent quality.

Great pizza, salads and cinnamon bread. Pricey, but we use the coupons they provide when ordering on line. We order at least weekly.
