Went there this past weekend and they were out of their regular crust, so my only option was to go with thin crust or pay extra for pan or another type. How do you run out of crust when it is literally the base of your product? Ordering is pretty simple - kind of like Subway, but with pizza. The problem is that it takes longer to make the pizza than it does to order and pay, so you end up with a bunch of people piled up around the register. My pizza was given to someone else who ordered the same kind but with slightly different toppings, so I had to wait extra long then didn't get exactly what I wanted and didn't feel like waiting another 10 minutes. When it gets that busy they should ask for names or give order numbers or something to keep it straight. The pizza itself was pretty good. The personal size is almost like a medium most anywhere else so you can definitely share it. Overall, it wasn't bad but I think there may be some issues behind the counter. read more

My family and I decided to try this place during a weekend getaway, coming all the way from Florida. The first time was cool. But the next day, after I placed my order for a large pizza to share with my family, the girl at the register mistakenly charged me for a small. No big deal, I'll just pay the difference. The next step is they shoot it in the oven and within minutes your pizza is before you eyes while they slice it up and box it for you. They serve beer and other assorted drinks, and have a fountain soda machine as well. Quick time first bite I was amazed of how flavorful and temperature hot it was duhhh it literally just came out of the oven so I had to pick toppings off and eat the crust to avoid getting my upper mouth burned. This is basically chipotle for pizza, which I'm not convinced is a good idea. It's a great concept, but the execution could use a little tweaking. I'd much rather they turn down the oven and let my pizza cook longer to ensure the dough is fully cooked and the cheese is melted. Flash cooking pizza just doesn't work. read more

The Tuscan marinara SAUCE was thick and slightly chunky. The CHEESE was plentiful, and I had to pinch it off to avoid the long string that would not break :-).
