Went there this past weekend and they were out of their regular crust, so my only option was to go with thin crust or pay extra for pan or another type. How do you run out of crust when it is literally the base of your product? Ordering is pretty simple - kind of like Subway, but with pizza. The problem is that it takes longer to make the pizza than it does to order and pay, so you end up with a bunch of people piled up around the register. My pizza was given to someone else who ordered the same kind but with slightly different toppings, so I had to wait extra long then didn't get exactly what I wanted and didn't feel like waiting another 10 minutes. When it gets that busy they should ask for names or give order numbers or something to keep it straight. The pizza itself was pretty good. The personal size is almost like a medium most anywhere else so you can definitely share it. Overall, it wasn't bad but I think there may be some issues behind the counter. read more

Swung by here tonight for some amazing pizza. You can build your own pizza or opt for one of their pizza options. We got the thin crust personal size. They weren't huge but for a personal size it was more than enough. At the end you can also add additional toppings like magic dust (which I highly recommend), feta, basil, pepper flakes, and oregano. I ordered a large pizza with mushrooms and jalapeños (my favorite) as well as some cheesy breadsticks. The line was pretty long, as it is one of the few options in the casino, but it went by pretty quickly. For me, the breadsticks or what fell short. Extremely. I was craving pizza with my husband and I came across high five which happened to be located in the casino. At first we were having a great experience the people that worked the line and prepped our pizza for us were amazing. However as soon as we approach to check out our pizza was at the oven, The lady in the front informed us one of our toppings was unavailable and as we were leaving we noticed that it was right there on the right in front of her. We ordered an Athenian Pizza. She kept grunting the whole entire time, all together ruined our whole experience her name was Talyn, she was the girl of color with glasses who could not keep her mask over her nose. She rolled her eyes and gave everyone ordering attitude . As someone who has worked customer service you should not be apart of establishment and bring your personal attitude at work. My family and I decided to try this place during a weekend getaway, coming all the way from Florida. The first time was cool. But the next day, after I placed my order for a large pizza to share with my family, the girl at the register mistakenly charged me for a small. No big deal, I'll just pay the difference. But not so fast... she decided to give me attitude, accused me of lying beforehand, and made a big scene in front of everyone in line! I couldn't be more mortified. The manager even came out and confronted me for debating with her as if she was right to treat a CUSTOMER that way! What??! All I did was explain to her that she misheard what I said! The manager then rudely tossed my pizza to the side when it was ready and refused to give it to me! After trying to explain again what happened, he finally let me pay for the remaining balance owed and I got my pizza back. But NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THIS PLACE MY BUSINESS. Visitors beware! With plenty of places to sit and eat, the location is large enough to handle a crowd. Ordered several pizzas to our linking with pan, kid's and traditional crusts. Our pizza maker was friendly and attentive- including asking me if she could place a little cheese on top to keep load of spinach from but burnt results. She has kids also and we chatted about them. Pizza and salad was tasty and filling meeting our need for something outside "fried." Dough was just right for each of us - thin for the youngest, chewy of the traditional and crusty for the pan pizza. While you are picking you are literally watching them make your pizza standing in front of them. They have tons of toppings to choose from everything to your basic pepperoni, sausage, ham , bacon, beef, olives, jalapeños, and pineapple but the list goes on! The next step is they shoot it in the oven and within minutes your pizza is before you eyes while they slice it up and box it for you. They serve beer and other assorted drinks, and have a fountain soda machine as well. Quick time first bite I was amazed of how flavorful and temperature hot it was duhhh it literally just came out of the oven so I had to pick toppings off and eat the crust to avoid getting my upper mouth burned. This is basically chipotle for pizza, which I'm not convinced is a good idea. It's a great concept, but the execution could use a little tweaking. I'd much rather they turn down the oven and let my pizza cook longer to ensure the dough is fully cooked and the cheese is melted. Flash cooking pizza just doesn't work. read more

Gloves were on the floor by the garbage can behind the counter, probably about 6 of them. this Pie Five was disgusting. every table was dirty! the staff was annoyed that I was putting in an order. I thought maybe they were getting ready to close, but they had another 3 hours to go. there were 3 employees & it was the 2 older employees that were the worse of the 3. I got the chicken carbonara pizza and when asked to add ingredients, the employee barely put amy of it on the pizza. The young lady whom was the cashier could care less I was standing there. She had conversations with everyone but me as I am trying to pay. If you're military you get a military discount, sometimes on days like memorial day and veterans day, military serving or who has served gets a free pizza. Service is quick and the pizza is okay. It's a great pizza place, I just wish the food was better. The food is boring. The toppings they put on your pizza is small. They put pinches of vegetables and meat.
