I had A incident where we used no contact delivery and placed tip under A Cinder Block when driver came we yelled leave it at the door and tip under cinder 5$ she must of not heard she cop knocks pir door and started t9 bully my wife about no tip being in slip. I order from this store a lot . I'm talking about at the least 3 times a week. every driver has been polite and professional with a smile . sometimes a new driver will take a wrong turn and get frustrated. and once in a while I'll have to call about the xtra cheese not being on it but they remake it without question and bring it to me and still have a smile and professional. and the pizza they make is better then anyone's including other domino. the meatzella pizza you have to try!! they do there best and you can tell by how good their food is. read more

i ordered a couple of day's ago, 52.oo worth of food. all of the places i order from know my situation, i'm a hospice patient, doing well - but i have brain damage from a blood clot. placed my order with josh, the mgr - waited 2hrs - mind you i'm calling in between time - phones constantly busy. and he never called me. so i finally get through to him - he says i didn't finish the order (????) i had my total - you need dna.. then he said you didn't say delivery, i said yes i did, and as a matter of fact - you said we'll have it to you in about 30 minutes... we all know, if you're gonna lie - be a good one. and stop talking to your good customers like dogs. i spend well, and i tip well.. perhaps you need a vacation josh.. so management gets o stars - delivery amazing!! read more

Me and my wife came to corydon to spend the weekend we checked into super 8 we called and ordered an Italian sandwich a Alfredo chicken bacon pizza they said it be about 30 min so we disconnected call it was for delivery we waited about an hour and called back we have not yet received our order so the guy working at dominoes said it was delivered to go check front desk so my wife goes and checks and the owners are eating our order and gave the sandwich away so we call dominoes back cause we were charged for food that was ate or given away as driver did not do his job and deliver to room which is true address for delivery not the desk so gen manager says she will cancel the charge on us and remake for free and deliver herself which was a little soothing that we didn't get stuck paying and get no food so about 30 minutes later gen manager knocks and delivers food i should have checked order but as soon as I checked pizza id be damned if the order was wrong 4 ingredients is all it required to make this pizza and these incompetent people can't even get that right let alone deliver two right patron I tell you what that was the farthest flying pizza this guys ever seen as i shot put that thing theses people are idiots mcdonalds does a better job and they serve far more people i say if management delivered order and they didn't check the quality of order it should never be delivered point blank so I will not be ordering from theses idiots nor will super8 theives get my buissness all this was close to 3 hrs to get food i ended up going to McDonald's to get fish as I couldn't eat the flying pizza full of ham tomatoes and chicken read more

Ordered the pizza, the pizza tracker said it would be 21- 26 minutes and pizza was on its way. Even watched the pizza tracker, was sowing out for delivery.After an hour, gave up and went to Culver's. While at Culver's I hour and 11 minutes later, get a call to say they are on my front porch to deliver the pizza. I assumed they weren't coming and gave up. read more

To be fair I must update this review to say that after complaining on the company website, I received a call back from the general manager the next day who apologized sincerely and offered me a free meal up to $25 and said he'd like to make my pizza's himself. We did order again and guess what- they remembered the buffalo sauce! read more

Horrible management!!! When the management tells you to prove your orders wrong and call you a liar what can you do. I told him I could send pictures but that wasn't good enough. The pizza arrived on time, it was the most tasteless sauce and pizza I ever had. Papa Johns rocks compared to this place.

I stopped eating Domino's for a decades and decided to give them a chance after their ad campaign about changing their product from the crust up. It's greatly improved. A very good product for what it is, chain pizza. I think it is better than any other national chain right now and it is my preferred takeout/delivery pizza. read more

When there was a glitch in their system because it sent me back to modify my order (too many ingredients) I was told by the MANAGER of Corydon, IN location that I could pick my pizza up because "I am losing money on your order". And it would be a half hour at least because there were orders in front of mine. I am diabetic and took my medication already. I tipped your drive $4 for delivery already and I had to complain loudly to even get you to say you would redeliver. The worst management I have ever experienced. By the way, they have competition in town now. Beef O'Brady's doesn't deliver yet, but they do make a great pizza when you can pick up. read more
