Worst location. Miguel, the manager, did not have good customer service. I called the store 15 times in a row, for over 20 minutes and when I arrived, I watched him continue to hang the phone up before even answering to see what I was calling about. That is so very rude and then he told me "we do not answer the phone after 10:30pm" but the store says that it is open until 12 am. I had already placed my order online, I just really wanted to ask them to cook my wings a little longer in the over because it did not allow me to specify that online. Credit needs to be given where credit is due. This is an amazing location that I can only imagine is incredibly busy, servicing a large University. This is the location that made me choose Domino's as my pizza of choice going forward. My daughter would eat this for every meal if I allowed it. The service is always friendly, their use of the Pizza Tracker is accurate and helpful for timing the receipt of your order. Their delivery drivers are consistently friendly and even remember their customers. Highly recommend this location. read more

How is it possible that they deliver me a pizza with NO CHEESE and then make me pay for the delivery fee again just to get the right one sent an hour later? I walked in to place an order and the woman behind the counter decided to continue her conversation with a friend for about 5 minutes before taking my order. They told me my pizza would be done in 10 minutes then proceeded to sit down and not even bother to start making it for another 15. I waited for 25 minutes to get my small pizza. I look in the pizza tracker and they put "order complete" - so I check out side and no pizza. its now been almost an hour and so I call. They told me they had an accident with the pizza and they had to remake it. So I asked why would they put the order is complete and why wouldn't they call me to tell me. I asked for two pizzas, when I received it, it was horrible bad preparation and execution, cold, bornes and also I saw when the driver opened the box and put the tickle into the pizza not following any protocol of COVID-19, not protecting and taking care of their guests. Forget. all their advertising about car side delivery. You MUST go in, even after entering all your car information. Everything looks good with notifications, until you get there. They'll tell you the 'system is down', yet admittedly disconnected their phone. Taking a break after yard work, I wasn't in any condition to go in but even the drivers ignored my request to let them know I was there for p/u. I finally found a 'safe' place to park, masked up and went in to p/u cold pizza. In all fairness, they offered a refund but I just wanted to get home. The manager and team at this location on the um campus really impressed me this evening. I walked in a few minutes after closing time to pick a late night order for me and my lovely roommates. Right as I walked in, my order was bagged and ready to go! However, parr of my payment- a dominos egiftcard would not ring up...semi embarrassing on my part. I am highly upset at the service I just got from your store #5090. The pizza took way over 2 mins to get to my car and the staff stopped the timer at 1:37 seconds and watching from the outside window in my vehicle NO ONE was bringing the pizza over to me. Flash forward to this place, calling them will not work, matter of fact it's completely futile. It's as if time just passed over this establishment and was not gifted the use of of a telephone line. They simply don't answer your call! Now onto the pizza, it was not even cooked. One of them came out perfectly normal and then the other look like blood was spilled over it, and they threw cotton balls on top to soak it up. Just an overload of sauce and blobby cheese that did not melt. The highlight of this was a police officer walking in behind us, observing the scene of the crime he pulling out his gun wanting to arrest me for suspicion of murder....but seriously. A police officer walked in and was cracking up at what they called a chicken hot sauce pizza. Now I don't want to give you the impression this was a one an done order. Tonight, I picked up a pizza and cinnamon sticks. After getting home, I noticed my cinnamon sticks were packed with marinara sauce instead of icing. When I looked closer, my cinnamon sticks were also covered in garlic! The workers initially made the wrong thing, and instead of remaking it, they covered it in cinnamon! How rude... When I called the location to complain, they asked if I really needed the icing. Um, yes, that's what makes the cinnamon sticks so deliciously delightful. Upon driving back to the store, they refused to remake my pizza (even though it was cold at this point) because "nothing was wrong with the pizza." If I could give this place zero stars believe me I would. All the reviews that you see with only one star is not an over exaggeration, this place is pure garbage. My order consisted of only two very very simple things. A ham and chicken pizza with light sauce well baked, and cheesy bread sticks. I received a pizza THAT HAD ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE AT ALL, and my cheesy bread sticks came without the marinara sauce. The manager argued with me saying she made the pizza and that it had sauce. She didn't seem to care at all about my situation, and didn't seem in any rush to make this situation better. She is a horrible manager who shouldn't even be working in the customer service industry is she wants to treat customers like trash. The only positive thing was that I did get a refund for my so called "pizza" which was sauce-less and inedible. Refer to my pictures to see my pizza that had no sauce. I really had no strong opinion about this place until now. I order from Dominos as least once month because I live on campus and don't have time for regular meals during dining hall hours. The service is ridiculously varied. For the same order it could take 30 minutes to 1 and a half hours. I know there are "busy times" but seriously? I live 3 minites driving away, and the order was out for delivery 20 minutes ago and it still hasn't showed up. The customer service when I called was rude. I deserved to be rude! I'm getting eaten by mosquitos out here waiting "for three minutes". I already have 8 bites. Update:The guy finally showed up after 35 minutes. Earlier this year it wasn't a problem at all, the opposite in fact. The service was quick, and the guy there (don't remember his name) was very sweet. I had called about a mixed up order and he offered to bring me a whole new one for free. But now, all I heard was a confusing slurr of phrases tinted with irritation then an abrubt ending without warning. I would be amiss, however, to not note the friendliness of the driver. I understand that he has many orders to fill. Maybe next time though, the tracker shouldn't say "delivered" when I obviously didnt have my food. This site is the worst fast food place I have ever dealt with. First I tried to order on line. I wanted to pay cash as I did not have my cards and did not want to use Paypal. Internet told me I can not pay when I get there for any order over $50. Absolutely ridiculous as I could not charge. Had to call it in. Arrived and they handed me a pizza and 5 small boxes on top. No bag for the small boxes that slid off and fell to floor. Ruined Lava desert. The extra large pizza was the size of a medium everywhere else for $22. There are great pizzas everywhere, why eat their over priced one? Then the sandwiches are the biggest RIP OFF. $7.50 for philly steak that was ALL bread. Barely had anything inside. Asked for no green peppers and there was some inside. The chicken parm sandwich was as empty as the steak one. I paid $6.99 for bread. The only great item was the cheese bread except the feta and spinach did not have the leaf on top to tell us which one it was. I did not tip because I work all day and do not get tips so why am I tipping for take out. Got passive attitude when I did not tip. I will NEVER use this site again. read more

They never deliver the pizza on time! The online ordering is easy but it always says the pizza is delivered when it is not. The pizza if frequently overcooked and burnt and there is no practical way of sending it back. Located in the middle of U of M as well as Coral Gables with South Miami a block away this pizza place should step up it's game. read more

Horrible online ordering, did not have the food I ordered in stock. They called to tell me they were waiting on a truck to get their food stock in. They asked if i wanted substitution (I didn't), I asked for the rest of the order to be sent with out the stuff they didn't have. I ordered 1 pizza, 1 pasta. They were out of pasta. My total for both items was $17 (including delivery charge). When they removed the pasta, the price of the pizza alone was $16 PLUS $2.50 delivery charge??? Charge more, get less. Spent over 20 minutes on the phone with a manager (Dulc) who could BARELY speak English, and talked down to me for not speaking Spanish. Refused to honor online pricing, and refused to deliver my pizza. I ordered at work, and have no way of leaving my break (which is now over) to get food. My break time has passed, and I am starving. Guess I have to wait for dinner around 9pm to eat today. I was pleasantly surprised with Domino's new Pan Pizza- if you like Pan Pizza, this one is really good. You can place your order online and add extra cheese, sauce, and toppings. I like to add extra meat (it makes a difference). They also added a chocolate molton souffle- it's delicious (not too sweet). I have also ordered their pasta which is good as well. This is a great make-me-feel-good meal at a great price. By the way, their website is hilarious- when you order the Pan Pizza you have a guy who sounds like Barry White advising you of the progress of your pizza and when the delivery guy has left to bring you your pizza. Their delivery is pretty fast, with the exception when there is some sports event going on- when everyone's ordering a pizza. read more
