I'm just happy these folks were open on Christmas Eve . They literally took orders with kindness til they closed. It's people like this that deserve a raise. When I arrived everyone was working hard to complete the orders. There was no attitudes or tension in the air. They were working accordingly to their time clock for completion. I ordered the 2 for $6.99 and got a medium sized hand crust pizza with pepperoni and banana peppers, and their Bbq bacon chicken. Now the chicken was all stuck together but it was still delicious. Do not order from this Dominos they are rude don't know what their doing and will hang up on you when you call them about your order and tell you it's your fault the delivery driver did not bring your pizza. I gave them a one star because I had to read more

I made an on line order on august 26 between 9:30 And 9:45. The store called and cancelled the order. The store hours need to be changed. Clearly the store is not even open until 10:00 much less 12:00. Furious. AND THEN the website sends me the tracking notice confirming the completed Order. ??????? read more

Horrible in every aspect, they cant deliver- so now we have to go pick it up. they can NEVER have it ready on time its always 30+ minutes late, they don't offer refunds, (well you have to wait 5-7 days) when you order with them directly the always mess up the order. I just ordered from Clinton, MS. Dominos. I made a mistake and ordered 3 cokes and not oranges soda. I called them I thought it was their mistake. I told them I guess I'll throw them in the garbage. she member said a word. I probably wouldn't have said anything; however, I always order the chicken carbonaro ( sp). this was the worst. very little in the container. just sauce and 3 pieces of chicken. no onions or the rest of it. very disappointed. we are regular customers. I don't know if I will ever order from here again. I have been disappointed here for the last 8 or so months. TERRIBLE! read more

Ordered a pepperoni, mushroom, and black olive, thin crust pizza from her less than 45 min ago and it's come and I've eaten and burped already!! Today makes twice, in one week, that I place an order with this Domino's and almost immediately get a call that the delivery time is an hour and a half. If you're going to lie about delivery times, at least choose different times. I can understand it on 4th of July, but at 7 on a Sunday night is difficult to believe. read more

It took an hour and a half to get cold nasty pizza. When I called to cancel the order the guy said they had done kind of label problem-then tried to tell me standard delivery time was an hour. The email confirmation said 30 minutes. Terrible pizza-terrible customer service. read more

This has to be my worst experience at a pizza restaurant in all of my life. I ordered and they said it would be 15 min until ready. I got there about 20 min later. They said they had given my order to someone else. I was pretty mad at this point. So they told me they would have another one ready in 10 min. I said "ok" left and came back 20min later. Guess what!? Still no pizza ready! Eventually they said it was stuck in the oven. I'm not sure how that happens but after almost an hour of waiting I just gave up on these Dominos employees. read more

Like every other domino's. Location is very small so only 2-3 people can sit down while waiting. Can take a while to get orders placed ahead. Staff seemed to have a little trouble finding my order last time I was there. They do deliver. read more

After an hour of receiving my online order delivery confirmation, I called the store. Apparently the store was so backed up they cancelled my order without telling me. I called store and spoke to Manager who said I was called and didn't answer so they cancelled (I have no missed calls) she offered to deliver my order (which wasn't even made) free of charge. I refused, no telling what they would do to my order then. The first time I called the gentleman did not offer a resolution to my problem, I got the impression of "yeah, we aren't delivering..deal with it". I have given this location plenty of business and as a company whole, I shall never use Domino's again. read more

I waited too long for a pizza and when I got it. It was cold. AT 9:30 pm I ordered the pizza and I got it at 11:00pm.

Who'd a thunk it. Very well managed store. One can tell because the employees are always smiling and cheerful, even when they're slammed with waiting customers (I've seen disgruntled customers handled with kid gloves at the counter and on the phone). The pizzas are really good! I agree with the other review about Pizza Shack. Dominoes pizzas are just as good if not better. Really. At least at this store they are. I have always enjoyed their pizza but now that they have posted Black Lives Matter in their newly remodeled store I'm afraid I will eat some where else. All lives matter and I find it offensive that since they serve all races if they were to post anything in their store it would be ALL LIVES MATTER. I'm done , I hope the select customers they are catering too will keep the doors open. read more
