Very poor service at this location. The cashier swore at me "god d-- it" when I was picking up my order. He was incredibly stressed, running into things, super disorganized and overall the whole experience was very poor for simply just picking up my pizza. I understand it was a busy Friday night but I didn't need to be sworn at due to his stress level. I do believe it looked like it could have been his first day on the job, due to the "service" he was providing. It's just pizza. :) read more

Bonkers, I cannot believe this doms had a 1.6 star review. Dominoes is so gas, to be fair though this place sucks at cutting pizzas. I don't understand it half the job it tells you what to do, somehow the pizzas are always great, all the food is. But they can't cut the damn za... read more

Best location ever. You guys do an excellent job on my food every single time. Out of all the times I've ordered I've had no issues whatsoever. All other pizza options kinda look bad compared to you guys. Keep up the amazing job guys I LOVE YOUR PIZZAAA!!!! read more

Order was wrong, attemped to call and have it corrected. I spent 20 minutes on hold with the automated system with no answer. I hung up and called back, someone picked up and immediately out me on hold, for another 10 minutes. I tried calling back multiple times being on hold for at least 5 minutes with no answer. I will not be ordering from here anymore. read more

Order #: 896700, Date: 08/27/2021 8:02PM Placed order at 8pm, it's now 916pm and no pizza, it's like they are less than 5 mins away, I called and told them to cancel, 1st time ever happened to me, but I guess there's always a 1st, bad idea to order on a Friday night :( Pizza finally showed up at 930pm, but I told the driver that I already called the store to cancel, no longer interested, the store should contact the customer letting them know about the delay. read more

The service here is absolutely terrible, the delivery driver was supposed to bring the pizza to our place of work. The delivery driver never came into the building (as instructed in the delivery notes) , when we ended up calling the location, they yelled at us and proceeded to block our phone number. When we went in person to pick up the pizza since they didn't want to actually deliver our food to us, they were VERY rude and semi-hostile and they offered 0 refund, and kept the tip for delivering our pizza as well. read more

They cancelled my order 15 minutes before my party. I pre- ordered 6 pizzas at 11am for delivery at 6:30pm. They called at 6:15pm and said sorry we cannot complete your order. I asked to speak to the manager and I was hung up on. I called back 3 times and they hung up on me. I had to order from Rocco's Pizza last minute and had very hungry guests. I would not recommend ever ordering from this place. I never will again! read more

I have been waiting for my order for over an hour i ordered a salad and some cookies. I have even waited 3 hours before just to get a single pizza. Get your shit together. Im hungry i didn't order to wait for hours i expect around half an hour wait not over an hour, I don't even know why I bother to order from here anymore. I don't care if your delivery men are sweet old men that make me regret writing this. Im tried of the lack of consistency. In fact last time I got a cheese pizza it didn't even have sauce on it that's literally one of the main things, I gave you the simplicity's job a cheese pizza has 3 ingredients HOW DO YOU FORGET THE SAUCE it's ridiculous and i am not in the mood to play your little games right now i want fucking food. okay nvm they left it outsdie the door but what physco doesn't ring the doorbell read more

My pizza just got delivered and it looks like they scrapped half of it off and threw it back on. Unacceptable and disgusting. Took it back to the store so they could dispose of themselves and get it out of my house. They just looked at it and asked if I wanted a new one. I had asked for mushroom and red peppers on one side and pepperoni on the other. They must of forgot and tried to slime it around with their fingers so no I didn't want another one. I walked over to Papa Murphys to get something that looked like a pizza. It was excellent. This was my 2nd attempt to try and get a pizza at this DOMINO'S. Husband went in another time and the staff and manager were very rude to a women ordering and she walked out as did another guy behind her because they were so rude to her. Husband tried to get a hold of the general manager and was hard to get a hold of to let them know how rude his staff was. They really went down hill. read more

Every time I order they forget something I paid for!!! Usually it's my topping, and they actively do it EVERYTIME! If I call to let them know, they pick up and hang up and refuse to make it right. This has been happening for YEARS. Only reason I've even ordered is because my kids want it. If it's an available topping and I paid for it, it should be on my pizza, my kids are picky and never get what we ordered and paid for. read more

These guys are dirty, they don't seem to be wearing any mask! Only 1 person have a mask on the entire time, they were touching their head, hair, pants without washing hands, They delayed our order, when we finally got the pizza it was cold and burnt! We call back and the girl rudely hung up in our face, with no apologize or remorse for any inconvenience or disappointment. I will never and I mean never order from this place again! And I will recommend and advice that no body should waste their time and money. read more

Seems like the last year this location has gone down in quality. I get it, it's a Dominos, shouldn't expect much, but seems like their oven needs to be serviced because the last three visits the pizza are over cooked and the cheese is almost like plastic. Nice people though! read more

Ordered a pizza through my dominos app, asked for no garlic seasoning crust, and got seasoned crust any way (3rd time this has happened in 3 months with this location) Also, pizza was burnt. Called and had a new one delivered. The new one came, an hour later, burnt again. Seem to always have issues with this location. Will no longer order from here read more

We won't be back. My husband ordered delivery from them and ended up extremely sick with food poisoning. I did not eat anything he ordered and I was fine. They told us 50 minutes for delivery and the order was at our house in less than 20 minutes! That was very odd and somewhat worrisome. I'm going to be contacting the health Dept as he's still not feeling well 3 days later. read more

I ordered the stuffed cheesy bread on a Sunday night and got an Italian sandwich. I already had to buy a soda because the minimum delivery fee was $12.98 (the guy I called didn't even know what the delivery fee was and I had to tell him). They didn't want to deliver the food to me because the in store credit obviously doesn't meet the delivery fee. Luckily I got them to deliver me my cheesy bread, but they want the sandwich back, probably to make sure I wasn't lying to get free food. Pain in the butt. read more

Wish I had better things to say, really I do. We ordered a pick up order a month ago. When we arrived they had lost it. So remade while we waited. None of the toppings on the new pizza were what we ordered. (But my name was on the box) Promised a free pizza next time. (No record of that on our account.) Ordered tonight for our kids. My son's gluten free pizza was burnt to the point no one wanted to eat it. I am stocking our freezer with gluten free crusts and making my own at home. Cheaper and at least I know how to make sure a pizza doesn't burn. We are done. Too bad we can't order gluten free for delivery. read more

Domino's Pizza - We had a messed up order a month ago. Gave them another shot and got a burnt gluten free pizza. We have just had it. No more. - Pizza Near Me - Circle Pines, Minnesota

Usually have good experiences with dominos. This place however, never fails to disappoint in some way.

Went in to pick up an online order. When I arrived no one is there to answer phones or help out the customers that came in. There are way too many people jammed in the kitchen. A few employees had their masks off and touching their faces then the food. Employees are screaming at each other and throwing things around the kitchen. They messed up the order and had to remake it but once I witness people coughing without masks on I said I'm leaving and to cancel my order. read more

After receiving delivery from the Circle Pines location MULTIPLE TIMES, they were unable to deliver to us tonight. General manager Tiffany, hung up on us when trying to figure out the problem of why we suddenly werent able to get delivered to. Very upset with this result as we used to love ordering from dominos as it was one of the few places that actually did deliver to us. We called other locations around us and they all said we were in the circle pines delivery zone. Shout out to Sam for giving us good customer service and wanting to try and work it out before Tiffany came in and was beyond rude. read more

Ordered 3 pizza's, one had a horrible crust; when I called to complain the 'friendliest cashier' as he called himself developed quite the attitude by the end of the phone call. Didn't believe me and said had to come back for them to make me a new pie. Horrible attitude by the time he hung up on me. Here 2 days later (couldn't make it yesterday as he said I could), still giving me attitude saying he didn't want to pawn it off on another shift, told him it was a good thing he was here then. Apparently it's his last day here, told him that was probably a good thing with the attitude he was giving. Maybe he shouldn't answer the phone 'the friendliest cashier' if he can't provide decent customer service. read more

Last night, my Mom was watching our kids. We told her to order pizza for Dominos in Circle. When she called, the person on the phone, Lyle, said she would have to order online because he couldn't understand her. She asked if there was someone else she could talk to and was told, "no one here can, maybe you should quit smoking!" Now, she had esophagus cancer which took her voice. She does not smoke. She got supper upset and called me. I called the store and spoke to the manager and was told, "I'll talk to him" in an unimportant tone. This is not the way to deal with the public. read more

Excellent service, very good food. Really, the new Dominos is darn good for a fast food to the door place. Deep dish is great, wings are very good. Cardboard pizza? Not at all!! read more

Don't even bother going here. Food takes way too long to get and no one ever acknowledges you. I walked in to the small entry way. 3 workers were behind the desk and it took 12 mins for anyone to even acknowledge me, let alone another 25 to get my pizza. I waited 10 mins and my order had grown to "27 mins to ready". Farthest thing from fast and convenient. read more

Very good food. Kind Delivery drivers. And props to the delivery driver Blake. He forgot my Sprite at the store and was willing to drive the 10 minutes back to get it for me, but I told him don't sweat it and tipped about half my bill due to his concern for a $2 pop. Love it. I will most definitely be ordering more! read more

Usually my family and I love ordering from here but recently we have been very disappointed. The pizza has been burnt or dried out. Sometimes it has little to no cheese with way too much sauce. And atm we have been sitting here waiting for almost 2 hours waiting for our pizza. We called and got put on hold. It tells us that they have been prepping it for an hour and a half. Not too happy with this recent service. read more

I can't ask for anything more from my local Dominos: they never mess up an order or take too long. The staff is always very friendly, as well. I usually order online for delivery and use the coupons, this saves a lot. My pizzas show up hot and cheesy, how I like 'em. read more

Ive never had bad food. Majority of the time still hot. They forget something every now and then wich is understandable but i order from this location at least twice a month some months quit a bit more than others.. and and it never fails 9/10 times they have to call to figure out where i live. This is typically the same driver too. I understood the first 5 times but this is the 12th time now and its getting annoying. If i wanted a phone call i would have ordered my food that way and not over the app. read more

4 out of the last 5 pizzas I've order from this location have been missing key ingredients.

My wife ordered the food online. I left to go pick it up and they forgot to give me my drink. Not knowing she ordered a drink i came home then was told we PAID for a drink. And this dominos has there drinks behind the counter. When i returned i asked due to me returning to the store for there mistake do I get something like a bottled water for free. Follow up. The free pizza was not added to the account. I didnt get the toppings i paid for on the original pizza or much sauce. No refund for the toppings not received.
