Very poor service at this location. The cashier swore at me "god d-- it" when I was picking up my order. He was incredibly stressed, running into things, super disorganized and overall the whole experience was very poor for simply just picking up my pizza. I understand it was a busy Friday night but I didn't need to be sworn at due to his stress level. Order was wrong, attemped to call and have it corrected. I spent 20 minutes on hold with the automated system with no answer. I hung up and called back, someone picked up and immediately out me on hold, for another 10 minutes. I tried calling back multiple times being on hold for at least 5 minutes with no answer. The service here is absolutely terrible, the delivery driver was supposed to bring the pizza to our place of work. The delivery driver never came into the building (as instructed in the delivery notes) , when we ended up calling the location, they yelled at us and proceeded to block our phone number. When we went in person to pick up the pizza since they didn't want to actually deliver our food to us, they were VERY rude and semi-hostile and they offered 0 refund, and kept the tip for delivering our pizza as well. read more

My pizza just got delivered and it looks like they scrapped half of it off and threw it back on. Unacceptable and disgusting. Took it back to the store so they could dispose of themselves and get it out of my house. They just looked at it and asked if I wanted a new one. Every time I order they forget something I paid for!!! Usually it's my topping, and they actively do it EVERYTIME! If I call to let them know, they pick up and hang up and refuse to make it right. This has been happening for YEARS. Only reason I've even ordered is because my kids want it. If it's an available topping and I paid for it, it should be on my pizza, my kids are picky and never get what we ordered and paid for. read more

These guys are dirty, they don't seem to be wearing any mask! Only 1 person have a mask on the entire time, they were touching their head, hair, pants without washing hands, They delayed our order, when we finally got the pizza it was cold and burnt! We won't be back. My husband ordered delivery from them and ended up extremely sick with food poisoning. I did not eat anything he ordered and I was fine. I ordered the stuffed cheesy bread on a Sunday night and got an Italian sandwich. I already had to buy a soda because the minimum delivery fee was $12.98 (the guy I called didn't even know what the delivery fee was and I had to tell him). They didn't want to deliver the food to me because the in store credit obviously doesn't meet the delivery fee. Wish I had better things to say, really I do. We ordered a pick up order a month ago. When we arrived they had lost it. So remade while we waited. None of the toppings on the new pizza were what we ordered. (But my name was on the box) Promised a free pizza next time. (No record of that on our account.) Ordered tonight for our kids. My son's gluten free pizza was burnt to the point no one wanted to eat it. I am stocking our freezer with gluten free crusts and making my own at home. Went in to pick up an online order. When I arrived no one is there to answer phones or help out the customers that came in. There are way too many people jammed in the kitchen. A few employees had their masks off and touching their faces then the food. Employees are screaming at each other and throwing things around the kitchen. After receiving delivery from the Circle Pines location MULTIPLE TIMES, they were unable to deliver to us tonight. General manager Tiffany, hung up on us when trying to figure out the problem of why we suddenly werent able to get delivered to. Ordered 3 pizza's, one had a horrible crust; when I called to complain the 'friendliest cashier' as he called himself developed quite the attitude by the end of the phone call. Didn't believe me and said had to come back for them to make me a new pie. Horrible attitude by the time he hung up on me. Here 2 days later (couldn't make it yesterday as he said I could), still giving me attitude saying he didn't want to pawn it off on another shift, told him it was a good thing he was here then. Apparently it's his last day here, told him that was probably a good thing with the attitude he was giving. Last night, my Mom was watching our kids. We told her to order pizza for Dominos in Circle. When she called, the person on the phone, Lyle, said she would have to order online because he couldn't understand her. She asked if there was someone else she could talk to and was told, "no one here can, maybe you should quit smoking!" Now, she had esophagus cancer which took her voice. She does not smoke. Ive never had bad food. Majority of the time still hot. They forget something every now and then wich is understandable but i order from this location at least twice a month some months quit a bit more than others.. and and it never fails 9/10 times they have to call to figure out where i live. This is typically the same driver too. I understood the first 5 times but this is the 12th time now and its getting annoying. This place is a joke. I scheduled a delivery time for a party I was having. 45 minutes AFTER that scheduled time I finally had to call and see where our food was. It hadn't even left the store.
