Great service and pizza we love it we have been coming here for many years always friendly

Past 2 times I've ordered from this store through uber eats it has been more than 2 hours late. There is no way of tracking the order since it is delivered by store drivers and calling the store makes you stay on hold for atleast 20 minutes just for the employee to tell you that they only have one driver. read more

We have had bad experiences the last three times we ordered from this store (Kirby & Mattis, Champaign IL). With the most recent order (August 2023), the pizza was lukewarm, cheese was burnt on the top and the crust was tough and flabby. When we entered the store to pick it up (15-20 minutes after ordering), the worker said "it's just coming out of the oven now". There's no way that a pizza that was this shriveled and cool was just finished cooking. The time before that (April 2023), we had to wait (in the store) more than 40 minutes after the pick-up time ostensibly because the store manager "went out to buy mushrooms". When we eventually got the pizza, it was greasy and undercooked. Store employees didn't care. They couldn't even offer a "sorry you had to wait". The order before that (February 2023) had burnt cheese and the same tough, overly chewy crust. I sent detailed complaints to Dominos and received only one reply after the April 2023 fiasco -- a brief, boilerplate email from corporate that didn't even offer a replacement pizza. NO RESPONSE AT ALL from the store that prepared such inedible pizzas. It appears this store is trying to go out of business. read more

Since we live right down the street from this location I randomly said to my husband, "interested in Domino's?" He happily agreed, so I headed to the website to place an order. Took advantage of the coupon special: 5-topping (specialty Wisconsin 5-Cheese applied) + twisty bread for $15.99. Food was ready in under 30 minutes for carry-out and everything tasted great! We hadn't ordered from a Domino's in YEARS and didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend! My husband and I love pizza and there are about a dozen places to get it within a 1-mike radius of our house; Domino's may not be everyone's go-to, but it did satisfy us. read more

I wanted to get a different kind of pizza for dinner tonight, so I decided on Domino's because of its $7.99 pizza (any size but XL, three toppings) deal. Ordering online was easy. The carryout pizza was ready on time. The taste was pretty good. My wife and daughter agreed with me. Hard to complain when the pizza is quick, tasty and cheap. Good job! read more

Several years ago, I used to really dislike Domino's pizza. Then one day recently..... "Let's get Domino's!" my girlfriend said. Apparently, she was a big fan. "Ehh, I don't like their pizza too much" "Have you tried their new and improved pizza??" shouted my girlfriend. New and improved pizza? I was skeptical, but I took the bait. and wow-wee, I was really surprised. The new pizza that Domino's started making about a year ago was the real deal. The crust is the best! It's like having garlic breadsticks for your crust. The sauce and cheese has tremendously improved. Wouldn't call it a favorite, but it definitely wasn't on my "Do not like their pizza" list anymore. Will definitely we eating here more. And got to say, this location has really good employees. Always quick with orders and courteous. I would imagine this is a better branch than most, so give it a try, especially if you haven't ate a Domino's pizza in a long time, the new pizza definitely made me happy! read more

I placed an order at this location at 1:00pm online. I was informed that my order would be delivered to me any where between 25-33 mins after my order was placed. I noticed after it was 1:36pm that my order still didn't arrive yet. I called the store at 1:39pm to figure out what was going on; the representative i spoke with told me that he only had one driver and that the it was nothing he could do about it, simply said sorry, and hung up. By the time i got my food it was 2:08pm and my food was barely warm. read more

Terrible customer service. They took over 90 minutes to deliver it and when I got it, it was cold and mushy. When I called I was put on hold for another 15 minutes and refused to send out a fresh one. Never ordering from this location ever again. read more

Well, I like Domino's pizza, but when I saw there was just one review for the local Domino's and that it was 5-star, I thought I needed to provide a bit of a reality check!! I will definitely say, that of the big national chains, Domino's is my favorite though. read more

I'm Daniel a 7 year old boy who had dominoes today this is my review. You make the best pizza and you deliver it so fast.

Disappointed. I ordered online a large specialty pizza and lava cakes. Before checkout, I was offered a special of 8 bread knots for $1. I accepted and added them to my order. When I arrived at the store my total was over $36. When I asked why it was so expensive, I was met with a shoulder shrug. The employee couldn't care less. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager informed he didnt know about the offer, however, he also wouldn't honor it. Instead he gave me attitude and a shoulder shrug. It was clear I wasn't getting anywhere. I paid for my order and informed I would leave a review. It's disappointing Domino's is making an effort to Rebrand their name and products, when they really need to focus their attention on customer service. I will be happy to post a picture of the special offer, which proves I was not trying to hustle Domino's for $1 bread knots. I don't like being called a liar, and I will not return. read more

Love the sandwiches! Love the pizza!! Employees are very friendly and I have only had 1 bad thing happen I had ordered on-line (which I love!!) and I called in and added soda to my order. It did not come with my delivery, but he promptly went back and gave it to me for free!! We love Dominos!! read more

Our food came way faster than any of us expected. It was literally here within 20-25 minutes of placing an online order. Also- after ordering online and omitting cheese from a specialty pizza, an employee called just to confirm the order was accurate. Better customer service than ever expected. today was the worst experience ever from dominos.we ordered 2 medium pizzas,bread bites,cinna sticks and a 2 liter and our food shows up to see that one of the pizzas dont have the main ingredient..yeah a pizza with no meat..so i called them back and they said i had to come to the store and pick it up or they refund me a pizza next time i order..I told the lady i used all my money to order and we dont have transportation so i cant come pick it up..im very disappointed and im not sure if i will ever order from them again. read more

we ordered over 70 bucks worth of food! everything is super delicious! especially the specialty chicken OH MY GOWD i swear to god i crushed two boxes of them in like 10 minutes WHY ARE THE SO TASTYYYYY ?!!!! the deliver is super fast and our driver is really friendly, he even carry all the food up to 3rd floor for us (because there is a lot of food hehh :) Great Job Domino's!
