They are busy on Friday nights and do their best. They have been friendly both times we've gone.

So "don't judge a book by its cover" is definitely the theme of this review. I found this place…read morewhile in town visiting for the holidays. We decided on wings and this place was the first to pop up. Their prices are definitely what grabbed us when it came down to the final decision. When I called the pickup order, the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and efficient. She also up sold me to another pound to try a flavor that wasn't on the menu. When I arrived to pick up the wings, the outside of the restaurant wasn't exactly picturesque. I had no trouble parking which was a plus. When I walked in, it was the typical scene of locals drinking and staring at the stranger who walked in. The server immediately knew I was there for the wings. She made small talk and said she hoped I enjoyed the wings and the new flavor. When unveiling the wings, I was mesmerized. We got the sweet chili, hot, Parmesan garlic, BBQ, and the secret sauce which was a mixture of the Parmesan garlic and hot. The wings were big and cooked to perfection. The flavors were just as awesome! My only gripe was that the blue cheese wasn't the best. All in all, I definitely recommend this place for their wings. Maybe next time I'll have some drinks and rub elbows with the locals.

Super friendly bartenders (had Blayne today...amazing service!). The wings are next level, winning several awards in the area. Of course, with a name like "Wings" you can't come slacking! The pizza I had today was super tasty, cooked perfectly, and was definitely a nice surprise for a bar pizza. It has a nice, laid back atmosphere and is a great place to chill and watch games and meet nice locals and the military members stained at the nearby Air Force base. I'll definitely be back for my 2,000th visit soon.

I've been wanting to try this place, because I am indeed a wing snob. Traditional bone-in only…read more(IYKYK) the other is just glorified chicken strips with sauce. I ordered online and picked up my order to-go. The good news is the wings were ready quickly and also super crispy which is always pleasant and what you want out of a wing. The slightly bad news is the wings are *very* lightly sauced. There was an option to pay an extra 0.50 for extra sauce, but I decided to see what their baseline was since it was my first time ordering. In the future, if you like a sauced wing at all, I would pay the extra. I got the buffalo (one flame symbol) and the Nashville Hot (three flame symbols) which I felt was accurate. The buffalo was not really hot at all, just the buffalo-flavored sauce and the Nashville Hot was warm enough to leave your lips a little tingly, but not so hot that you couldn't enjoy the flavor. My interaction with the staff was brief but pleasant. I would love to come back and try their loaded fries which look delicious, but didn't trust I could get them home before they got cold and soggy. So next time I'm there for dine-in, I'll give those a try. If you're a wing snob, it's worth a visit!

Got the spicy wings which had a nice spicy taste but not too hot and the lemon pepper. French fries…read morewere amazing as well and died cauliflower was some of the best I have had. I forgot to take pictures of my food! It took a little while to get our order but we walked in and they had a lot of people picking up their carry out orders. Place was clean and looked new.

I am so proud of myself. Today, I went to The Pump House and I did not order chicken wings. It was…read morea struggle, but I forced myself to order something else off the menu and I am glad that I did. Instead of my typical order of wings and fries, I got the Pump Jack Burger. It's made with Angus beef topped with Pepper Jack cheese, Grilled Balsamic Onions, Mild Banana Pepper Rings with a Sweet and Spicy Sauce, all served on a Onion Roll. It was served with a side of Fries. I was impressed by the size of the burger and that it was hand pressed. A hand pressed burger always tastes better to me. I requested that it be prepared medium rare and it was done perfectly. The fries were soft, I'd prefer mine a little crispier, but they were seasoned well. I got a giggle from their ketchup bottle, it said it was "Fancy". They have an impressive variety of beers. They offer draft, bottle and canned. I personally always go with one of the many craft beers they have on the menu. When dining alone, I always sit at the bar. The bartenders are typically female and are friendly. I am fan of hooks under a bar and Pump House takes it even a step further. They also offer, outlets. If your phone needs a charge and you've got a cord, you are set to go. Offering outlets under a bar, is top notch customer service. Now that I know they have great burgers as well as their wings, I'll have to rotate between the two when coming to dine.
