this is one of my personal favourites, decent pizza and affordable prices, only pizza place in town that doesn't taste like it was made in a factory, the service is good, with a little step stool to let kids watch the workers make the pizza. overall great place, just stick to their pizza, cheese bread and dessert options. read more

This is getting really old. I severely dislike having to call in orders and for several weeks now, any time I try to order delivery via the app, I get one of two messages... The store is not taking online orders or the story is not taking delivery orders. The amount of money I tend to spend on pizza is ridiculous... and y'all have missed out on probably 5-10 orders over the last month because I don't want to have to sit on the phone with someone or drive to the store. We Ordered two pasta dishes, one itialian sausage marinara and one chicken carbonate, and one order of stuffed cheesy bread. The cheesy bread and the itialian sausage marinara were good, the chicken carbonate came without sauce. Called Domino's and they said they would remake but sent a different pasta, they sent the pasta primavera​ instead. Definitely not the same pasta. We decided not to order from Domino's any more as this isn't the first time they've messed up our order, but it'll probably be the last. read more

The staff are polite but can't keep up with the demand. When I called in an ordered two large 1 topping pizzas I was told 20 minutes then the guy must have checked his screen because he corrected his estimate to "closer to 30 minute". I thanked him for informing me but and told him I would wait at least 30 mins. I arrived 40 minute later in an attempt to give them leeway and yet my order was not ready. I sat outside waiting in my car for 20 minutes. Now I understand why the gentleman before me was so angry and stormed out with his one pizza when he did receive it. As mentioned the Southwest flight and apologize so I did not take it out on them but I will consider this before ordering from them again as a way to double. These employees have zero common sense. Dumbest of the dumbest. Messed up a very simple order. Sent the wrong soda because the didn't have what we ordered. They had my phone number, email, & name and number of our hotel. Called and told them to refund my drinks. Then she called back and asked if they can bring the correct drinks, absolutely not. It's been an hour. Just refund my drinks and stop calling me. Nope, she called again to tell me I've been "black listed". Hahahahahhaha The point was never the few dollars for the sodas, it was the principle of getting the order correct or call me to make an alternative choice. So for fun I ordered from them about an hour later, with my correct information and to the same hotel. And they delivered again. I tossed it out, but so much for the big threat of being "BLACKLISTED" from Dominos. CAUTION, stay away from this place, unless you don't mind surprises. read more

Definitely room for improvement. I've never been a dominos customer prior to learning about their gluten free crust, which is delicious. The pizza is good IF they can make it correctly. One time i said NO cheese, i most definitely received cheese. Another request a different day was spinach as a topping and i was given the least amount of spinach one could get. Having to add toppings from my fridge after delivery. The delivery is the MOST convenient. But sometimes waiting an hour is a bit much!. read more

Horrible experience other than the driver who delivered my food (Austin). I called and spoke with a guy named Colter to place my order around 7pm well 8:15 my order was still not delivered so I called again to find out he never even put my order in the computer . I spoke with the manager Kieffer to place my order again he said it was going to be 30 minutes . So I waited till 9:20 my order was still not here called again to place it a 3rd time spoke with Kieffer again and he had a bit of an attitude because I was upset about 2 hours later my 1pizza was still not here. The only reason this is getting 3 stars is because Austin (delivery driver) was amazing, friendly, and very understanding on why I was upset. read more

Worst experience ever. I am not one to complain as I work customer service, but today was 100% terrible. Back story, I placed an order at 11:30am for delivery at or around 1:30, $130 worth of pizza for a birthday party for my son.. 2:10 I call and being polite and understanding I ask if there was an update on our order, I was met with the rudest, most condensing "manager" named Kelsie. She couldn't give me a straight answer to begin with and proceeded to tell me that the delivery drivers are running 1 1/2 - 2hrs on deliveries, I said no problem since I've given them 2 1/2 hrs to prep and make the pizzas I offered to just come pick them up. I'm more than happy to lighten their load if the drivers are overwhelmed. I was then told abruptly that they haven't even made these pizzas and they won't be ready for a while.. I was shocked and confused. I handed the phone off because I was about in tears feeling that my sons birthday party is ruined. Kelsie began to yell at my mom and told her she was currently working on an order that's been waiting since noon, we were confused again because I placed the order at 11:30am. She continued raising her voice, when asked to please not yell at us we said were going to have to cancel the order and then Kelsie hung up on us. So, no apology, no problem solving, no pizza, and had a house full of people I had to feed. So Thank You for Nothing, and I will never be ordering from this Domino's and will make sure to tell friends, family, and our business not to order here for complete lack of competence, unable to communicate, and zero compassion from their own manager. read more

Strike Two: last time we ordered from here, we never got our food at all. We called two hours after ordering and they said they didn't get our order in and it would be another hour, but they'd throw in some free bread sticks if we wanted. We said no thanks. Then we gave them another shot and this time, after two hours and them some, our order finally arrived. Our pizzas were cold (room temperature) and the crust was different than what we had ordered. There is a Pizza Hut in town, we'll just order from there from now on. We'll not order from Domino's in the foreseeable future. It's Pizza Hut for us from now on. Domino's doesn't seem to care about terrible service and cold pizza, so our business will go elsewhere in the future. read more

Our first order from them was screwed up. Bread sticks instead of cheese bread and they forgot the sauce (no ranch or marinara). The pizza was okay, but the peperoni seemed like it was put on after the pizza was cooked -- like, maybe they forgot we wanted peperoni and they threw it on after the pizza was ready to be sent. I'd recommend going to Rosa's or Tarantino's instead. read more
