Ordered pizza on the app. My address was put in correctly, I triple checked. Pizza was delivered to the wrong address. When I called the person who answered told me his driver sent it to the house a couple doors down. I was the only porch light on in my cul de sac. After a brief pause he says his side says xx03 and I said my side says xx01 as my payment and address are the same, I told him to cancel and refund my order. Terrible dominos. Where do i begin. Ordered a pizza thin crust. Side of garlic bread. Placed order at 515. Watched the Domino's tracker. The pizza was qc'd at 530. Okay great should be on its way. Wrong!! Called the store at 630. Said my order was the next one to go out. I am like well is it going to be warm still? Thin crust cools down quickly. Lady who i spoke to was a little rude but told me they would make another if it was. Yeah right!! By the time my order arrived, it was almost 730!! 2 hours to deliver a pizza??!!! This is the second time I have had issues with this Domino's location. Food is always delivered late, if it even gets delivered to the right address. I live exactly 7 minutes from the store. Why does delivery take 2 to 3 hours?! I was told that my food was probably jacked by somebody else, which I know did not happen. The driver delivered it to the wrong address. Prior today, I ordered from Dominos weekly. Today I had an unapproved charge on my credit card that originated from Basehor KS. I tried to call the store - no answer. I visited the store in person. During my visit, no one answered the phone when it rang. When I explained the reason I was there, the staff read back to me my order history. I'm aware of my legitimate purchases. I was told that there were no charges for today matching the amount pending on my card and was given 1-800-Dominos to get help at their corporate office. The staff walked away to continue their work, yelling apologies at my back as I walked out. The paper that the phone number for Corporate was written on was a receipt...with the name, phone number, and last 4 credit card digits of one of their customers! When you call the 1-800 number, the two options in English referring you to their online or in store options and hang up. The usual tricks to reach an operator result in the IVR hanging up. Option 2 for Spanish connects you to a guy in Michigan who proceeded to tell me he could not help me place an order - after I explained I was calling about a fraudulent charge. My last effort has been their "Contact" us option on their website. We'll see if they call me back. In the meantime, Dominos has lost a regular customer. read more

We tried calling the store for 30 minutes before someone finally picked up after we had waited over an hour and a half for our food for the second time in a matter of a few weeks. Management threw a fit at me and told me there was "no reason to get an attitude" over it. They keep the place so understaffed that our pizza was made 45 minutes before the driver was even back at the store to make deliveries. The food's supposed to be "fresh" isn't it? Yeah, not in this case, and he tried to blame that on me. Last time our food never even showed up. Needless to say, our food was received and card refunded after management's tantrum. Absolutely terrible service since the change of ownership. The pizza was cold and undercooked. Arrived for pickup 20 minutes after placing the order. Went to pay with a $100 bill, was immediately told. "We don't have the change for that". Great, last I checked, it was 3:45 in the afternoon, NOT 10 at night. I can understand the delivery drivers not carrying so much change, but come on? The store? In TONGANOXIE? NOT Kansas City, KS... But TONGANOXIE?
