Over my lifetime since college, I've always thought of Domino's Pizza as pretty much just okay to Fair and sometimes even good. This time the thing that made it exceptionally good was the delivery person. She was a great gal, very attentive very kind and she brought everything she was supposed to. This made the pizza much better and much tastier knowing that it was delivered with love. In addition to that, it got to me within 20 minutes and that is about half the time that it said it would take on the internet. So I'll return to Domino's for a pizza whether it's good bad or indifferent because that delivery gal made it all worth it read more

I can see why 7 of the last 10 Yelp reviews have been only 1 or 2 stars.... Went inside to order a pepperoni and sausage cheese crust pizza, BUT, there was NO pricing anywhere to be found,.....Not on the menu above the register and not on hand out menus either. I have no idea if this is a corporate policy or one from the local franchisee, but it is NO way to operate any business. Customers want full disclosure of all prices up front and easy to see. And, none of the workers were wearing gloves or hair/beard nets. Why? Where is the sanitation and cleanliness? Who manages this place? Pizza was OK, as was the speedy of service. read more

The manager yessi is so rude! I will never order from here again! She hung up the phone on me too! Don't waste your money

Dominos. Exactly what you would expect. The pizza is decent for a takeout chain. Nowhere near as good as some of the independents nearby but always predictable enough. No complaints but no real thrill either. read more

Order said it was 1-2 minutes from ready upon pulling up. Then the guy at the register said it'd be another 15-20 minutes. Seemed like he was the only one working so didn't mind. After sitting there for 20 minutes I saw another 3 workers come out the back staggered every 5 minutes. Lazy workers that will cause you to wait longer than you should've. read more

The service here is really great. Definitely take care of you and they listen pretty well. The food is always good. It's probably one of the best pizza crust I've ever had. I have never actually sat down and eaten inside but it's pretty spacious and it's probably a great place for kids the one thing my kids actually love going there is that they have a huge chalk wall so as we're waiting for pizza, they can stand there and draw with some chalk. read more

Ordered a pizza online for pickup. The app showed the pizza ready for pickup. I arrived there, the doors were locked. I stood outside pounding on the glass for 15 minutes while 2 employees just ignored me the entire time. Finally after 20 minutes pounding on windows and yelling, they finally gave me my pizza. Never again. Why be open and lock your doors ??? read more

Service was good. The ambiance was fine. The pizza was awful! The worst pizza I've ever had from Domino's! I'm a huge fan of the thin crust pizza as long as it isn't overcooked. I ordered the extravaganza on thin crust. The crust was burnt and the veggies, including jalapeños, were hard: way overcooked. I hated it. My mom hated it. I think my dad liked it but he likes peanut butter and sardine sandwiches. Ugh. read more

Ordered ahead of time Picked up and both pizzas looked like they had been dropped. Thin slices on top of one another... Sad to see them push them out like this. Please check your pizzas before leaving like I did. Quality control is trash! Do better. Made me wait another 15 minutes for new order Boss was mad weird too. Extremely unprofessional talking like a high pitched little kid to his employees. They definitely need an upgrade. There's like 10 employees inside just walking around not doing much either. Instead they should Have like 5-6 workers WORKING. Save some money for y'all read more

I would like to review the food unfortunately I never got it. Was delivered to the wrong address when I know for a FACT I entered the correct one. I know I did because I looked at it twice. I immediately called the store and although the girl who answered was nice the manager DILLION was in the background talking crap. The girl told the manager I wanted my card refunded and DILLION in the background said "She wants a refund when it's her fault?" Then I asked for Corps number & he said "She's gonna call Corp? For what they aren't going to do anything" this is crazy. So I just ordered from Pieology instead. It's better anyway. read more

So, I don't know why this place has such low ratings but almost every time I order, like a good 80% of the time - my order is 100% correct. Sometimes they don't give me the right sauce for my wings but that's fine, I'll survive. And the consistency for the pizzas can vary, sometimes the pizza will be FIRE and other times I'm like "eh". I always order online cause it's just so quick and easy! Plus you get points each time you order and if you order enough, you can get a free pizza. Like a virtual punch card! The delivery drivers are always super nice too! read more

Came in just to pick up the cookie brownie cake. It was ready for pick up when we arrived. The inside is small there's two markers for standing. I asked the employee for a cup of water and he wasn't sure about getting me one. Seems as if he hasn't been asked for a cup of water before. It actually took him several minutes and help from other staff to get the cup of water. I felt bad because he clearly didn't know where to get it from but I was thirsty and cups of should be accessible to those who need it. read more

The pizza was great, got everything I ordered even recieved an UNWARRANTED comment from the delivery guy, I have a sign out on my front yard regarding my preference for president/vice president, and this is what he said " I see you drank the kool aid". I moved to Banning two years ago and haven't ordered at this location before. I've had a couple of bad experiences in the past with other locations but decided to give them a shot. I ordered and paid online which was very easy to do. By the time I got there to pick up my large pizza it was ready. My pizza was hand tossed with pepperoni, jalapeño's, and pineapple. The pizza was hot and ready when I picked it up. It was lacking cheese and I could actually see the crust. The ingredients were flavorful but they could of added more. I paid $14.99 using their online coupon via their website. I was dissatisfied again ugh still I ate it because I was hungry. read more

Great customer service and gets orders done on time, in the past 5+ years has never been rude but location is sketchy

Food was cold Pizza tasted like pepperoni on a cracker. The Alfred was also cold and the chicken was rubbery.

Awesome customer service in store and delivery drivers. Order is always on point never had a problem except for once. I ordered a pick up and left with out checking it. when I got home I seen it was the wrong one, so I called them and let them know they apologized and delivered the pizza for free. Everything I ever ordered here came out perfect hats off to the staff team and management keep up the awesome work. read more

I've always order Dominos and they never disappoint. I sometimes do feel bead when I order too late but they always pull through. I try to leave a tip every time I order. Yes they might forget some small things a few times but it's understandable. Things happen. No need to be a Karen about it. They are all good people and always friendly. Worst customer service ever by the Manager Ryan! My husband and I placed a large order and asked for it to be delivered, 15-20 minutes after placing the order we were called back by Ryan and told they dont deliver to our local address for the last 6 months and we advised him we just had delivery a couple months ago, they he proceeded to tell me hes had 500 fake orders in the last month (which we already paid for the order with our credit card), Ryan was rude, disrespectful and blamed his new employee for the mistake and when I told him he was rude he hung up on me. Upon calling back he said he hung up because we cursed at him so I told him he needed to learn the english language and learn what cursing was! Guess what, he hung up on us again! I will NEVER eat there again!!! I wish I could give a zero star because that's what Ryan is, a zero!!! read more
