Well the cashiers immediately ignored me when I came inside to pick up. Off to a great start smh. The manager's name is Kimberly. She was the manager on duty and right in front of her face she allowed the employees to be petty with me and treat me like a joke after I just spent my money here. Her co worker who had light blue eyes asked me my name after I told her which bag was mine already. I told her anyway and she acts like she doesn't hear me even though she did. Then walks past the bag as if I didn't show her that was my order AND tell her my name. Then she asks whats my Last name as if she doesn't see my first name there. I ordered the 15-piece split combo boneless/bone-in chicken wings, with fries and a drink. $31.02 for the meal, seriously! We don't eat out much and for this reason. As others have mentioned, they don't take orders online or over the phone. So you're forced to come in and order. And then they frequently quote you (and under deliver) at least 30 minutes wait time.
