The concrete is riddled with cracks, unevenly cut, and stains he promised would fade. the stains are still visible one year later. Leon abandoned leftover tiles and never even came back to finish the job. It's clear that they don't stand by their promises or their quality at all. One, he didn't level the ground/grated away from my house. Just filled in the dirt. So it's lumpy. Second, you're supposed to overlap the fabric at least 6 in which he didn't do! So now I have stuff growing in between there. Three, he didn't use enough marble! So now I have bare spots! It's pretty bad. The price was all right. He did leave an extra yard of dirt for me which was actually really helpful! I was able to fill in some holes in my yard. That I appreciated. But overall, I wouldn't hire him again. It was crappy fabric so now I've got tons of weeds growing up through the fabric! To be honest, I did a better job putting down fabric and rock around my generator then he did! Maybe does a great job cutting grass but I wouldn't hire him to put down fabric and rock.

All the work done was completed on time, on schedule and with excellent job clean-up within the quoted budget amount. Second day, his team showed (without notice) and did the bare minimum of what he quoted leaving some plants in the front and back of our house.
