My main reason for this review is because they made a significant filing mistake that caused major complications and nearly cost me a substantial financial loss of a real estate sale. Instead of taking accountability, they brushed it off as an "error" and was vague about whether it was their fault or the court's. I eventually contacted the court myself and confirmed it was in fact the firm's mistake; and worse, according to the court it could have been corrected much earlier. It took them nearly two months to fix an issue that could and should have been resolved promptly. Given their hourly rates, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, ownership, and responsiveness. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and communication made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
