I had high hopes for Ms. Marlo Greer based upon her other reviews. She took on my cases when my…read moreprevious counsel and I parted ways due to a billing dispute I had with a medical provider that my prior counsel referred me to. I signed up with Ms. Greer in January of 2023, and repeatedly requested that she send out the Demand letters that would start the negotiations of my claims because I didn't want to treat for the accidents anymore. Her office was provided with lists of the medical providers I saw and for which accident twice in writing 8-9 months ago and again over the phone in August. A suit was filed on my first case to "preserve the statute of limitations" while some issues were being worked out. The "excess carrier" denied any exposure by saying that the Defendant named in the suit is an excluded driver. But, the at fault driver was actually listed on the policy. Greer's office had a policy that was en force from 2012-13 and the accident happened in 2020. Greer's office also received requests from the defense counsel on 9/27/23, but did not inform me of what was requested in a timely manner. She was going to address the requests during a conference on 11/20/23. At certain times during Ms. Greer's representation of my cases questions that I would ask in the messaging section of the software she uses would not be replied to for days to weeks. Now that I have one case in litigation with deadlines to meet and the Statute of Limitations for another case she was representing me for is just over nine months away, she has terminated our working relationship. At first she assumed that I did not trust her and instead of asking me outright whether I trusted her or not, she told me to let her office know when I found other counsel and went so far as to recommend another firm. After telling me to find other counsel and suggesting another firm she suggested that we keep a meeting that was scheduled to which I replied that I saw no need for a meeting. It was not made clear that she felt we had a misunderstanding and that she wanted to continue to represent me. The aforementioned was then back peddled on and she claimed that I had told her my previous counsel did not intend to assert a lien. I said that I was unaware as to whether or not he would assert a lien and that he had been paid out of the portion of my case that he did settle. Ms. Greer and my former counsel who I once had a working relationship with have communicated in the past because Ms. Greer told me that my former counselor felt awful about the breakdown of our relationship. Instead of asking him if he intended to assert a lien on the part of my case that she was working on while she was communicating with him, she is now using his intent, in part, to withdraw from my cases at a very compromising time for me. She was actually made aware of his lien in May per the letters I reviewed, yet didn't address that for many months. It took 3 weeks to receive my file from Greer's office. Her assistant Stacy thought she had emailed to it me. A review of my inbox reflected that it was not sent to me. Months went by before I had a computer and was able to see how incomplete the file was. The bulk of my records and bills were missing despite providing Greer's office lists of my providers 3 times. I scrambled to gather the information and even had to improvise to prove treatment and billing as one of the provider's offices had closed. I pulled it together to the best of my limited ability, sent my demand out, and negotiated a settlement. Now, Greer is claiming that she is entitled to attorney's fees despite the fact that she withdrew as counsel and has held up the release of settlements funds that I negotiated for myself as I once worked in injury law. Fortunately I had worked in injury law because had I not it's likely I would not have received any settlement for my life altering and permanent injuries that will require treatments for the remainder of my days. After reviewing letters she sent out regarding my cases I noticed many errors such as wrong incident dates and wrong insurance carriers. The letter her office forwarded to Nationwide advising it that she intends to assert a lien had the incorrect adjuster listed and other errors. I have instructed her to file suit for her fees. She should be aware of what she is entitled to in the event she withdraws and what justifies a withdrawal. Marlo Greer deserves zero stars, but there is no "zero star" option.

I was the victim of a vicious dog attack by a German Shepherd and its negligent owner. The dog tore the skin from my forearm, requiring immediate reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. In the months that followed, I endured significant pain and hardship. I had to travel 30 minutes to an hour each week for specialized medical care, including ongoing wound treatment and dressing changes. The attack not only caused physical suffering, but also led to lasting financial strain. I was unable to return to work and was ultimately forced into early retirement at a reduced income. At a time when I felt overwhelmed and unsure how I could afford legal help, Dustin Gatson at Bowman Law stepped in and took my case on a contingency basis--meaning he would only be paid if we won. From the very beginning, Dustin worked tirelessly on my behalf. He kept me informed every step of the way, regularly checked in on my well-being, and never gave up on me or my case. Because of Dustin's dedication and persistence, the hotel was held accountable. The settlement he secured has helped ease my financial burden and restored a sense of hope for my future--and for humanity. I am deeply grateful for Dustin's support and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a compassionate, committed, and effective attorney. Thank you, Dustin.

I never felt rushed nor pressured to use them. I gave them what they needed. They took it from there. I never needed to hound them for anything. It was made clear this could take a year to year and a half and yes, it took 15 months. I would get occasional updates and that was all I needed. I never had to reach out to them. I got my settlement offer. I was advised it was solid. Although it was solid, they said there would be a good chance to obtain a little more. They managed to do just that. I received a settlement that was more than fair to me and my legal firm. I cannot recommend the Bovo Law Firm enough. For absolutely anything legal, you cannot beat the staff of professionals over there. Let them do the work, you just focus on your everyday life. They will handle everything. Thank you personally to the entire staff for all your hard work and efforts. I'm very happy with the way things turned out. True professionals with lots and lots of experience.

Attorney Durkin demonstrated the kind of professionalism rarely found in this arena. He was matter of fact yet compassionate. No nonsense but understanding. Matthew kept his professional demeanor while doggedly pursuing just compensation for me given my injuries. This case evolved over nearly three years of give and take negotiations marked by less than good faith efforts from the other side. Throughout the process, Matthew kept me informed with any developments in real time. Matthew negotiated tirelessly and with remarkable patience to arrive at a negotiated settlement that was a number just about in the middle of what the opposition was offering and what Matthew hoped to achieve for me. The paralegal, Liz; the secretaries and other staffers with whom I interacted on the phone or at the office were attentive, cordial, pleasant and understanding throughout the nearly three year process. Matthew reduced his fee to maximize the amount I received after all obligations were fulfilled. I highly recommend Fuicelli and Lee and in particular, Matthew Durkin, as the best representatives should anyone need a fierce advocate to seek fair compensation following an injury.

He…read moreberated me to the point that I had to ask him to only communicate with me through a male mouthpiece. He forced me into a meager settlement although our case was rock solid and had a dream team of expert witnesses. The judge had awarded punitive damages, which I had been told was a huge win, but then that was retracted and I was told it was not a big deal. I believe he was in cahoots with the defense attorneys, he was unwilling to point out that their key piece of evidence was fraudulent even though we had certified data proving it was. I didn't even recover my expenses to be in litigation for 3 years. Winning this case- regarding the profound health impacts of toxic mold exposure- in a public forum was important not only for me and my children but for the countless people who are sick because they live in water-damaged buildings that are not properly repaired by those responsible for making the repairs. A win would have validated my knowledge- confirmed by medical reports backed by peer-reviewed research- that my children have a genetic disorder of the innate immune system that makes exposure to certain toxins extremely consequential. Due to Mr. Fuicelli'a unwillingness to put any effort into a win, my children are still suffering and will face an uphill battle as their health inevitably declines. I've observed that the people most impacted by mold exposure are the ones whose denial of the issue runs deep. It's like they are owned by the fungi. I'm certain if Mr. Fuicelli had the critical thinking skills required to make this realization, his lab results would show that his exposure is off the charts. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
