They were my attorneys they did absolutely nothing, and their billing statement shows as much, they have billed me $77 against my retainer of 1000. I was going to give them another 3500 towards that retainer but after what happened with my court dates and they're ineffectual representation I fired them immediately upon leaving court on October 3 and why is October 3 so important? Because I was told my court date was on October 4! I live in Phoenix Arizona so I would have to fly or drive 12 hours to get the court my original court date was September 18, 2023 on July 15. I received an email from Bill Peters stating that the court had contacted them and changed my court date to October 4 at 1 PM 2023 I had three more text messages with my attorney and two more emails confirming that date in the period between July and October. At 11:30 second I received a phone call from Byron the attorney that they had assigned my case to yes, indeed, we have court tomorrow, October 3 at 1 PM, well I didn't argue. I just got my car and drove like a man man because I wasn't gonna be out $5000 in a bond and have a rest warrant issued it for me when we do get to court the next day. Guess who is my attorney Gess who is not there when they call my case my Attorney. So I fired them. I'm attaching the final bill that they sent me $77. They want 3500 more and they've done nothing. They were fired for malfeasance and poor performance and now they refuse to refund the money that they hold in their trust account for my legal fees. You'll notice if you look at the documents they filed with the court withdrawing as my attorney because I fired them. They say they don't know where I live. Well that's not true there well aware of where I live and I have two letters that were forwarded to me by their office from the court so they absolutely knew where I lived and I gave them my address, but they are comfortable committing perjury Because they're upset that they got fired run run as fast as you can from this law office unless you want to spend your time in jail or you wanna lose whatever civil case you have whatever reason you're looking for an attorney these are not the attorneys you should use I am currently in the process of filing a formal official complaint and getting an investigation by the bar association. I have also contacted the chief judge of Jefferson County to file a complaint and ethics complaint against them and if they don't refund my money by October 19 I'll be filing a civil suit against them as well. So there you have it an attorney that has no problem taking money for services. He does not provide. It's right there in front of you in black-and-white. That's the bill from his office check it out.
