He explained everything clearly from payments to what could happen in court, including cross-examinations. I never felt confused or unprepared. Also, kudos to him for how responsive he was. He answered every single call and text, no matter the time of day. As a single mom, that kind of support made things so much easier on me. I'm really grateful for his help and would definitely use him again in the future if I need to amend my parenting plan. He helped me feel valued as a client and made sure my daughter felt taken care of no matter the scenario or circumstances that were presented to us at any given moment during this process. Thank you Brandon!

If you are entering into a legal matter expecting results, trust me,…read more THIS FIRM SHOULD NOT BE YOUR CHOICE! A family law case in which we spent several thousand dollars preparing. Hours spent creating a plan for when we went to court. The morning of my case, my attorney, Brandon Arnold, arrived with everything ready as discussed. However, he decided not to touch on any of the subjects of importance. A huge issue we were seeking was medical care for my granddaughter. The father is legally responsible for providing this through the earlier court documents we provided. The father let it lapse, forcing the mother to supply it at her own expense for nearly a year so far. I even requested a separate phone call with him, relaying its importance. Our so-called attorney decided to ignore this, becoming mute in court and ignoring instructions that he and I had agreed upon. What good is an attorney who won't follow instructions? ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS! We, of course, had NO vindication, and our case received nothing in the form of justice. After receiving no relief on this matter, this sorry excuse for an attorney told me that I should request this be completed on my own in a kind letter to the defendant. If this were to be the outcome, then what is Brandon Arnold even here for? Why would I pay thousands of dollars to this mannequin just to be told "do it yourself"? We hired an attorney and created a case because we could not get satisfaction ourselves by contacting the defendant directly. I am, of course, upset about the verdict, but more irritated by a complete lack of effort by this firm I hired to represent my case. Lawyers such as this need to realize there is more to their profession than simply cashing checks and creating excuses. If they had an option for zero stars, I would use that, but I guess giving him one star makes sense. After all, he did find the courthouse.

He'll give you hope, talk you through the first phone call, promise you things will get done and make you feel at ease. Then he'll never contact you again, he'll ghost your emails, and calls. How unprofessional and unethical is this! If this person did not want to work with us there were many other ways of telling us so that did not involve just not responding and leaving us in the learch. I have been desperately trying to move forward with my life and I thought Carl Fritz and his company, Wachsmann & Associates were going to be my saving grace. What I needed to start over in my life. Turns out its just another company ready to screw you over!

From the very beginning, they demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the criminal justice system, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to securing the best possible outcome. Despite significant pushback from the District Attorney's Office, which appeared determined to pursue the harshest possible penalties against two individuals with no prior criminal history, Sean and Steven never backed down. They thoroughly prepared each case, advocated aggressively, and consistently fought for what was fair and just. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made an incredibly stressful process much easier to navigate. It was evident throughout that they genuinely cared about their clients and were committed to protecting their futures. The successful dismissal and sealing of both cases is a direct reflection of their dedication, legal expertise, and relentless advocacy. Sean Heidelbach and Steven Burstein exemplify the excellence and professionalism that have earned their law firm its outstanding reputation. If you are looking for attorneys who will fight for you, treat you with respect, and deliver exceptional results, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Mr. Earl and his team did a great job of getting my paperwork together with my help and was on top of everything. It was not necessary to have multiple calls/meetings as he is involved with constant cases (but still time for yours) and he is well received. We went to trial where he had everything in order so things went smoothly, he had additional questions showing my disability, and knew what to expect. Due to his hard work and knowledge (and his team like Laura)- I received a fully favorable review which I am in dire need of since I cannot work and haven't in years not to mention the chronic pain for years now. It caused me a lot of stress and I am glad that it is over for now. He is very matter of fact and timely. I highly suggest his services if you need disability and the medical coverage it may also provide you.

It soon became…read moreclear that this entity intended to attempt to harm our family financially it thought it could act with impunity. We felt powerless and didn't know where to turn. Then we remembered that our friend, Jon Boesen, was an attorney. We contacted Jon who we have known for almost 20 years. We explained the situation to Jon and he said that although this sort of thing was outside of his specific practice of law (personal injury) he thought he could help us out easily. When we protested that we had tried several times to get this business to do the right thing to no avail he assured us that he knew just the approach to take. Sure enough, within 24 hours, Jon had this company doing a complete about face and it would no longer be a bother to us. And he did it without having to take them to court or even threaten to. He simply went to their offices and sat down with their CEO and explained what he expected them to do...and they did it. We don't know what he said but it must have been convincing! His reputation as a successful Personal Injury Attorney must have had something to do with the quick results. Jon not only saved us from a corrupt organization but saved us countless thousands of dollars in legal fees. Our family has had to hire a lawyer once before and it was a money hole. That lawyer dragged the process out in an obvious attempt to bill us to death. Not Jon Boesen! His integrity and way with people is a wonder to behold. If he can get results like these in an area that isn't even his specialty imagine what he can do for someone who needs a PI attorney?
