I called Evans Case later to see why the attorney never called - apparently their scheduler simply never put my appointment in the books. The receptionist seemed to deflect blame back to me and questioned if I actually had an appointment and I replied with specific details that seemed to appease her gatekeeper mentality. I lost my sister back in 2020, her significant other forged her Will and provided the drugs for her to overdose and die. Evans Case LLP and his attorneys did their best to probate the forged Will in Court charging the estate absurdly high fees, despite the fact their client pleaded guilty to his crime. Also, early in the case they proposed--and got--, "a highly qualified individual", Jeanette Goodwin as Special Administrator but instead she mismanaged the estate and disposed of the estate assets at a loss prioritizing attorneys fees and evicting the decedent elderly father, a rightful heir, from his daughter's home in the middle of the pandemic. They are good attorneys but only for people like my sister's "most trusted friend", a forger and others only interested in profiting from heirs and their estates. read more

I paid $3000 to just complete a deed and closing of an estate . which did not get done most of time I was always told that I am busy and sorry I couldn't get back with you. The attorney Alex Urban took advantage of my elderly mother. My mother needed assistance with her estate while fighting her nephew in probate and not only did he make a "few phone calls" he would not assist her in paperwork nor did he take actions to assist with closing the estate with proof of actions other then the bill of course. During a time of a pandemic my mother did all of the paperwork herself because of the lack of communication with Alex and Aaron. Every time she reached out to get assistance from someone to review the case "the boss" Aaron Evans was busy or unable to be reached however was still overseeing the case and would be in I touch. Many of nights my mother cried from the stress that her lawyer has caused and did nothing but take her money by "attempts" to contact the other attorney. Alex did not fight for my mother nor take actions to ease her through the process. 6 months later Estate is still open and she has a $2500 bill. I would never use this firm again! I had a head trauma injury and they gave me a pile of paperwork for me to fill out. We spent hours filling out the paperwork and needed our Doctor to fill some out. This was extremely difficult for me to do with a HEAD INJURY, I could barely even talk at that time. I finally decided to call them for assistance in filling out the rest of the paperwork of which I had questions on. The lady who was supposed to be assisting us " REFUSED TO HELP, SAYING SHE JUST DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME".
