Attorney Durkin demonstrated the kind of professionalism rarely found in this arena. He was matter of fact yet compassionate. No nonsense but understanding. Matthew kept his professional demeanor while doggedly pursuing just compensation for me given my injuries. This case evolved over nearly three years of give and take negotiations marked by less than good faith efforts from the other side. Throughout the process, Matthew kept me informed with any developments in real time. Matthew negotiated tirelessly and with remarkable patience to arrive at a negotiated settlement that was a number just about in the middle of what the opposition was offering and what Matthew hoped to achieve for me. The paralegal, Liz; the secretaries and other staffers with whom I interacted on the phone or at the office were attentive, cordial, pleasant and understanding throughout the nearly three year process. Matthew reduced his fee to maximize the amount I received after all obligations were fulfilled. I highly recommend Fuicelli and Lee and in particular, Matthew Durkin, as the best representatives should anyone need a fierce advocate to seek fair compensation following an injury.

No no no. Things were going well until a week before trial when Mr. Fuicelli got involved. He…read moreberated me to the point that I had to ask him to only communicate with me through a male mouthpiece. He forced me into a meager settlement although our case was rock solid and had a dream team of expert witnesses. The judge had awarded punitive damages, which I had been told was a huge win, but then that was retracted and I was told it was not a big deal. I believe he was in cahoots with the defense attorneys, he was unwilling to point out that their key piece of evidence was fraudulent even though we had certified data proving it was. I didn't even recover my expenses to be in litigation for 3 years. Winning this case- regarding the profound health impacts of toxic mold exposure- in a public forum was important not only for me and my children but for the countless people who are sick because they live in water-damaged buildings that are not properly repaired by those responsible for making the repairs. A win would have validated my knowledge- confirmed by medical reports backed by peer-reviewed research- that my children have a genetic disorder of the innate immune system that makes exposure to certain toxins extremely consequential. Due to Mr. Fuicelli'a unwillingness to put any effort into a win, my children are still suffering and will face an uphill battle as their health inevitably declines. I've observed that the people most impacted by mold exposure are the ones whose denial of the issue runs deep. It's like they are owned by the fungi. I'm certain if Mr. Fuicelli had the critical thinking skills required to make this realization, his lab results would show that his exposure is off the charts. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

"If it is worth waiting for, than it is worth having Levine Law." I have waited a few months to write this review, as the car accident that I was in, was life changing and it has taken time to fully reflect on this experience and the professionals at Levine Law. From the moment that I called they took care of me, by coming out to my house and getting the details of the accident. Being in a car accident that is no fault of your own is an eye opening experience, especially when dealing with new found doctor appointments. It seems like Levine Law covered all of the bases from physical to emotional health. If I was confused or wanted to rant about any issues I was having about the case, they always listened and communicated with me, better than my family ever could. I am a 61 year old man. I have experience on how the world works and what is compassion. Seems Lawyers get a bad rap I thought the same till my experience with Levine law. I cannot express enough that your personal injury lawsuit will be handled the way you can look back and say yeah I went the right direction. I sure did.

If you are facing DUI charges in Denver and want to get the best possible outcome for your case,…read morethere is no better law firm than Tiftickjian Law, and you won't regret a single dollar you spend toward securing his counsel. Jay and his team will save you so much hardship, time, and money, both in the short-term and long-term, I truly cannot recommend Tiftickjian Law more highly. If you aren't sure which attorney to hire, I encourage you to reach out to Jay, as well as several other attorneys. From the very first interaction, you'll notice a clear difference with Tiftickjian Law. The responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge Jay provided in just the first hour consultation was far more than any other attorney. Choosing which law firm to secure was still difficult but I am immensely grateful I chose Jay. The experience with Tiftickjian Law was consistent throughout my case. The quality of service I received from the first interaction carried all the way through to negotiating a deal with the DA and Sentencing. You can tell Jay is highly respected within Denver County, both by the DA's and the Judges, which is incredibly important to consider if you want the best possible outcome for your case. Every DUI case is different but, without going into details, mine did not look good and the cards were not in my favor. I cannot stress enough how significant of a difference Jay's advise made in the outcome of my case. Ultimately, it's on you to take action and do what he advises but if you follow his directive, you'll put yourself in the best position possible for Jay to get you a good outcome. I could not be happier or more grateful for the outcome of my case. I'm grateful to Judge Lombardi, the DA's office, and absolutely Jay Tiftickjian for representing me in the best possible light to the Court, and for providing context that may often go overlooked. My DUI was reduced to a DWAI and my sentencing was absolutely just and fair. I owe a lot of that to all the preliminary work and guidance of Jay and Tiftickjian Law, at large. Thank you very much, Jay. You provide an extremely valuable service and I'm extremely grateful you are in Denver County and I was able to secure you as my attorney. Take care and best wishes to everyone at the Firm. I'll be recommending anyone else who needs your services.

She is so responsive via both text and email, and responded to my various requests and acted upon them immediately while also providing her patient insight and guidance along the way. In the courtroom, Kimberly commands the respect of her peers and the judges because of her legal acumen and alacrity. I am so grateful to have found such a hard-working and caring lawyer to help me with my case. Kimberly did considerable research for me, which she could not even do online (she had to go on foot to certain courthouses in order to review various documents for me) and was able to spot the errors in other attorney's filings, which proved to be very beneficial. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!!
