Mark Smith and Marilyn C, the paralegals were incredibly easy and great to work with. Todd Bovo was very welcoming and took his time with me reviewing my case. I never felt rushed nor pressured to use them. I gave them what they needed. They took it from there. I never needed to hound them for anything. It was made clear this could take a year to year and a half and yes, it took 15 months. I would get occasional updates and that was all I needed. I never had to reach out to them. I got my settlement offer. I was advised it was solid. Although it was solid, they said there would be a good chance to obtain a little more. They managed to do just that. I received a settlement that was more than fair to me and my legal firm. I cannot recommend the Bovo Law Firm enough. For absolutely anything legal, you cannot beat the staff of professionals over there. Let them do the work, you just focus on your everyday life. They will handle everything. From the very start, the team was incredibly professional, compassionate, and proactive. The lead attorney, Jake, was always available to answer my questions directly, not just passing me off to assistants and he kept me updated at every stage. They didn't rush my case; they waited until I had recovered as much as possible before closing it, ensuring I got the best outcome. More importantly, they fought hard and were able to settle for the full policy limits. Within just a few weeks, the settlement money was in my hands, which was a huge relief for my family during a really difficult time. Their attention to detail, communication, and genuine care made me feel like more than just another case file. They handled the insurance company with confidence, explained every step in plain language, and made the whole process far less stressful than I imagined it could be. If you've been in an accident and want a law firm that will truly have your back, fight for your best interests, and treat you with respect, I highly recommend Galperin Law Firm.

I started meeting with Samera at least two years before we actually started working together. I'm confident I hired the right team. All lawyers will burn your money fast, so take that off the table. The reality is, many times during the process I questioned myself by hiring Samera's team and started shopping around. What I found is there isn't anyone better out there despite the reviews. Samera has excellent reviews and has earned them. Samera knows her sh*t. Also very important is the fact that the mediators and judges know and respect Samera. Samera will weed out the stuff that doesn't matter and tell you that. In fact she will tell you things you don't want to hear, but that is how the court will see it, so you need to listen to her. What I've learned over the years is to question my own judgement and just trust the process. I did that here, I trusted the process and I trusted Samera's team and it paid off. Samera and team kicked ass in the courtroom and in the handling of my case.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!…read more I called to get a consultation. The person who answered the phone set me up, charged me and sent me a confirmation. The next day they started calling me and telling me I needed to send in an intake form immediately. I explained I was at work and work 80 hours a week and that I wouldn't be able to do so until the next day. He said no that's our policy. I asked them to explain this policy and he refused. I cancelled our appointment and then he refused to refund me also citing some made up policy. Only after I threatened to take action did he agree to refund the charge. I can't believe a law office acts so unprofessionally. I would never trust this group to represent anyone in court of law.

I had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates, and responses were often delayed. But the one time they sent me a follow up email (that I neither requested nor needed), they didn't hesitate to charge me. Review your bills from this firm carefully. My main reason for this review is because they made a significant filing mistake that caused major complications and nearly cost me a substantial financial loss of a real estate sale. Instead of taking accountability, they brushed it off as an "error" and was vague about whether it was their fault or the court's. I eventually contacted the court myself and confirmed it was in fact the firm's mistake; and worse, according to the court it could have been corrected much earlier. It took them nearly two months to fix an issue that could and should have been resolved promptly. Given their hourly rates, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, ownership, and responsiveness. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and communication made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
