We had an incredible time aboard the Dolphin Fleet Whale Watching excursion. The captain and naturalist were very familiar with the migration patterns of the humpback whales and this knowledge enabled them to locate a very large pod of humpbacks. We were delighted to see at least 17 different whales and some seals as well. All in all it was a great experience on the water. Definitely one of the best destinations in Ptown!

AMAZING WHALE TOUR. We saw 20-25 whales and they were right up next to the boat. Really awesome experience - I'd highly recommend it! I didn't even want to do this, but my wife really wanted to... I'm really happy we went.

We saw a number of humpback whales. Enjoyed the information shared by the narrator including the names of the whales. Easy to buy tickets and board the same day.

I had a great experience going whale watching with Dolphin Fleet. Their online booking process was straightforward. They kept everyone on the boat safe and entertained, and we especially loved our naturalist who provided really excellent information and commentary about the animals and the area. We saw several whales and they make a point to stop, turn the boat around, and let everyone on board see!

Such an incredible trip and saw an unprecedented 20+ whales! We thought we'd be fighting for railing space when whales showed up but there was plenty of space and the adults let the kids in front of them so everyone was able to see perfectly! Much better views than my photos but too busy taking it in than getting the perfect shot.

Cannot say enough great things about this tour! I was not expecting the whales to be this close to our boat. Very informative and makes the 3 hours worth every penny. Disclaimer waters can be choppy and cause you to get wet if you so outside. If you get sea sick vet easily I highly suggest Dramamine beforehand so it kicks in prior to. Also snack and refreshments available, cash only!

This was probably the best whale watching tour I have ever been on. I have been whale watching in Alaska, Hawaii, and now Cape Cod. Dolphin Fleet had the best variety and closest encounters (while still staying a safe distance away from the whales). I assumed we were going to have to head out to sea for miles in hopes of seeing a few whales, but right off Provincetown we saw tons. In all, we saw grey seals, humpback whales, minke whales, fin whales, and dolphins. The crew was nice and informative as well. I highly recommend taking a tour with Dolphin Fleet next time you're on The Cape.

I'd like to start off my review by saying the captain ROCKS! Why? Well here goes...my friends and I got stuck in traffic coming up from S. Harwich. It was 4:56PM and we weren't at the dock yet for our 5PM whale watching tour. We ran as fast as we could to get to the dock and pleaded with the girl at the ticket counter to let us onto the boat. She was a complete bi*ch and pretty much told us that she couldn't help us. The boat was still at the dock and the captain saw us there looking miserable/sad and he told her to let us on! What a sweetheart!! So onto the experience...I almost cried. The whales are so beautiful, you can hear them and feel them under the boat. We saw so many whales; the guide said she's never seen so many at one time before. The boat was filled with people's Oooohs and Aaahhs as the whales came up right to the boat. If you get on the 5PM boat you'll also catch the sunset which is a great bonus. Definitely recommended.

We booked a Sunset Sail, which is a 1.5 hour trip around the bay, and we were glad to be joined by 2 other couples and 1 other pup! (If you're counting, that makes 8 humans and 3 dogs aboard!) You can also book a private trip, which is slightly more expensive of course. Captain Ro and Kaled were a great team and made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed. It was a beautiful day to sail (week before Labor Day weekend) and Captain Ro allowed us to climb onto the deck once we killed the engine and were out in the bay. These trips do not guarantee animal sightings but we did see a whole group of seals bobbing their heads out of the water watching us as we sailed on by, which was extremely endearing to see. FYI the crew provides life vests for the pups and you can bring whatever you want to eat/drink aboard to enjoy.

We were really trying to find an intimate experience and support a local business... Dog Gone Sailing Charters was the way to go. I recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful day on the water on an awesome vessel.
