She answered the phone even though she was with a client she still answered and told me she was with a client, but she asked if I could text her the details. I went ahead and texted her and she responded once she was done with her client in a timely manner. She was very thorough about the procedure I was asking for and first impression was super sweet and professional woman. I've seen her work and the quality is amazing! Another thing I want to point out is the person that is taking over her business soon also texted me maybe a week later and just asked if there was anything she could help me with.
