When I am looking for a hair stylist for a photoshoot, Mia is also amazing. At first, I assumed it was my products, so I switched to color-safe shampoo and conditioner and changed my routine before concluding there was a bigger issue. I recently had to pay for an additional treatment with another stylist because my hair had become so dry and brittle. This wasn't my first experience with similar issues after seeing this stylist, and I've never had this level of breakage after having my hair colored by other stylists. What disappointed me the most was the customer service. When I initially reached out, I was offered a refund. After explaining the condition of my hair, that refund was later withdrawn because it had been two months and I had seen another stylist. However, I only saw another stylist because I was trying to repair the condition of my hair. I also don't typically have my hair colored every few weeks it's usually several months between appointments so the damage wasn't immediately obvious to me. I understand that all color services carry risks, but I was disappointed that my concerns were ultimately dismissed after a refund had already been offered. I can only speak from my own experience, but based on both the results I experienced and how the situation was handled, I won't be returning.
