(She cut my hair prior) Randee was able to discuss the realistic ability about blonde-ing my previous dyed hair. I have medical issues leaving a bag connected to me 24/7. I found Bree through Instagram and although I was hesitant of making this appointment at first, her portfolio on ig persuaded me into messaging her and I couldn't of been happier.
