I mentioned to her at the salon and she proceeded to tell me that I can come back. also, she did not bleach my hair the appropriate amount of time. Leaving my hair botched. Some pieces of my hair were still black. I kindly asked her to give me some type of refund. she refused and said that I can come back. not only did she not do what I asked once but twice I guess the first time when she did my hair and she didn't do what I asked I should've went back that was on me, but I definitely do not recommend this girl named Alicia I can't speak for the rest of the girls there but yes, definitely I wouldn't recommend her read more

Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and assured me we could achieve my look. The result was a stunning I was sooo happy with the outcome. I got my hair done here about two years ago by Alicia and I'm still having to go through a lot to fix it. I went in for a simple color and trim.. I really didn't have the best hair to start but the cut was completely a butchered cut which I hadn't even asked for and the color was not at all what I wanted when she was done I left in tears and honestly would never recommend. I got my hair done at Simply Fab about a month ago, and as much as I tried to let it go, I cannot stop thinking about my experience I had with a certain hairstylist (I prefer not to say her name because maybe this was just a one time mistake that costed someone a lot of money). The first picture (left) is what I got done at Simply Fab, I paid $260 for that. The second picture (right) is after I got it fixed at a different salon. I'm so upset with my experience but I'm not one for confrontation or to be rude. But anyone in their right mind can look at those comparison pictures and know that the left looks horrible and I was completely ripped off. if I didn't pay so much for it I would have just dyed my hair back to my natural color but luckily my friend recommended me to another stylist at a different salon who was able to fix it. read more

I always regret not taking before and after pics, but I always forget. I was reading reviews on here, and there's only some that are upset, and I think it may be the specific hairstylist you're going to. Make sure you look them up before hand before you make an appointment! Anyways, my favorite stylist, Amy, left. But she did have a close colleague of hers that is also amazing, and referred her to me, which is Ashley Roberts. Guys. She's great. She does great color and color correction. She's also very hospitable, and very friendly. And during COVID- they have protocol in place such as masks, they sanitize every seat inbetween clients, and their waiting room is unavailable. So you sit in your car and text your stylist until they're ready for you, and they'll let you in. I felt very safe in that area, and I haven't gotten a haircut since the end of 2019 due to the pandemic, so for someone that's been extremely cautious, I felt very safe in there. Im not a person to review but I had a very unhappy experience here, and would not recommend. It was my first time getting my hair dyed and was excited for a transformation. My natural hair color is a dark brown and asked for a copper color. I expressed my concerns to the stylist that If it was possible to get that color in one session and she confirmed, and this was very important to me bc I'm not from the area and traveled over an hour away and specifically wanted that color for my birthday and Halloween. After she dyed my hair (no bleach) I got a subtle burgundy color that was barley visible and was unhappy since it's not what I asked for. I did my research in advance and knew I had to get my hair bleached to get to that color that's why I was so confused on why she went with color right away. After she noticed that my hair didn't "lift", she said I would need another session and was left with a color that's not close to what I asked which got me upset bc It's not easy for me to travel there again and had many upcoming events that relied on why I wanted my hair that color. After expressing my feelings through message she said she told me about her "7 day policy" for any fixtures which she never mentioned to me during my visit and was also inconvenient because she knew I don't live in the area. The hairstylist also accused me of lying about my hair color history (which there was none bc Ive never dyed my hair) which is ridiculous. I don't recommend it here overall especially for someone who's never had their hair dyed before. You would expect someone who has 4 years of experience to know that in order to get a naturally dark hair to a vibrant color they would need to bleach the hair but I think she was either in a rush to go home early or had an appointment after me which is unprofessional considering that I made the appointment weeks in advance. read more
